Have to know resource allocation. Where do I put the money? Where do I put the time? Where do I put the energy? Where do I put the people? Imagine you own a restaurant, right? You're a restaurant owner and your main cook quits. If you've got a background in cooking and being a chef, then you might try to jump in there and like be your own chef for a little while. That's inevitably going to lead to you're spending months in this chef role while you're also like part time on the side in your evening hours, like trying to find the right person for the job versus if I own a restaurant, I don't know the first thing about cooking. And so if my chef quits, I'm just going to immediately spend 12 hours a day for the next two weeks trying to find a chef and I'll have a new chef chef in there within seven to 10 days. And so it puts you in a way better position if you actually don't know the craft as well as your employees do.
