The reason most agency services don't really work is because your business isn't set up to properly capitalize on their service. That's still not your fault, because agencies love to sell the shiny stuff, right? Ads, funnels, content. But they rarely stop to ask if your business is actually ready for it. And so if you don't intimately understand your ideal client, you don't have a clear offer, you don't have a real sales system, no amount of clicks and traffic is going to convert. Now, they should have told you this before taking your money, but they didn't, and that's on them. And most agencies skip this foundational work because it's way harder to sell. But it's the the only thing that allows your marketing to actually work.
