If your firm is for everyone, it stands out to no one. You see, the best clients are looking for someone who speaks directly to their needs, not someone who does it all. And so if your marketing looks like every other firm out there, then prospects are going to default to price shopping and convenience shopping. Standing out doesn't require you to be louder or get in front of more people. It just means getting more specific on who you serve and what problem you solve for them. The firms that scale the fastest aren't the biggest. They don't spend the most on ads or post the most content. They're just the clearest about the real problem they're solving. And so if you're not not clearly saying who you're for, then you can't expect the right people to recognize you when they find you.
