Chapters

I've got people on my team from the Philippines, one person from Pakistan, and then I've had people in the past who are from India. And by far the best work ethic has been the Philippines. Now, the one guy who's from Pakistan on my team currently, he's awesome. Like, he crushes it. But I've consistently hired other roles from Pakistan or India in the past. And it's just I don't know what it is. I don't know if it's a cultural thing. I don't know if it was maybe just bad hiring on my part. That's totally possible. But just the work ethic and the communication was not there versus the Philippines. Like, I've just consistently hired like awesome talent from that country. And it's to the point where, where I'm like, maybe I need to plan a trip there in the next year or two to go say hey to my team members down there.
