If you've hired an agency before and your lead quality wasn't that good then probably what happened was your messaging was a bit too broad. So who were you trying to attract in the campaign? Was it targeted towards anyone and everyone or were you specific on a niche? How are you communicating your value? Could an uninitiated non accountant easily tell how you're different from other accounting firms? What all of my accounting firms do differently is we actually start strategy first. So who are we targeting? How are we going to attract them to us? What do we need to say in our marketing to make it very obvious that we're different from every other accounting firm? How do we speak this client's language? And by getting incredibly specific we get way higher quality leads because these people can actually understand the big picture impact we're going to make for them not just like doing their books or like doing their taxes or building a tax plan for them or whatever.
