We Added $42k/mo in Sales to a 7-Figure Accounting Firm

Peter Vander Wall shows how a San Francisco CPA firm booked 10-12 qualified sales calls per week and generated $42k in one month. The system uses targeted Facebook ads, a 10-minute video sales letter, and backend automations to convert cold prospects. Total ad spend since April: $5,600 for a 7.5x return.
Questions this video answers
10–12 qualified sales calls per week (claim of achieving this with about $700 in ad spend).
12 sales calls booked in the last week (calendar screenshot).
Approximately $42,000 in sales last month, from five deals closed.
About $5,600 spent on ads since April, reported ~7.5x return on ad spend.
Charging around $10,000–$20,000 per year (client-stated range).
So this is how we're booking 10 to 12 qualified sales calls per week with just about $700 in ad spend.
Your help and like, Kristen's help with this. I'm like, bro, the world's endless. Like, if you think like we pissed away, like, what, 6k to make like 42. Yeah, yeah. Like at this point we kind of have the sauce figured out.
Looking at your, your pipeline and it's showing like 120,000,000,000 dollars worth of prospects in the pipeline that just like need to be followed up with.
Dude, in the beginning month or so, we spoke to so many people. I felt like that from a menu perspective because, like, you guys are proven. So whatever you think is good, dude, just let me know. I'm. I'm down.
So this is our client, Tony. He's the founder of a San Francisco tax firm called the cpa. Dude. And he sells tax advisory for business owners. Charges like 10 to 20k per year, and he was already doing around a million in revenue by the time he started working with us. So this right here is a screenshot of his calendar, scheduling software. You can see he booked 12 sales calls just in the last week. And these here are some of the call booking notifications. So you can see here that all these people, they're doing multiple six figures, even seven figures in profit. All of them either know they need help and want to find out if Tony's company is right for the job, or they're just like ready to go and they're excited to start working with him. Right. So you can see just like this one here. Now right here, this is Tony's sales pipeline. You can see he did like four, $42,000 in sales last month. And this is from just five deals he closed. You can also see there's a ton of potential sales still in the pipeline here. But even without that, he's only spent about $5,600 on ads since he started working with us in April. That puts us at about a 7 1/2x return on ad spend. So you can see his campaign is just absolutely crushing right now. Um, let's get into how we did it. So step number one is always to define our messaging. So kind of just like a politician has talking points they think are going to resonate with their voter base. You need talking points that are going to attract your perfect fit client. And this right here is just a selection from the brand blueprint we created with Tony. So we took his perfect fit client, we did a ton of research and figured out what they care the most about so we can make sure we're appealing to their specific desires. So step two is to start getting in front of people now with some Facebook ads. And we kept these super, super simple, just like stepping into the conversation. Tony's Perfect fit client is already having in their head around this topic of taxes. We're opening up a curiosity loop and then leaving them wanting more. So step three is to turn these complete strangers who just saw Tony's face for the first time and turn them into interested buyers as quickly as possible. And so we did this through a 10 minute video sales letter or VSL for short. This video is basically a 10 minute sales pitch for Tony service just masquerading as a training video. And you can, you can see here, you know, based on the quality of these book calls, like this video is working very, very effectively. Now finally we built out Tony's backend systems to keep all his leads nice and hot. So first we just defined Tony's ideal scenario sales process where every lead would end up buying from him. Then we went ahead and identified the potential friction points where leads might fall off and get lost. And finally we installed our safety net automations to catch these leads at the drop off points and bounce them right back up to Tony's sales process. So listen, if you charge between anywhere from 5,000 to $50,000 for your services and you're looking for a way to get more and higher quality clients, then this process could work for you too. So what my team and I will do is we will build out your own brand messaging blueprint so we have an exact guide on how to appeal Perfect fit client. We'll script, edit and manage your Facebook ads getting you in front of more of these people. We'll script, design, edit and manage your video sales letter so we can turn these strangers into interested buyers. And finally we'll build out all your backend systems so we don't have any leaks in your brand new sales pipeline. So basically everything short of just like hopping on the sales call and closing the deal for you. So if that sounds interesting and you'd like to learn more, just book a call at the link below this video and we'll talk to you very soon.
