If you're charging less than, like, $10,000 a year per client, your business is going to be a nightmare to scale. I talked to business owners who are charging like 200, $300 a month for, like, an actually complex level of service that takes some skill to deliver on. And the reality is, you're never going to find people worth hiring who can do that job well and still have money left over at the end of the month to pay yourself. And so you're either stuck the rest of your life doing this service yourself, or you have to raise your prices in order to hire good quality people. Not only that, but if your prices are low, you can't afford to spend that much on marketing to get any individual customer. And so you're always going to lose out to somebody who charges higher prices and afford to spend more money on their marketing to get more customers and get higher quality customers.
