Simple products win because they work better. The iPhone and SpaceX's rocket engines both succeed by removing features, not adding them. Ask what sucks about your product and cut it.

The iPhone is very simple compared to many other phones, and yet it's the most popular brand in the United States. If you look at Elon's rocket engines, you can actually see they get simpler as time goes on. And so for your service, the best thing you can do for your customers is not to add new features that they potentially could use, potentially might not use, but rather to take things away that they don't get value out of or that make the service difficult to use. So you can simply ask what sucks about this? And then remove that.
