Your sales system is wasting 90% of your leads

Here's the thing, you don't actually have a lead gen problem. You probably think you need more leads, but you might actually be getting more than you can handle and you just don't know it yet. So we're going to use this tool called Similar Web to see how many hits we're getting on this website every month. So you can see we're getting 1800 in November, 1600 in December. We got 900 in January. And now we want to go into our website back end and we want to see how many applications we got. So we got 98 in the month of January. And so if we do the Math, we got 931 website visitors, 98 applications. That's a 10.5% conversion rate. And that means you don't actually need more leads. You, you just need a better system for the leads you're already getting. Because every one of those website visitors could become a lead. They could be someone who's going to reach out to you.
