I also think hiring on third party vendors, if that's the support you need, and then also knowing very quickly when to stop using them. If it's Amazon growth teams that you're bringing on, or a third party group to boost up any sort of increase in sales, if it's not working, move on. You have to kiss a lot of frogs. And the longer that you wait with something that's not working, it's just to drag on the amount of money that you're spending and you're not seeing the output that you need to.
