We can't even start offering new capabilities for truly personalized care unless the rails of health care are rewritten. And so that's why there's been a wave of really wonderful companies that have come up to really be like, what's the root cause of the reason why I can't deliver? And healthcare? It's because ehr, CRMs, all of that is completely broken. The fact that you can't control any part of your data when you move from one practice to the next. I felt this a lot looking at women's health for a long time and so I think we still have lots to go but I don't think any person to your exact point woke up and was like, oh, I'm so passionate about EHR and CRM capabilities which is why I want to build here. But I do like a balance. I do like when you hear the stories from the founders of knowing like I acknowledge that this is the least sexy area but we can't even start scratching the surface on delivering better care unless we start here first.
