A trader describes two ultra-fast put trades: one that lasted 53 seconds, another just 12 seconds. He sold at what he thinks was the market bottom around 9:30-10:17 and still can't figure out why he entered the position in the first place.
That's the next minute. Got in again, took a put, stayed in exactly 53 seconds. And then, and then, uh, one more, one more. 9:51. Yeah, took a put and stayed in 12 seconds. So I was having a great time with puts, but then that one that I just showed you where I bailed, I was at the very bottom. I pretty much bought— I sold the very, very bottom there at 9:30, uh, 10:17 rather. I don't know, I don't know why. You know why I even got in it, but I got out.
