Hi I'm Surjit I come from operations background. I'm also a boxer. I know it sounds unrelated to sales but Ryan completely changed this perspective of mine. He encouraged me instead of hiding this passion of mine to tell it to interviewers that you know how the skills of boxing are directly transferable to sales like ability to handle rejections, being adaptable discipline and this mindset shift was game changing for me. He also taught us a lot of things starting from writing great cold emails. We did a lot of cold calls as well. One more thing was that he told sales is not about convincing people rather it's about helping people understanding their pain point then giving a solution. This was really required and yes overall he was a great mentor and he helped me a lot to finding interviews you know helped me whenever I was stuck like I could reach out to him and definitely I could get an answer.
