You're not broken. You're just caught in the comparison trap. Here is what I have learned over the years. Confidence dies when comparison lives. But. But here's a way out. And it starts here. Number one. Spot the spiral. Early notice when you go from inspired to insecure. Since set a rule. If it does not push me forward, I'm not gonna follow it. 2. Build competence. Instead of copying the most confident reps, they don't sound like anybody else. They know their numbers, their process, their voice. Focus on sharpening your tools. 3. Create your rep identity. What's your strength? Humor? Storytelling Strategy? Double down on that. Confidence is not found in being better than others. It's found in being you with precision.
