All right. So section 3, how to talk to ChatGPT so it gives you exactly what you want. Now that we're set up, let's talk about the real secret, how to ask ChatGPT the right way. If you ever, if you have ever typed something in and thought like, that's not what I meant. And I'm sure all of us happen to have this happen with us. You're not alone, right? ChatGPT isn't magic. It's a mirror. It gives you the quality of what you feed it. So once you learn to prompt clearly, you will unlock its full potential. So the secret in the prompt. So the better the prompt, the better the quality of the output. Let's say first, what is a prompt? A prompt equal the message you send to ChatGPT. It's your instruction plus context plus tone. Your words are the blueprint. So again, I'm going to repeat that a prompt is just the instruction you give ChatGPT. But think of it as a conversation, not a command. If you talk like a broad, vaguely, right, it guesses. And if you're clear, it delivers. So every prompt should give direction, background, and emotion. Not just like keywords. Go deeper in every prompt. This is where you get better results. Don't, don't be generic at all. And I'll give you here the golden rule of prompting. This is, I always say this, very simple. Garbage in, garbage out. Clarity in, quality out, right? Simple rule. If you type something lazy like, write me a post about mindset, you will get something very, very generic. But when you tell it like, who you are, who you help, and the purpose of the post. And you focus here on the purpose of the post, post. What do you want out of it? You will get magic. All right, so please focus on this point because this is most of the people, they use ChatGPT, just they type something really lazy. Just give me this, write me a post, I want to do something like that. They don't give details. And I'll give you a formula for a good prompt. The 3-part prompt formula. Role, who ChatGPT should act as, right? The task, what you want it to do. Then the context, why or for whom. I'll give you an example. You can say, uh, let me see if I have the example here. Oh yeah, before, before reading this, if I say, act as a content strategist, uh, for life coaches, create 3 Instagram captions that motivate new entrepreneurs to stay consistent. Keep the tone warm, real, and encouraging. So every strong prompt has these 3 ingredients: role, task, and context. You're giving it identity, purpose, and direction. So that's what creates like more specificity, and the specificity is power. Right. So let's break this down with real example in your niche. I have some example here. This example works because they are very specific, right? They define who, what, and why. The first one, act as, as a mindset coach, write a 3-step tip post about staying consistent when motivations drops. Second one, act as my copywriter, draft a short email inviting clients to my free challenge next week. Third one, act a course designer, outline a 3-module mini course for new entrepreneurs. All right, notice how you're not just asking for content here, like give me that, No, you're giving ChatGPT a role, and act as is when, when ChatGPT knows that this is its role. Okay. And this shifted from a random writer to a teammate who understands your business. Cool. Are we clear on this act as? Perfect. Let's go to the next one. Add tone and style. So use descriptors like warm, empowering, or conversational, direct, professional, or fun, story-based, or bullet style. So I'll give you an example. You can say, write this in a warm, inspiring tone, like I'm speaking to my coaching community. Okay, style matters. You want ChatGPT to match your energy. If your brand is calm and grounded, say, like, say it, say so, right? If it's bold and playful, include that. You can even reference your own writing. So you can do like, write this like my last Instagram post. Copy and paste it, right? Or if it's in the same chat, you can say, write this like my previous Instagram post, friendly and insightful. So be more specific on the— on adding the tone and the style. How to improve any output? Try these follows, uh, follow-ups. Make it shorter. Add a story example. Use simpler language. Turn this into a carousel post. Here we're repurposing. Give me 3 variations. So if you see here, you don't have to nail it, uh, on the first try. That was— I was telling you in section 1, you can always, always refine, right? So after ChatGPT responds, coach it. Ask for a revision, a rewrite, or a fresh angle, just like you do with any VA or like anyone helping you, right? So the more feedback you give, the faster it learns your rhythm. Okay, you get, you get, you're writing a post and you see there's a lot of things into it. And read it. If you don't feel like it's engaging, just do make it shorter. Or any post, simply you can add a story example and then you can add your own story. It doesn't have to be ChatGPT, but then ChatGPT can make it better, right? Use simpler language. If you see the post with a lot of heavy words, just tell it Use simpler language, or most of the time I use, I tell ChatGPT, write in a 6th grade tone. So not more. Cool. I will do a live exercise. Write your own prompt. So choose a content type, post, email, blog, or script. Fill in this framework. So I'm gonna give you this in the chat. Act as role who helps audience with goal or problem, right? Type of content. Again, choose what, what's the type of content you can type an email or a post or blog or a script for a video, right? Um, then keep the tone, put your tone and style. I'm going to share my screen and do a live example. Okay, share. All right, so this is the prompt I'm, I'm running here. Act as a content strategist who helps coaches and entrepreneurs create content that builds trust and attracts clients. Write a short Instagram carousel that teaches one simple mindset shift that helps people stay consistent with their content. Keep the tone warm, real, encouraging, and easy to understand. So if you see the answer, here we go, Rami. Simple, warm, and straight to the heart. Perfect for a quick scroll stopper carousel. Give me all the steps, right? Give me the, the, the title here. The Mindset Shift That Makes Consistency Easy. Slide number 1, the mindset shift that makes consistent— the content consistency way easier. Slide number 2, most people think consistency is about discipline, but discipline is not your problem. The real challenge, you're creating content to perform instead of creating content to serve, and so on, right? So I can I can refine it from here. I can change anything. As I was telling you, don't just stop here. Make it more personalized to what you do. You can, you can make it shorter if you get a lot of content, right? Or give me 3 variations. So let me, let me say this. If I do Give me 3 variations, for example. So 3 variations under the same topic that I gave it, right? Then I read it and see, pick one, and then decide on it. Sometimes I get to, to mix things, right, to personalize it more. But this is how it works. Same thing, I can change this to an email, right? So I can simply tell it, turn this into an email. So let me try this. Turn this into an email and bring more value to it. So I don't want an email just of fluff. I want an email that bring value to my audience. Now if you see, I have a little bit, uh, a different ChatGPT interface here because I'm using a ChatGPT Atlas as a browser, and this doesn't work on all computers, but I, I start using it and it's, it's really, really good one. Okay, so it gave me this email. I'll go through it, and if anything I need to refine and it change, I'll go ahead and do it. But because I, I trained ChatGPT, this is my 4th year using it. So it knows exactly everything I do and how do I speak and the words and the tone and the style, right? So I'll give you 2 minutes to, to have this to try this prompt. Once you're done, I, I really want you to type in the chat and read what it gives you based on what— or, or tell me at least what you chose to, to generate. Some variation. Perfect. Nada. Gabby. Okay, I asked for a carousel and an email with some variation. I'm loving this. Thanks. You're welcome. Cool. All right, we're gonna jump to refining and saving our prompts. So I suggest, I recommend you build a prompt bank. Save your best prompts in Notion or Docs or Notes, anything like where you, where you save, uh, your documents. Tag them by purpose. For example, prompts for content. So keep the prompts, tag them there, like, or put them in a folder or a file just for content. Prompts for email, the same thing. Prompts for funnel, coaching, anything you want to work on, just organize it. Then reuse plus tweak for new ideas. So you don't start from scratch every time. When a prompt works, save it. Build your own library with that. That's what I'm trying to tell you, right? Have your own library with the prompts. Soon you will have 10 to 20 prompts that cover 80% of your business. And they will be ready to plug and play. And this will save you a lot of time. So don't just like, okay, how do I want to prompt? Every prompt that's good, Take it, save it in the library. So key takeaways from section 3: clear prompts equal clear results. Role plus task plus context equal perfect formula. Feedback turns ChatGPT into your co-creator. Then save winning prompts to scale your content. So I'm going to repeat again. Prompting isn't about perfection, it's about clarity and curiosity. So the better you communicate, the better your AI partner performs. In the next section, we will take it up like a notch here. I'll show you how to create your own custom ChatGPT so you can automate parts of your business and make ChatGPT, truly yours. Great. Who's excited for a custom GPT? I want to see GPT in the chat. Denise, great. Tricia, Gabby, Sally, everyone, right? So we want to make our life easier with GPTs.
