Mastermind Business Hub: Upload Workshop Content and Enroll Participants Step-by-Step

Hey everyone, this is Rami Redan, and the reason for this video is to share with you how you can use your workshop or masterclass as a content shared with others if they upgraded to VIP. So I hosted a workshop 2 days ago and and I had an option for people who wants to upgrade to VIP to pay a certain amount and upgrade to VIP so they can access the replay anytime they want, right? So in order to do that, I'm going to use Mastermind Business Hub to upload the workshop there and have them watch it, give them access to watch it. So I thought I will record this video and share it with you and show you how you can do it once you host a masterclass or a workshop. All right, so let's get started. So here I have the videos ready. This is the workshop. I edited it and made it 3 parts to make it better. Okay, and this is the content that the description of the workshop and the titles of each part. All right, and I also prepared the thumbnail for each one. I will show you all the steps. First, we go to Mastermind Business Hub. After having your video ready, we go to Mastermind Business Hub. Here you press— once you log in to Mastermind Business Hub, you can press here, build your product. And from here you go on the top menu and you click on Products. Once you go here, if you don't have any products yet, you press Create Product, Start from Scratch. So I'm starting from scratch, a product from scratch. And for this, as it's, uh, it's a short, uh, it's not a full course, it's just 3 videos. I'm going to use this, uh, option, Sprint Course, short course to build gateway to membership. So start building, I press on it, and the first thing here appears is what is the name of this product. So I go to my document here and I copy the name, which is How to Create an Irresistible Lead Magnet PDF to Grow Your Email List. I'll paste it and create the product. All right, this is, this is like a template, right? A product structure. Welcome and Lesson 1, 2, 3, 4. For me, I'm just sharing the 3 videos. I don't have a welcome video or anything, so I go to the first one here, I press on it to edit it, and and go to the Part 1 of the videos of the workshop. So Part 1, which is Video 1, copy the title as Part 1, put it here, then go to the description, copy it, and put it here. All right, so now I have the title and the description. Now I need to upload the video. So here where you can upload the video, I press on upload and I drag part 1 here, which is this one, part 1. I'll make sure that's the right one. Yes, I'll drag it and put it here, then press on upload. This will take a little bit of time, so it depends on your internet speed, but you can see here the process. It's uploading. Alright, it's almost done. File uploaded successfully. Video added. We will start processing shortly. So shortly it will appear here. Now we have the, the part to add also the thumb, the lesson thumbnail. Here, upload image. And same time, I prepared it here, so let me get it. So for part 1, I have this thumbnail. I'll drag it here and upload. Alright, so I have Part 1 ready. The video here, the title here, the description here, and the thumbnail is here. Now I will go to Part 2, which is this one. Instead of Lesson 1, it's gonna be Part 2. I press on it and same thing, go to Part 2 title, Copy and paste it here. And then for the description, the same thing, copy and paste it here. And make a little bit space, make it nicer. And at the same time, here we upload the video for part 2. Go back to the videos, go to part 2, make sure this is part 2. Yes, make sure it's working, and now drag it here and press upload. Again, it's gonna take a little bit time to upload. Alright, so this is almost done here. Again, File uploaded successfully, and it will do autosave. So now we need to upload the thumb— lesson thumbnail. Go here, Part 2, and drag it and drop, upload. So now I have Lesson 2 title, video, and description and the thumbnail here. Do autosave. I'll go back. Now I'll go to the third part here, do the same thing. Go part 3, copy, paste. Then the description, copy and paste. It's much easier and faster when you prepare everything in advance. I'm gonna go to the video or do the thumb as it's ready. So this is the thumb, upload, and now the video. And this is part 3 ready here. Make sure all good. Update and upload. Again, make sure here you press upload and, and you can see this, uh, bar process bar is, is going. And again, it will depend on your internet speed, so you want to give it some time. Alright, so now this is almost done. Okay, so file 3 uploaded and post saved. Make sure everything is correct here and the thumb is here. I'll go back. Alright, so now we have part 1 ready. 2 and 3. And we have— these are extra, I want to delete them. So you can press here and delete, go to trash. And again for this one, delete, and it will go to trash. Now I uploaded the videos and the content of each, uh, lesson, but I have to work on the details of the whole course. So here, if you press on details, you have— you can edit the title again here, and you have the description. So I have the description ready also here for the workshop. I'll copy and paste it, make sure the spacing is correct. All right, here. Okay, and here you can also do the product thumbnail. Select the dimension is 1280x720, and you can find this in Canva. So upload a new, and I also have it ready here, which is this one. Drag, drop, and upload. All right, so now we have the title, description, thumbnail, and here you can do more customization. You can have the instructor heading and the name, for example, my name here, the title, and the bio. Here you can copy-paste it, and if you want to also include image for, for the instructor, for yourself, you can put it here. And the favorite icon, favicon, here. So all these details you can fill it, and then once you're done, you press save. Okay, now I have the product ready. Okay, but I want to share it with others. So in order to share it with others, uh, you can first create an offer for it to be a product with an offer. In order to do that, you can go here to Offers and here create an offer and put the title of the product and select the product from here. So this product was How to Create a Resistible Lead Magnet. So I selected from here, and here you can do that type of the payment, if it's for free, one time, or recurring, if it's a membership or something. For now, I'm going to do one time and the price of this for $47. Okay, and make it live here. So now we have the product ready, which is the course, the lead magnet course, and the offer for it. The offer, you can also do the description, can copy the same description and put it here. And here, uh, you can also upload the thumbnail image for it. And this is here where we're editing the offer, not the product. We're done with the product. This is the offer, which is the price. So publish and save. So we have the course ready as, as a course, the workshop ready as a course, and we have the offer, the product ready as an offer, which is this one. Now if you want to enroll people who upgraded already you want to enroll them here, if they upgraded to VIP and you want to give them access, what you can do, you go to the contact, go to the contacts, and from here, if you don't have them in your contact list, you add them. If you have them, you just go select their name. I'm going to give you an example. So for example, so I'm choosing this contact, okay? If you scroll down there in the contact, you see courses offer. You can enroll them from here. So add offers. So I'm going to add an offer which is the lead magnet. The name is How to Create. So we go here and go Select it. So now they received an email right away with the offer.
