Foreign. Hi, my name is Jesslene Ball. I'm a wellness coach with Dr. Range. Dr. Range has a diabetes practice in Northern California in the suburbs of Sacramento, and we see all kinds of diabetes patients from pre diabetic to early diabetic to advanced diabetic. So we're happy to help you at any stage. And the number one, two and three treatment for diabetes is lifestyle treatment. It is the foundation of treatment, so it should be considered before adding any medications into the equation so we can keep you on as few medications and as low of a dose of medication as possible. I've been working with Dr. Range for the past year and I'm so excited to finally say that we are almost ready to launch our lifestyle program to today is July 22, so we should be ready to go in a few weeks. But today I have just three tips to share with you to get you started on your lifestyle journey. And these three tips are going to be about grocery shopping. So my first tip is organize your shopping list and also to get familiar with the layout of your grocery store. This will help you save time, get you in and out of there faster, and also help you resist the temptation to go into aisles with price processed or refined foods. My second tip is portion sizes. Divide your meals into individual portions and put them in glass containers in your refrigerator to store them and then you can reheat when you're ready to eat. This will help you eat the appropriate amount of food, not overeat, and will also help you have some easy meals when you're tired and hungry after a long day. And then my final tip for today is going to be processing and preparing and washing your veggies beforehand. Before you cook, preferably right after you get home from the grocery store, you can wash and rinse your veggies and then cut and chop them and store them in glass containers in your refrigerator as well. And then they stay good for up to a week and you can just use them when you're ready to eat. So those were my three tips for today. Keep on the lookout for more tips and information from me and for more information on our lifestyle program, you can Visit our website www.rangimd.com and you can sign up for a free virtual webinar from Dr. Range on there and you can also call our office number for more information regarding our program.
