I'm not here to create fear, and I'm not here to make them feel scared. So number one, I want them to feel informed. Fear paralyzes and knowledge empowers. So I really want them to feel empowered with the knowledge. I want the readers to understand what's actually happening in their bodies during the silent decade, not in a medical jargon, but in a plain simple language that they can use. So number one is feel informed.
