Well, one thing I always worry about is that if they don't get the right medication at the right time, especially when they're going through some crisis, there's a risk of Addison's crisis, Addisonian crisis, or adrenal insufficiency. And that's exactly what happened to my brother. He had some infection that happened. He lived in Jaipur, India. He had some infection that could have been healed or taken care of, but as a risk of the complication, he got low platelets. And he had a bad sneeze that led to a brain hemorrhage. And because he did not get steroids on time to prevent the adrenal crisis, and because he did not get, you know, the imaging or the CT scan on time, we lost him. I don't have my brother anymore. And that really, really kicked me to change my system because we could have prevented that.
