How do you know at what stage you say, no, I'm really worth XYZ?
Like, does the crowd, does the people tell you that, or is that something you know within yourself?
I mean, it's a little bit of both. Okay. I mean, it's from a perspective of the people that's willing to pay you, the people that enjoy you, the people that that recommend that or suggest that you're worth it. And not only that, if what you're putting out solidifies that, hey, this is something that's worth that, then you are. Like, you know what I mean? And like, if you're an entertainer and if you don't know that you're giving a good show Ray Sorrell, stop, stop entertaining, stop. Any, any, any, any, any comic that's— or so-called comic that don't know if they funny or not, probably ain't.

Like, you know, and that's okay. You get what I'm saying? That's okay. But once you notice that, be like, hey, listen— and I get it, there are different stages in regards to— like, I didn't call myself a true stand-up comic until literally I was about maybe like, you know, maybe like 10 years in.
But that was just for me.
And the reason why is because I wanted to be at a space wherever, like, okay, uh Can I hold my own on stage? What, what accolades do I have to solidify that I'm a true comic? Does other comedians value me or look at me as a funny, uh, um, as a comedian? Does, uh, people that's above me value me as a funny comedian? And what I mean by people, other major headlines. Can, uh, can I go in a room full of headliners and be like, oh, he funny. Yeah. Uh, can I— can they— can they take me to no matter what city and state and I can hold my own? Yeah, you
