Good morning. I don't know if you just heard my dog Max wanted to say good morning too, right on cue. The family is just walking in from morning dentist appointments, so everybody was excited. Well, good morning, Walter. Good morning, Southwest Florida. And good morning, all of those that may tune in from near and far later. My name is Renee Hahn, and I'm bringing to you Connections in Southwest Florida. The whole reason for doing these Connections broadcast is really during a challenging time to keep local people connected with local businesses. And I'm really excited to bring Walter here today. Walter is with, I wanna make sure I say this right, Walter Salazar. Pest control. Perfect. I just want to know, Walter, before we dive in, I have teenage girls. Do you get rid of those kind of pests?
We charge by the pound, so if you do want an adult taken care of, we can, but we charge by the pound, just so you know, so you have a rough estimate.
All right, we'll talk later about that, Walter. Well, good morning, Walter.
Good morning.
I'm good, thank you. Before we get in, I did want to say an extra thank you. I know this weekend Many people celebrated a lot of different things over Memorial Weekend, but I never want to lose sight of the real reason we're celebrating, which is for all the people that have currently and in the past fought for our freedoms so that we could enjoy the things and become entrepreneurs like you, Walter. So Walter, start us off with just a little bit about yourself. I want people to have an opportunity to meet you, and then we'll jump into the business part.
Awesome, perfect. Well, first and foremost, thank you for having us today. We appreciate it. Um, I was born and raised in South Florida. I was actually born in Fort Myers. My mom was a single mom, so she worked 3 jobs to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Um, and I grew up a little troublemaker, and I was always loud as a class clown. That's just my thing. And, um, you know, I really didn't have any principle of what I wanted to do. I was like Do I want to be an engineer? Do I want to be a doctor? Do I want to be this? It all sounded great, but in school, all I wanted to do was just have fun. And then reality struck, and it's like I was thrown into the world, and I had bills, and I no longer had free lunch, and the world sucked. So that's where I'm from. I married my middle school sweetheart, been with my wife 19 years now, and I've got a son. He's 12 years old. Because my father wasn't in my life as much as I would have loved to have it, I'm very tough on him. So I push him to do better in school and make better decisions and teach him, you know, hey, everything comes with a consequence and you don't want to get the bad end of that. So that's just me in a nutshell.
I love it. And I can relate on a lot of levels. I always say, you know, one of the best feeders to parenting is how we were. As children, right? So we got a little bit smarter going through those things. So I can fully appreciate that, Walter. And look, at the end of the day, I always say the journey is going to always look different for everyone, right? But focus on where we are today, not where we've been, right?
Right.
For sure. I love it. Well, great. So Walter, you obviously did find your place and I could hear your phone ringing off the hook. So you're a business owner. High demand.
Yeah, we're very busy this time of year. Um, you know, people are at home and they're seeing bugs more frequently. Um, so we get called and we, we focus on superior customer service. We like to deliver. Um, we like to call ourselves like the Chick-fil-A of pest control. Um, we like to know your name. We like to know, you know, I know you have a dog named Max now. Um, so we approach you and say, hey, how's Max doing? You know, um, and just, we like to personalize the service so it's not just, hey, your account number 463 I agree. Our phone probably rings 150 times a day. You know, sometimes we make some connections and sometimes we're just not the perfect fit. Somebody just wants something different and we're okay with that. You know, it's just one of those things. You have to give people 110% and sometimes that's not good enough and you just got to keep on working and working and you'll find your niche, you know, once you, once you get rolling. Great.
Well, Walter, while we're talking about niche, we, you know, I want to make sure because I'm in real estate, I touch different pest control services. Not everybody fully appreciates all the different points at which somebody may procure your services, right? There's different things you do under that umbrella. So talk to us a little bit about the business, how long it's been around, what you specialize in, what services you offer to customers.
Awesome, thank you so much. So yeah, we specialize in ant control. Ants are my thing, that's why ants are our logo. We offer general household pest control, we also offer fire protection, rodent control, termite protection. You know, we remove bees, we work with other people that are beekeepers. So we do quite a few things. I'm also part of a couple of fraternities online through the pest control, and we kind of just help people who are getting in the business, who are just getting started, just kind of find their way and know, like, what they're looking for. We provide WDO reports for real estate agents. A lot of times, you know, you just have to go in there and give everything. Sometimes they'll say, hey, well, I have another recommendation for another company.. And we're okay with that. Sometimes we'll go in there and we'll see some things that people miss and we just, we don't blow them up on the spot. We just say, hey, look, this is how I would have done it. And then if they ask us, well, why didn't they do it that way? I can't answer that because I'm not that company. But those are the main things we focus on. The busiest thing for us this time of year is termites. Everybody's seen swarmers everywhere, whether it's ant swarmers, it's termite swarmers, it's love bugs. You know, you drive down 75 and you see all these vehicles with love bugs on them. You definitely know it's in season. And it's just this warming season, just the rain that's coming in. And it's just all good stuff. But that's what my bread and butter is, is the ant control. I'm a detective, so I like to look at things. I like to find problems that people miss. And I just— that excites me. I'm a nerd for that thing now.
I love it. Well, you got to bring passion and we all have it in different areas. So, yes, I find when the weather gets wet outside, they like our inside. Areas a lot better.
Think about it, right?
Yeah, exactly, exactly. From a service perspective, Walter, do most of your customers have ongoing contracts? Do you do— if somebody doesn't have an ongoing but they may want a one-time treatment or a one-time inspection, what's the mix of, you know, how people may engage your services from just a true um, you know, service offering that way?
Absolutely. So we offer one-time services. We'll come through, we'll clean the house up entirely, we'll spray everything down on the outside and the inside. We take care of that as well as a courtesy. Um, we also offer quarterly agreements, which is our most popular. Uh, we're basically Johnny on the Spot. Um, so hey, I'm having an issue, we have a 24-hour retreat response time. So as long as it's during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, we're going to come out there running, um, generally the same day or the next day at the latest. Um, that's what's most popular for us, our quarterly. And then there's people that are having some issues and just kind of, you know, want pest control, want to sell a house. We also have a Groupon running at the moment. Um, it's— I believe it's $198 normally, and they've got it reduced to $98 or whatever special that they're running on Groupon. Um, so we kind of try to help every budget. Uh, I know what it was like growing up, like I said, with one income. So we had to make do with what we could. And sometimes we just saw ants and we thought it was normal. We didn't know any better. They're ants there. But we love to help the community. We're very involved in our Lehigh community, and we just try to help anybody who asks for help. We like to be there if we can be.
I love it. Well, hopefully, if you're going to live among the ants, you're charging them rent, right?
If they don't pay rent, evict them.
Yeah, they got to go. So you brought up— Hi. What geographically, what areas do you cover in Southwest Florida for your services?
Yeah, so we actually run from Marco Island to Port Charlotte. We're small enough to be personalized, but we're big enough to handle any job that, you know, that comes our way. So we service quite a few accounts on Marco Island. We do LaBelle, we do Moorhaven. We also service quite a few accounts, Fort Myers Beach, really anything within the Southwest Florida region., you know, we, we cover, we have, you know, our technicians have their designated routes, um, and any call that comes in, boom, we get out there, we get it taken care of. I think one of the biggest things that sets us apart from our competition is we don't have any salesman on staff. So it's basically a technician. The technician comes out there, provides you with a free estimate. If you like it, great, he's ready to work. I mean, if not, then at least you know exactly what we're looking for. I just believe it's tough when you have a salesman in there, uh, because they're saying you need this and you need that and you need this. And then when the technician gets there and falls short of it, it's— you have, you have an issue there. But when the technician is explaining everything he's going to do in detail, what he's going to do, how he's going to do it, and then he performs it, it's like, these guys, these are the ones, this is what I've been looking for.
Yeah, you've got the expertise right on, right on the spot. I like it, I like it. What, um, I, I would love— speaking of expertise, So in real estate, we have this age-old debate. When people see wood frame houses versus concrete block, I see this panic set in, you know, and everybody's always worried that you're gonna have more termite problems. You didn't know I was gonna ask you this question, but it's one of those, you know, myth or legend, I don't know, but it comes up quite a bit. From your experience, Walter, I've always heard just have good maintenance plans in place and you're not gonna have to worry, but what's been your experience with that on the termite side?
Well, Renee, I think you hit it right on the head. The biggest thing with us, we start with pre-treats, which is from the ground up. So we treat the actual soil with a termiticide. And then once the house is built, then we also treat the wood beams as well. And then we also treat it with the trench, with the residual termiticide. And basically what that does is it protects your property from any termites that are going to go in there. Um, we love using Termidor because it's like the number one product that we've, we've come across. I mean, we love it. It's been known the last 5 years in the soil. What we do is we trench it and then we fill it with a termiticide. We cover it all back up. Every single product that we use is kid and pet friendly, so no need to worry there. But we've seen termites everywhere. We've seen termites in wood structure homes and concrete homes, uh, in commercial buildings and trailers and You name it, we've actually seen them inside furniture. You know, people buy this brand new, um, you know, wood bed and they'll have termites inside there. So it's just one of those things that you really can't be too sure. Um, don't freak out is one thing I can tell everybody because we get people that, like I said, it's swarming here. I'm gonna have issues with ants and they may think, oh, I have termites now. And then when they ask us, we— they're just swarming ants and they're kind of like, oh, okay. But a maintenance package is great. Um, It's just like changing oil. You know, you change your oil once every 3 months, you get it taken care of, you don't have nothing to worry about. If you don't change your oil for 3 years and your engine blows up, you can't just change the oil anymore. You have to take everything apart and rebuild it. And that's kind of like what we like to do. We like to be on a preventative maintenance so we can see exactly what's going on. We know what the structure of your house looks like. We know where it's wet. We know where you're having some moisture. And, you know, we can target those areas anytime that there is an issue.
Now that's great because you're right, having to deal with the problem where it's already in existence is a much different path than preventing it to begin with. I couldn't agree with that more. What if someone's not on a preventative maintenance? Number one, they may want to consider it, but if they're not, what are some of the things that they should look for? Whether it be, I don't know if the technical name is those ghost ants, I usually call them sugar ants, those itty-bitties or termites. What things should people be on the lookout for to know to call you and get you in there?
So basically the major things that we want to look for with termites would be like mud tubes. If you see mud tubes coming up, if you see little bits of sand there and you kind of sweep it off and you go back the next day, next day or so, and you see some more sand there, you want to give us a call. It could be big-headed ants, it could be drywood termites, it could be, you know, numerous amount of things. But if you get a professional in there, we can look at it. We'll know exactly what we're looking for. With ghost ants, anytime you see a streamline of ants, basically what happens is the queen says, "Hey, I'm hungry, go get me some food." She sends some scouts out to forage, they go out there and look for food, and when they find it, they start tapping their bottom up and down, and they excrete a pheromone. So what happens is the other ghost ants, they follow that same pheromone trail, and then they find it. So they're basically saying, "Hey, look, we hit the jackpot," and everybody else is coming to consume that food. I have to take it back to the queen to make sure she's happy because you know how the saying goes, happy wife, happy life. Same thing with those guys. Without the queen, everything falls apart. So that's what we do. We focus on finding the queen, finding where they're nesting, and then attacking it at the source. A lot of times people will just put a bandaid on things and then, you know, 2 weeks later, 3 weeks later, the same problem reoccurs. We like to actually focus on the actual source and eliminate it. This way, you know, your life is easier.
That's great. And let me turn for a second, Walter. You know, we're in a fluid environment with COVID right? Things got bad, now they've started to gradually get better. By better, I mean, you know, more businesses are starting to return to what they do. Walter, how has your business been affected by COVID and are all of your services still available? I know those are two different questions.. But talk to us a little bit about your business in regards with the COVID situation.
Yeah, so we were actually deemed one of the essential companies, which we're extremely grateful for. Being a mom-and-pop, you know, it was really difficult for us. We don't have, you know, the number the big box companies do set in the savings account. So we work day to day. The COVID thing was very scary for us. I mean, our technicians are going to these houses a day. You know, sometimes I visit 15 homes a day. And you know, you really don't know what you're up against. So we provide them a standard PPE just to protect themselves, make sure that they're taken care of. I know some of the office staff was scared as well. They're like, hey, you know, we don't know what's going on. Do you have it? Do I have it? Nobody really knows exactly what's going on. So it was definitely a scare for all of us. You know, we're grateful that other, you know, companies are starting to open up and everybody's starting to get, you know, to the basis of it. I really wish that it was done and over with because Memorial Day wasn't Memorial Day, you know, with having the virus involved. Um, we just, you know, try to be safe as much as possible and protect ourselves, always wash our hands, um, you know, do the best that we can. Um, and, you know, unfortunately we did have some issues where clients were laid off. You know, a lot of our clients are bartenders or waitress staff, and, you know, we know they're going through hard times, and if there's anything we can do to help them, you know, that's what we're here for. They just, they pick up the phone and say, hey, listen, I need help, but I'm not working right now. And we want to be there to help them out, you know, say, hey, listen, you've been with us for 4 years, 5 years, I want to help you. Let's get it taken care of and you just worry about it later, you know, we'll get it taken care of for you. And I just really think having that relationship with your family, your, you know, your clients, you just, you set yourself apart from the people that are, you know, just out there for the quick buck, you know, hey, I want to make, you know, $1,000 in a day. If you care about people, it'll really push you to the next level.
Now, very well said, Walter, because I think, you know, there's nothing wrong with national chains, national businesses. Everybody's, you know, everybody's got a place in this world in terms of different business setups. But when you are a family-owned, family-run business serving a local area, there is a different sense of relationships in some time, in some cases. And I commend you for your agility to, to be able to connect with those customers and recognize that their circumstances may be different, hopefully temporarily, and to be able to jump in and see how you as a business can help partner with them. So I commend you for that. I think that's fantastic. And you're right, I'm— your services have been deemed essential. Unfortunately, I don't think the pest got the memo that there was supposed to be 6 feet of distancing. So they were still just as very much active and alive.
That was amazing.
Yeah, they weren't discriminating. They were just there to do what they do with or without COVID. So, well, thank you. I wanted to ask you, what, you know, you talked about one of your differentiators in your business being the relationship piece, the creating the connection. I'd love to hear, you know, that's a customer service part that's obviously hard to quantify, but what are the ways that you see that, how that benefits your customers?
I think it benefits substantially because like I said, you know, you're not a number. You know, I feel like this person cares so I can come out to him and say, hey, listen, I have roaches in my house and I don't want my neighbors to find out about it. You know, we're compassionate about what's going on and we want to help you solve it because, you know, I know what it's like to have these issues. You know, I know what it's like to have, you know, roaches or ants and not know anything about it. So when they reach out to us and they say, hey, listen, I need help, we want to be there to help them out. You know, we want to be there to take care of them. People are dealing with issues every day. You want to— when you're at work, you just want to come home and relax, unwind, and you can't do that if you're, you know, having this swat down a roach or an ant anytime you're cooking or you're preparing a meal or you're doing anything, you're cleaning the home. It's just one of those things, it's an inconvenience. And basically what we want to do is we want to get in there and make your life easier. You know, a lot of— we have a lot of clients that come from up north, um, and they come down here to relax, you know, not come down here to work and worry about doing their own pest control and doing their own plumbing and their own landscaping. You know, they come here to relax, and, and that's what we want to make sure everybody's Relax and sit back, relax, let us take care of everything else. I mean, just making that connection and letting them know that we do care. You know, we don't just want to get in there and get out in a minute and be done. We want to make sure, hey, you're taken care of. Before I leave, is there anything else I can do to make sure that you're taken care of? And we would like to ask that question. It's either going to be a yes or no, but we want to deliver, um, you know, anytime possible.
Yeah, that's fantastic. And you made, you made a really good point when you're talking about some people are self-conscious. You know, the one thing I've come to appreciate is, you know, these bugs, whatever they might be, whether it's a roach or an ant, it has nothing to do with how clean or dirty your home is. So, you know, I encourage people, if you, again, prevention is always the best, but if you've got any of these, I can tell you I'm in and out of houses all day long. Some of the most pristine, beautiful, clean houses I've seen, if left unattended for a couple days, the upside down, feet in the air, beautiful roaches. So, you know, don't be afraid of calling Walter and his company. Nobody's gonna judge when their truck is in your front yard. They're gonna say, great, they're taking care of their home, right, Walter?
Yeah, for sure. Uh, we get that from a lot of our clients from up north. They're embarrassed of it. But when they get down here in Florida, everybody has pest control. It's just one of those things that, you know, you don't want to have ants inside. You want to have your house clean. You want to make it look nice from the outside. And that's what we try to get people over. Hey, it's okay, you call. We're happy that you called us. And, you know, we're going to show you why you made the right choice. We're going to clean the house for you. We're going to make sure it's taken care of. And then when your neighbor is looking over, we're going to sign up her house as well, you know. So, um, that's another marketing tool for us, you know. You know, we like to treat everybody, like I said, like a person. So, um, that's a huge aspect for us. And like you said, I've gone into houses, million-dollar homes, you know, both people are doctors or plastic surgeons, and, you know, they'll have issues with something you would, you would never thought they had. Um, it's just one of those things. We just come in there, we take care of it. We treat everybody, um, you know, like human beings. Um, and like I said, we like to tackle the problem. That's what we specialize in, finding the source, getting it taken care of, letting you know that it's okay.
Yeah, that's great. What— Walter, I want to turn and ask one more question. We, we live in a world today where I think consumers are so much more, um, educated and in tune to whether it's environmental things or whatever it could be. Could you talk for a minute, Walter, about the safety of your, your products and services? You talked about pet-friendly and whatnot, but I know there are people out there who may be reluctant to getting a, a pest control company involved because they're worried, will it bring poison into the house? Could you talk to a little bit about that?
Yeah. So we actually, all of our products are all kid and pet friendly. We're dog lovers. We've got two French bulldogs and a German shepherd. And so that's one of the things that's very important to us. And when we say let our family protect yours, we consider our pets family as well. So all of our products are all kid and pet friendly. They're water-based, so you don't have to worry about them staining anything, and they're odorless. So you can actually be cooking and going about your normal life while we're in there working. When a lot of times people think, well, you're going to come in here and spray— I saw an ant here, spray— or I saw a roach here, spray— it's not always about that. You know, we can come in and inject baits in secret areas where, you know, they're not even exposed to the, to the human or to the natural And we can hide these things and we can install glue boards, you know, monitoring devices that are a green product. You know, a lot of times people just think, "I have an ant spray," and that's actually one of the worst things you can do with the ghost ants, or, you know, as some people call them, sugar ants. They want to spray them with an insecticide, and then what that happens to do is it causes them to splinter and spread into different areas. So instead of just having them in your kitchen, now you have them in your bathroom and your living room. Or instead of just having them in your living room, you have them in your garage, your master bedroom. So it's just, like I said, best to inspect it, see exactly what's going on, and then come with the— come up with a game plan. Okay, this is what I'm going to use to attack this, and I'm going to ensure that it's the best fit for this client. Because you can't treat every single home the same, because, you know, some houses are 3-bedroom, 2-bath, some are 6-bedroom, 6-bath. So each one of those, you have to cater to them specifically. To ensure that you're coming up with the right game plan to tackle that source, the issue.
Thank you for that, Walter. I can only imagine, you know, we always talk about in each of our professions we see very interesting things. You were just— you made a good point when you said some of these self-treatment where people think, oh, I'll take care of this using whatever product they think might, could have an adverse effect of that. I've got to imagine you've seen some personal I've seen things where people were doing things themselves, the do-it-yourself project. So I would say it's never too late to call Walter. Maybe you've been trying to do this for yourself for a while. Hopefully you haven't necessarily made it worse by doing it yourself. But Walter, you can come in at any point into a home, whether somebody's been doing it for decade by themselves, or they just bought a new home, I imagine.
Yeah, and something, um, you know, insects are very difficult to handle or to control or to inspect or see exactly what you have going on. I know in the Cape and Bonita right now we're having large issues with big-headed ants. Um, so you're seeing the sand mounds in the pavers, and they'll just spray them, and then a week later they come back. Well, big-headed ants have multiple queens in the colony, so what happens is if your follow-up isn't as good as your initial treatment, you basically just wasted your money, you wasted product, you wasted your time. And that's one of the most important things, you know, people can't gain back. You can put a price on a service, you can put a price on a car, but you can't put a price on somebody's time. And if you can save their time so they can invest more time in their family, in their business, in, you know, their future, then you've helped them not only by eliminating their, their unwanted pest, uh, by also granting them time to invest it in their family or something else that's, uh, you know, better used.
Absolutely. And I never knew I didn't know there was a big-headed ant.
They have big heads like me, but smaller bodies.
If my daughter's listening, we used to joke that when she was born, her head was disproportionately larger than her body. She has grown into it since, I'm happy to say. But that's what came to my mind when you talked about the big-headed ants. Walter, let me take a pause for— Go ahead.
I said that's a whole lot better when I was born. My mom said that the doctor said I was a whopper of a baby because I was almost 11 pounds. So she had the big head, I had the big body.
I love, my husband was a 10-pounder, but you had him beat. What I wanna do, just pause for a moment just to talk about some of the businesses I have coming up. Later this week, it's a short week, but I have Make Sense Tile and Grout. I've got Contracts Media, I've got Paw, Paw, Animal Paw, Potty Express. I've got Smoke Detector Medic coming up and Gulf Shore Chiropractic. So those are some of the businesses that are already in the pipeline to have their businesses featured on Connections in Southwest Florida. As I'd mentioned in previous broadcast, this is a free service, so you don't have to worry. I know there have been people that have been curious about them, but they're not sure what I charge. I charge this, right, Walter? Nothing. This is just about connecting, um, my sharing some of the resources that I have because of the business I'm in with others. So if you're an entrepreneur, a local business owner, or you know someone that is that you'd like to, um, have broadcast on these, I will keep doing them until I don't get inquiries anymore. So it's starting to slow down a little. Like I said, I have this week full, I have a couple days next week, but just reach out, Renee, Renee@YourNaplesExpert.com, and I'm happy to get you scheduled. So Walter, before we wrap up, I wanted to just give you the, the, um, the stage to talk about anything and wrap up that you'd like to share with our viewers. Again, those that are on live or those that may be joining us later, some parting thoughts.
For sure, Renee. First and foremost, I want to say thank you. As you said, you are you are doing this for free. You didn't charge us anything. Um, I was kind of shy to reach out to you at first because, you know, we hadn't built that relationship. But just in talking to you for the past, I don't know, 10 minutes, um, it seems like we've only— we've been friends for a while, you know. And we just kind of pick up on that, that energy. And we love that. And I encourage anybody out there, you know, who needs help or who just kind of wants to get that, that exposure to reach out to Renee. Um, she's doing a great job. You know, a lot of times we do things where feel like maybe people weren't accepting them as well, but that doesn't mean that you should stop. You know, I'm sure Beyoncé wasn't a great singer when she was 2 years old. You know, it's just something that you, you know, you kind of mold into and you kind of just keep trying. And if you fall down, that doesn't mean you don't walk anymore. Um, so I definitely encourage anybody out there who's an entrepreneur, don't give up on yourself. There's 365 days a year. If you have 5 bad days a year, that's— the odds are still, you know, in your corner. So don't give up, just keep on pushing and follow your dreams and, you know, eventually you'll make it happen. And if you have, you know, great connections, great friends, great other businesses that are working with you, there's no way you can fail.
That is great advice, Walter, and I really appreciate not only today you sharing your business, but really your story because I think so many, you know, all of us get to our life paths in different ways, right? Some are early bloomers, Some are late bloomers, some never bloom, but we all have a ton of potential. And if you can find your passion like you have, um, it's never too late to invent yourself. I, I tell people all the time, real estate was a second career for me. I, I had a great career that I think people thought I literally had a nervous breakdown when I walked away from. Hopefully they don't still feel that way, but you know, whatever you you, you want to do. The beauty— and we started with this, right, Memorial Day— the beauty of what nation we live in is we have opportunities. And they're not opportunities that just get handed to us. They're opportunities that we grab by the horns and we create them. And again, I'd like to wrap up by just saying, Walter, it's been such a pleasure to get to meet you today and to share. And I have no doubt that if anyone is watching this and is need for maybe a new— maybe, you know, not that I want to steer away from one business to another, but there are people that have decided their current services may not be a fit for them. You'd be a great viable option. Or if you've watched and you've been that example where you've been occasionally treating your own pest only to find that you're having to do it over and over again, Walter and his team can come in and really take that responsibility off your shoulder and provide a very, very effective solution for you. So Walter, thank you for being you and thank you for joining us today.
Renee, before we leave, I just want to spend a special— for your viewers, anybody who says they saw this video on Renee Hong's live feed, we are going to offer you a 15% off discount for any service that you'd like, just as a thank you for everything that you've been doing to help out the community. Just go ahead and mention Renee's name, and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
I love it, Walter. I have been doing these for 5 weeks, and I have to say, Walter is the first one to give a real-time financial advantage to people who were fortunate enough to watch him today. So thank you again, a true testament to your entrepreneurial spirit. And I hope that folks will reach out to you and I wish you continued success through the end of 2020 and beyond. So everyone have a fantastic week. Everybody should feel no complaining this week. For those of you that are on the traditional work schedule, you only have 4 days. 4 days, people, it can be a great weekend. If it's not, change it and make it one. Everyone have a good day. Thanks, Walter.
Yes, ma'am.
