In this 7‑minute driving tour, Renee Hahn greets viewers in Spanish and guides them through the Shops at Vanderbilt, a mixed‑use shopping center at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach and Airport Pulling in Naples, Florida. She points out the center’s easy access, the year‑round farmer’s market, and a wide variety of retail, dining, and service businesses, ranging from fitness centers (Naples Family Fitness, Title Boxing) and health services (cryotherapy, European Waxing Center) to eateries (French Follies, Poach, Primo’s Sub, Bo Camper’s, seafood restaurant) and specialty shops (Designer Resale, Designer Divas, Zazu clothing, Art gallery, Vino’s Picasso). She notes recent openings, awards (Designer Divas’ Naples Favorite Award), and the presence of office spaces (doctor’s offices, insurance). The narration emphasizes convenience for shoppers and diners, highlights the vibrant community atmosphere, and mentions that retail spaces are available for prospective business owners. The video ends with a friendly invitation to explore the center.

¡Hola! All right, we're out and about in Naples, and I wanted to show you the Shops at Vanderbilt, so we'll take a quick drive through there. The Shops at Vanderbilt sit on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach and Airport Pulling. We're actually pulling into the entrance here off of Airport Pulling. So we'll pull in here. This is a great place to be able to come and grab a bite to eat, but also to do do some quick shopping. As we go through here, you'll see the different shops that are available, and they also do on the weekends— year-round, I don't think they take time off— but on the weekends they do a farmer's market that's actually pretty good. You'll find that there's some of the farmer's markets that are only during the high season, um, and this doesn't happen to be one of them. So you can come year-round if you happen to be a year-round resident, then that works out great. All right, we'll start down here. You can see one of the big outfits here in the community of Vanderbilt Shops is the Naples Family Fitness. You can see here there's all kinds of— there's a Sub-Zero ice cream place, restaurant called French Follies. We're going to stop here because we don't want to get pulled over. There's a Calico store, there's a— excuse me— a resale shop here called Designer Resale. There's Bombay. This place, The Good Life, is a great shop for all of your kitchen needs. There's a hair salon, another restaurant called Poach. We've got some doctor's offices in here and some insurance. There's actually an art gallery, it's called Art. There is a pretzel place here called Pretzel Factory. There's Brain Balance. We're going to stop and let this guy pull out here. That looks like the car in Back to the Future, doesn't it? Uh, Roosters for men's grooming. Another resale called Designer Divas. I saw they just got awarded, uh, Naples Favorite Award. We've got the Gift Gallery, Merle Norman, Hayway. I'm actually going to go down the other side because this is just one street, so you can see there's a fair amount of stuff in here at the Shops at Vanderbilt. Back across the street, there's a Primo's Sub place that just opened recently. I'm gonna go down this way. Here's a business that I spotlighted recently, the Amazing Lash Studio. There's also a cryotherapy office here. You can see a European Waxing Center. You've got Heart and Soul. You've got a Title Boxing, so if you're into boxing as a way of Fitness. You've got the Blow Body, Nutrition Elite, Hobby Town, the things to do there. You can see it's really pretty, and they close these, some of these streets down for the farmers market. We'll continue on around here. Like I said, on the corner here is a big fitness center called Naples Family Fitness. We'll kind of cruise by that one, and you can see straight ahead there's a whole nother group of businesses. So you've got Vino's Picasso, which is a, um, a self-painting thing. So you can bring your own wine and come by yourself or with a group and go to Vino's Picasso and do some— let your art, uh, artistic side come out. We've got a couple new restaurants in here as well. We've got a wireless shop here, we've got advertising groups, but I just wanted to show you the shops at Vanderbilt. Again, a great area. We'll go, um, show you a couple other things in here and then we'll close this one down. Let me just turn this. You can see there's all different kinds of things in here. We'll continue on down through this side. If you happen to be a business owner, they have some openings as well in here that might be of interest to those of you looking for a great location. Things back here have picked up quite a bit, um, over time. I don't think that guy realized he had a stop sign. There's Payway again. Off to our left is Primo Hoagies. You got Zazu, which is a clothing store. You've got a cleaners, a nail spa. I think you've got the idea. The only other thing I'll share is, um, off to the left here in the Shops at Vanderbilt is a very popular place called Bo Camper's that is good for watching games, grabbing a bite to eat— go ahead. Um, lots of options there. There's also a seafood restaurant down here. So that's about it. I'm gonna shut down now. I just wanted to show you the shops at Vanderbilt if you're looking to get out and do a little shopping and, uh, having the convenience of even grabbing a bite to eat while you're at it. Thanks!
