Hello, this is Renee Han, your Naples real estate expert, bringing you another edition of Naples Revealed. Today we're going to talk about a community that loves to stay active because Naples, Florida isn't just a paradise for beach lovers, it's actually a haven for those who love to stay active. So whether you're into pickleball, golf, cycling, tennis, or just an evening stroll along the beach, Naples offers endless opportunities to get moving and enjoy the outdoors. And not just during a portion of the year, but year-round in this paradise. Let's start, start with pickleball paradise. Say that fast 3 times. Naples is often called the pickleball capital of the world, and for good reason. With the state-of-the-art facilities like East Naples Community Park, which hosts the annual Minto US Open Pickleball Championships. This fast-growing sport has found a true home here. So whether you're a seasoned player or just picking up the paddle, you'll find plenty of courts and friendly competition. And one of the things I personally love, because I do love pickleball, is the opportunity to play with all different styles, all different ages, and all different skill levels. We do it as a family together. It's one of the few things that we can all competitively do together. Golf galore with more than 90 championship golf courses. That's right, folks, more than 90. Naples is a golfer's dream. From exclusive country clubs to public courses like Tiburon Golf Club and Arrowhead Course— Arrowhead Golf Course, just to name a few— there's no shortage of stunning fairways. The combination of pristine greens and year-round sunshine And the world-class design makes Naples one of the top golf destinations in the country. Now, if you're a big golfer and you want to live here and take advantage of golf, we should talk so that you know what all the options are in that wide array of, uh, of public, private, and even bundled courses. Let's move on to cycling and outdoor fitness. Now, cyclists love Naples for its scenic routes, smooth roads, and dedicated bike lanes. And even us novice people can occasionally get away with riding on these sidewalks and the many, many sidewalks that can get you just about anywhere in Naples. But the Gordon River Greenway and the Legacy Trail provide safe scenic paths for both casual riders and serious cyclists. If you prefer a high-intensity workout, there are many fitness facilities and even some outdoor boot camps that offer cycling classes, and some may even have an ocean view. Now that's my kind of cycling. It's also a tennis lover's retreat, so tennis enthusiasts will find world- world-class facilities throughout Naples, from Arthur L. Allen Tennis Center near downtown, and there's even private clubs like Naples Bath and Tennis Club. And remember, many neighborhoods and communities will have their own courts and sometimes their own competitive and fun teams, making it easy to pick up a match any day of the week. But Naples is more than just sports. Beyond these major activities, Naples residents really embrace an active lifestyle in every way, whether it's morning yoga on the beach paddleboarding in the Gulf, jogging through nature preserves, and even organized fitness levels in groups or events, the community's dedication to health and wellness is evident everywhere you look. Living in Naples means embracing an active outdoor lifestyle with no shortage of options to stay fit and have fun while you're doing it. Whether you're rallying on the pickleball courts, teeing off on a championship course, or biking along the coastline, there's no excuse to sit still in this vibrant community. Again, this is Renee Han, your Naples real estate expert, and I hope that you'll join me for a future edition of Naples Revealed, where we'll tackle all kinds of things Naples related to help you understand and appreciate if this is the place you need to find your slice of paradise.
