And so we're excited today to not only bring you information about this builder, Stock Custom Homes, but also to take you on a tour of their ready-now beautiful home that we're standing in. I'd like to introduce Lynn Hurley with Stock Custom Homes. Lynn, thank you so much for having us today in this beautiful home. I'd love for you to share a little bit about Stock Custom Homes with us.

Well, thank you, Renee and Heather. Thanks for stopping by. As you know, this really is a family neighborhood, so it's exciting when people come through. It's nice to have you.

Well, fantastic. Tell us a little bit about the company. We've known it for so long as Stock Development, but there's a custom arm that many people may not even be aware of that exists.

Yeah, Stock Development will soon be celebrating its 20th anniversary. Stock Custom Homes was created for a unique buyer who is searching to build either on their home site or a home site that Stock has purchased and built.

Fantastic. And I know you guys build a beautiful product. I've actually seen your build all throughout Naples and in Bonita, in fact. So I'm excited to see you guys here in Pine Ridge Estates. What attracted Stock Custom Homes to Pine Ridge as a place to build your homes?

Stock was one of the first builders who identified Pine Ridge as one of the up-and-coming communities. And what really drew Stock Custom Homes to this area was the oversized lots and the families that live here.

So Lynn, we're obviously standing in this beautiful home that we're going to get to tour in a moment, but I know Stock is also building some other homes. How many homes has Stock built to date?

So today we have built 14 homes in Pine Ridge Estates alone.

And you've got some up and coming because I know Heather and I are going to jump in the golf cart with you in just a bit and you're going to show show us a few. How many do you have under construction right now?

So we have 2 homes under construction. We have this beautiful home that's move-in ready, and we have a vacant home site that you can choose a custom home.

Fantastic. And I want to make sure nobody forgets, not only do they have those things underway right now, but they are also available to build on a lot of your choice.

Then tell us a little bit about this house.

Well, one of the things that we know right now, Renee, that the home that you live in and where you live is more important than it's ever been before. So I'm so excited about this home. This is a 4-bedroom plus bonus room plus study, so 3-car garage. What this home affords a family is Everyone can have their own space.

That's very important with what we've gone through over the last 6 months, Lynn. Oh no, we moved to Florida because we love the outdoors here. I'm really excited for you to take us on a tour of not only the inside, but this beautiful outdoor area. Tell us a little more.

Come on with me. What I absolutely love about this home is the easy access, access from inside to outside.

Let me do a span of this. I love these disappearing doors because it really opens up the corner and you just feel like you brought the outside inside.

Absolutely. So with this home, the whole back of the home opens up, so you're able to come outside from the living area, the dining area, and this amazing bonus room.

If you like to entertain, I can assure you this is a home that is sure to please with all of these outdoor spaces. Beautiful pool area. Lynn, are these fire areas behind here? So you have fire and water together.

Yeah, and it's not like we need any more heat today, but I really wanted to turn on the fire features to show you how beautiful they are, and they're really pretty at night.

And then this area over here, beautiful fireplace, and again Perfect space for entertaining, whether that's with adults or a family. Everyone's sure to enjoy this area.

Yeah, absolutely, Renee. Another thing I absolutely love about this property, you still have room in the back if you wanted to add bocce ball games. Really a great place for kids to be able to run and play.

Yeah, that's amazing because with all of this outdoor covered space, one might assume that's all you get, and yet you've got green space galore out back. And again, I want to get another shot of this disappearing corner because what a magnificent joining between the inside and outside.

One thing I don't want to forget is our furry friends as well. One of the things I love about this outdoor living is you have this beautiful lanai and you also have it covered. I read a great article the other day, one of the most popular things right now in the luxury market is a catio. This is an ultimate catio, which is a cat patio.

Hey there, we're in the kitchen now. Why don't you tell us a little bit about this beautiful kitchen?

So as you can see, it has this amazing island, perfect for the kids to sit around. You can eat in the kitchen or you have dining space there.

This kitchen was made for a chef, and even if you don't want to cook, folks, that's okay. You still deserve a beautiful kitchen like this because whoever's going to be lucky enough to cook in this kitchen is going to love the space. So we've got here a map of Pine Ridge Estates, and I'd love, Lynn, for you to tell us a little bit about some of the other development opportunities currently going on with Stock Custom Homes.

So like I said, this home is move-in ready. We have 2 homes that are under construction. We have 607 Myrtle. We are going to be traveling over there today as well. And then we have 125 Caribbean Road. We have a vacant lot, 422 West Street, that's all prepped and ready to go.

Fantastic. And one of the things you don't necessarily see on the map, but if you know anything about Pine Ridge you'll know the proximity of Pine Ridge Estates to other things, whether it be the beach that's 3 miles away, a short bike ride, whether it's Mercado that's just around the corner. You've got the shops at Vanderbilt, you've got Venetian Village. And how long does it take to get to downtown from here?

Probably 7 minutes.

Yeah, beautiful. So not only do you get these oversized estate lots that are sure to bring not only the opportunity to build a gorgeous home, but to have space around you. But you're actually in the mix. And one of the things I've heard recently from some of the homeowners, even though these are oversized lots that afford you the privacy when you want them, it's actually a quite social community with things going on not just around you, but within the community.

Tell us a little bit about the outdoor space of this home.

So the outdoor living space is awesome, almost 1,600 square feet of outdoor covered space.

Lynn, why don't you tell us also a little bit about the interior features of this home?

So this home is going to be considered a transitional traditional modern design. Just a couple highlights that I'm absolutely in love with— you have to see the ceiling detail in this home.
