Real Estate Collective: More Information

Fantastic! I am thrilled that you're interested in learning more. You've taken the first step to what I hope will prove to be a wonderful journey in growth and connections. Now, this part is really, really simple because The Real Estate Collective is just a voluntary connection group.

There are no fees to pay or membership costs. Now, don't get me wrong, the absence of a financial investment does not lessen the intent that this is to be an exclusive group of top agents who collaborate and advance together. We have restricted this group to focus on the top 10% of agents to ensure that we're providing a safe, collaborative space to connect with other agents and progress our individual and collective real estate careers. So what exactly is the Real Estate Collective? Quite simply, it's just a catalyst for connections using Facebook as a central tool. The Collective will be a place to ask questions, share information, and attend live and recorded events with an eye towards helping our group members create strong connections outside of our selling areas and to add to your toolkit of skills and resources to help grow your real estate business. Now, this isn't for all for the taking. For this effort to be successful, it means a shared responsibility for all of our members to balance out the give and the take by reciprocating and sharing your approach and experiences with others.

We have intentionally limited the membership to those that have already grown a successful real estate business, regardless of how long they've been in the real estate space. This is so that there is a common thread of experience and and success that will prove to be mutually beneficial to all of our members. We hope that experience inspires you to get and stay involved. As the founder of the group, there are a number of things I plan to undertake to help facilitate the progress of the group. I'll be working on creating member spotlights to help each of us get acquainted with the other group members, which will help you build your database of go-to agents across the US.

I will also be facilitating and sometimes hosting topical discussions that are of interest to our members. But make no mistake that in order for this effort to be successful and have each member get value, it will require everyone's participation. Give a little, get a lot.
