Hello, this is Renee Han with Caine Premier Properties. I wanted to do a quick intro to the article below. This is an article I came across that was written by a gentleman with Old Republic Title, and I thought it was pretty enlightening. Occasionally, I don't hear about it a ton, probably because people don't necessarily talk to me about it outright, but I know well enough to know that people are curious about this whole online immediate purchase. We live in a society, of course, where if we can get what we want quicker and for what we want, why wouldn't we jump at it, right? We're— I understand. And so iBuyers at the surface sound like a great option for sellers to be able to sell their home with ease and potentially make more money, or at least that's what they think in their mind. And I thought the below article, and it's not written by a real estate agent, was just a fantastic explanation of some of the considerations that you might want to make if you're considering the alternative of going with a professional real estate agent or going with an iBuying immediate home offer type of arrangement. I think this is hugely helpful. The same answer isn't right for everyone. The key is to look at your situation, um, weigh the alternatives out and make an educated decision. The only thing I will tell you is in any case, make sure if you're going to list your home with a real estate agent that you go with somebody who's experienced knowledgeable, and will work hard to get the results that you are looking for and can demonstrate that through their history of proven results. So if you have any questions about this or any other real estate related topics, don't ever hesitate to reach out to me. Again, Renee Han with Kane Premier Properties.
