My name is Patricia. I had seen 20 houses before I saw this one, and as soon as I got in, I was enchanted by the natural lights shining in. Reflecting this beautiful marble and combining with the high ceiling. I thought, oh my God, what a perfect image for a new home.
Absolutely. Actually, in one home buying trip, having seen more than 20 houses, when we saw this one, this was the one that we wanted. We went back to our home city and immediately put an offer and started to negotiate, and have been happy ever since. So Mill Run for us was a perfect balance for what we were looking for. It has a mix of a lot of families as well as older residents. There's a lot of full-time residents here and just a few, uh, part-time residents. From that perspective, it's extremely friendly with people biking in the streets, walking the community. And in that sense, the size also was ideal. It's not one of these massive monolithic, uh, developments that you have, but about 150 homes altogether. So great sense of community as well as great neighbors.
Wonderful. I mean, actually our neighbors became part of our family, literally. And, uh, it's extremely safe. Our kids are biking all over the place. It's a beautiful and comfort— cozy community. Thank you.
