And of course, reach out anytime if I can be of assistance to you on your journey to explore Naples living. Welcome to Naples, one of the most coveted coastal destinations in the entire United States. As you can see, our beaches are nothing short of spectacular. Naples boasts over 10 miles of pristine beaches, each with its unique charm. From the bustling Naples Pier to the secluded Clam Pass Beach, there's something for everyone. Did you know that Naples has consistently been named one of the best beaches in America? In fact, TripAdvisor has awarded Naples Beach Park the coveted Traveler's Choice Award multiple times, and with its stunning sunsets, it's no wonder why. Beyond their natural beauty though, Naples beaches offer a wide range of activities You can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing under the sun. And for those seeking a bit more adventure, there are nearby state parks and nature preserves to explore. Naples beaches are also known for their sugary white sands and excellent water quality. The Gulf of Mexico is home to a diverse marine ecosystem, making it a popular destination for snorkeling, and diving. Plus, the area is protected by barrier islands, which helps maintain the quality of water. And that's just the beginning. Imagine waking up every morning to the sound of waves and the smell of the Gulf air. Naples offers a truly perfect lifestyle for seeking peaceful and relaxing retreat. So, as you can tell, I'm a huge fan of Naples beaches. So what can I offer as a balanced perspective? Well, that's hard because candidly, every time I travel to other beaches on vacation, it's always a tough comparator because the Naples beaches are truly so beautiful. But I'll dig deep, so here you go. Number 1: Naples beaches are not pet-friendly. So as a dog lover, I wish that was a little different. The good news is that there is a dog park just a way up the Gulf bordering Bonita Springs. Allowing our pets to still enjoy what we do. Number 2: The beaches are kind of narrow. There are certainly beaches that have a wider area for all the beachgoers, like Miami, even parts of Marco Island in front of the JW Marriott. But honestly, this hasn't really bothered me too much because most of the time, Naples being a smaller town means smaller crowds, and there's often lots of room to spread out. Number 3, the water gets really warm. It is, after all, shallow, so it isn't as refreshing in the summer months, but that also hasn't deterred me. After all, it's still wet and wonderful. Number 4, my final one, there aren't many housing options on the beach. The beachfront homes are well up into the double-digit millions. Not unusual to find one of those estates that might come close to about $25 million. There are beachfront condos, but even those are pricey too. In 2024, when I'm making this video, to get really anything in a high-rise or low-rise condo with a decent golf view, you're probably going to be at around at least $2 million minimum. And I lied, there actually is one more that I would put out there for my daughter's sake. There is no surfing. That's right, I already talked about the fact that these waters are shallow and they're calm, but they are great for floating. And sometimes during increment weather, you may still be able to catch a few whitecaps here and there, but that's really it. All things considered, I would still take these sugar-white sand beaches and beautiful clear Gulf waters any day over other options. Join me next time when we tackle another aspect of Naples living.
