Hello, this is Renee Han from Caine Premier Properties, and I wanted to do a quick introduction before you jump into this article. So one of the topics that I am most often asked about and asked to engage in discussions on is home improvements, whether it's a buyer trying to come up with the, the approximate cost of a home improvement, whether it's a seller trying to make decisions about home improvements to make now or when they're getting ready to list, whether it's just generally people trying to pull on knowledge from the real estate market to know about smart home improvement investments, it is truly the most frequently asked about topic that I get engaged in. This is a great report that gets produced by the National Association of Realtors nationally. You know, obviously there are some nuances that are unique to Naples, but a lot of the broad things are still applicable. And I also want to share, because a lot of our homeowners may have property in other areas. So I don't want to get so insulated and focused on Naples that we miss an opportunity to help educate you more broadly. But I did want to share this report because I think it's important. It looks at two things. It has a joy score, which is essentially assessing how happy the homeowners themselves are with the improvements that were made. And then it's also got evaluation on how valuable or, or what the ROI potentially looks like when you make those investments, and ROI being return on investment. So again, I think this is a fascinating fascinating report. The last one that came out from NAR was in 2017, so we're 2 years out. You'll see some shifts in the data, and I think it's really helpful, so I wanted to share it with you hot off the press. And if you wanted to discuss this topic or any other real estate-related topic, don't ever hesitate to reach out to me. Again, Renee Han with Cape Fear Properties.
