To celebrate my birthday I'd love to hear from YOU!

YouTube video (May 29, 2019) by Richard Perkins in which he announces it is his birthday (references "480 full moons") and invites viewers to post on the Ridgedale Permaculture Facebook page describing how the farm, videos, or trainings have influenced their farming practices. He asks people to share words, photos, or videos there rather than YouTube comments and says he will enjoy reading the responses.

So today is my birthday and I've been through 480 full moons and today's video is a little bit different. I thought of a nice way to celebrate that through the channel and through the work that we do that you all connect with via this channel. So rather than giving you an update about the farm or give you a tour or anything like that, I thought I would ask you to consider, if you want to share a few words of how our farm or how our videos or anything that we've been putting out there has influenced you and your farming practices. So I thought it would be nice to do that on our Facebook page. That's on the Ridgedale Permaculture Facebook page because there you can add videos and you can add photos and I thought rather than just have people respond with YouTube comments, you see, the cows are liking the salt on the bottom of my boots from walking on the road. But I thought it would be nice rather than just post some comments on YouTube, it would be really nice to offer people a space on the Ridgedale Permaculture Facebook page to. To share some words or photo or video just letting us know how the farm and how the content or trainings that we have done have influenced your farming journey. And that will give me great pleasure. There's nothing I'd rather like to do on my birthday than read through how our work has influenced people all over the world. Now, I'm really aware how it's influenced some people very directly, people that I know, you know, personally and that have passed through our trainings, etc. But I know our farm has really been influencing people all over the globe in very different climate zones as well as people we've trained up in different parts of the world in the past. So please consider just taking five minutes today if you want to celebrate what we've been up to. And my birthday, if that's meaningful in some way to let us hear that. I would love nothing more than to spend the evening reading through and just gives me so much joy to see how much benefit has been spread from this beautiful farm. And I reckon the cows will enjoy having a look through that too, by the looks of things. So that's it for today's no Update. And I'll give you an update once our farm scale Permaculture course has ended. And it's a little bit quieter here. But please do get involved. Don't leave comments on the YouTube channel. Put something on our Facebook page because I think it's so nice that other people will be able to see a link to your farm and follow each other, too. And it's getting a little rough already in here, so I'll see you in the next video.
