Technicians in the room. How many owners that were technicians? Yes. What did we pride ourselves on? We prided ourselves on being able to fix anything. Yes. That we had to know how everything worked. Today, that is impossible. Today, that mindset is actually a detriment to your business. It's bad for you, because when you have that mindset, you make mistakes that cost you money. I have a client of ours that has a European shop. They had a Porsche towed in. They, the owner of the Porsche, went to a cheap shop to do brakes, and they gave it to one of their newer techs. And the technician used a C clamp to push the pistons back in, not realizing they were electric pistons. That was a $4,000 brake job.
