The transcript captures the lyrical content of the worship song "Christ Is Lord (Christ Before Me)" performed by multiple vocalists (A–D). The verses repeatedly proclaim Christ’s role as Savior who conquered death, as a constant guide and source of comfort, and as the source of redemption that overcomes sin, temptation, and worldly conflict. The singers use repetitive, celebratory refrains—"Hallelujah! Christ is Lord!"—to emphasize devotion, spiritual victory, and reliance on Christ’s presence before, behind, beside, and ahead of the believer.
