Riddhi Deorah shares why mothers feel chronically frustrated: unfulfilling choices, mind-reading what others think of you, and trying to excel at every role at once. She walks through her own story of leaving her business to stay home, then explains how these mental habits fuel anger and strain relationships.

3 reasons why a mother always feels frustrated. Number 1, when you're not doing what you're supposed to do. So let me share with you my story. When I became a mother, I decided to quit my business and I became a homemaker, and I was not happy. I became emotionally frustrated, financially dependent, and I was constantly fighting with my husband. It had nothing to do with the people in my life. It had everything to do with the wrong choices I made for myself. Number 2, We keep trying to read other people's mind. I think she doesn't like me. I think he doesn't care about me. These thoughts only make us feel worse, and by thinking these wrong thoughts, we hurt ourselves purposely. Number 3, when we try to do everything at the same time, we feel we have to prove ourselves as a mother, wife, professional, everything. Reality is we don't have to prove anything to anyone. If you're trying to rush, compete, and prove yourself, you'll always be stressed and anxious, which will lead to anger frustration. So if you want to work on your mom energy and do better for yourself, child, and improve your relationship with your partner, then I would like to invite you for my 90-minute free parenting masterclass exclusively designed for mothers only.
