Action over expectation! #shorts #parenting #youtubeshorts #parentingtips #motherhood #family

We feel guilty when we have expectations from ourselves which we cannot meet, and we feel irritated and frustrated when we have expectations from others that they cannot deliver on. Both guilt and frustration will keep us stuck and will prevent us from moving forward. So instead of building a list of expectations, it's important that we start building a list of action steps. Because action steps will help us grow and expectations will just help us to feel low. So instead of feeling low, it's always better to grow. So make sure you build your list of action steps today and try to reduce your list of expectations.
