Attended the Masterclass while travelling | Started to feel calm & better as a mother |Riddhi Deorah

Riddhi Deorah attended a masterclass on motherhood while traveling and found it helped her feel calmer and more grounded. She talks about how focusing on self-care and mental health changed the way she manages family responsibilities.
Hello.
Hi, Chaitanya.
Hello, ma'. Am. I just want to say thank you. Actually, it's like one day I was scrolling the Instagram and I just saw your message. Like, are you draining out after looking after your child? You can join my master class. And after that, I've just joined you and I've attended that two hour seminar while I was traveling.
Wow.
Traveling with a family for a picnic.
Okay.
I mean, I just, I just had my headphones and I, I, I went through all your master class while traveling. And I was like, immediately, I need to join this. Because at the end of the day, even how much I've tried, I will. I was like, very unsatisfied and like, I'm not a good mother. I can't take care of the family and all that. I just want to say thank you. And one day, I think three, four days back, there is a doodle in the discussion group. Like, I'm a creative mother. I mean, I've done that.
Oh, amazing. That is so amazing.
That was the day I like, I was so exhausted and I was so confused that I need to do something about myself. And then I just saw your reel on Instagram and I was immediately. Because most of them, like your child should be, you should teach them this and your child should learn this. And most of the things that I've seen and you are really like, it focuses on the mother, which nobody talks about, really. I just wanted to say thank you because you focus on the mother. Because most of them, like, you need to make your child genius without within two years you, they should start writing, they should do this and that. But most of them like, forget about the mother because how much mental pressure they have and all that.
Yes, yes. And yeah, I've basically converted my mess into a message because for me, I feel that, you know, I pretty much went through a very rough path and.
I don't know, but I was like, I just wanted to say thank you because from now I'd like, even if there is a small if, like if I cook for someday and if there is anything, like if the salt is high or all that, that also used to affect me mentally. And it's like I can't do anything and I'm not capable of running the family and all that. But your videos, like, even it's a small thing. Even all of us know, but when we take our action, it will have a huge impact.
Yes.
And I'm mostly the shy person in the family. Like, if anyone visits, I used to h. But now I just want to express my feeling to you.
Wow. Wow. That is so amazing. Thank you so much.
No, today is like after we do it, like you say, no, take time for yourself and do things you love it. Like when I do doodle or when I do some meditation and when I do a walk or when I do exercise it, like it's have a fulfillment. And even if I take it, look after my baby because I work from home now, even if I don't look after the baby all day like I have a satisfaction. You said no. You need to spend at least 10 slots of 10 minutes each, you know, not look after that. And you can ask help that work.
Yes. That is so amazing. Thank you.
