BOOTCAMP DAY 1: HOW TO BUILD A SPIRITUAL HOME ❤️

Riddhi Deorah teaches five practical shifts to turn your house into a spiritual home: enter with gratitude, clear the air through windows or scent, keep your most-used space clean, use lighting intentionally, and create a stillness corner. She emphasizes that children absorb the household's normal, so parents must model intentional behavior rather than try to change others.
Chapters
Yes, so I was saying, you guys are the most qualified people to help. Why? Because only somebody who has experienced the pain or who has been through those challenges knows what it means to help. Yes, so I was saying, you guys are the most qualified people to help. Why? Because only then can you feel what the other person is feeling. Agree? So if any of you are going through that and you're like, 'Meri life toh kudi karabe, main kya kisi ki help karungi?' Main apu ye batana chati ho ki aap hi sabse ache contestant ho is position ke liye. So how many of you are feeling good about yourself now? See, when you guys come and tell me, 'I'm fighting with my husband,' or 'My husband is talking to me like this,' or 'I am talking to my husband like that,' I can feel your story because I've lived it. So I want all of you to be very open. It doesn't matter what you're going through right now. What matters is how your journey is going to unfold and how are you going to use those lessons to help other people. So put help, put I am ready to help. Let's write the whole sentence. I am ready to help. And when I say help, it's not just about helping yourself. Of course, we have to first start by helping ourselves, just like they say in the airplane, no? First wear the mask and then help others. So if you are drowning, first you need to help yourself, then you help your passenger next to you, which is your own child or your own family. And later, when both— you've been able to save both, Are you going to be so selfish and be like, now I cannot help anybody else, I am safe, I'm going home? None of us are going to do that, right? We are going to be available, right? Amazing. So that's the intention I want all of us to start with, that parenting is not just about me, my child, mera ghar, mera pati, mera chota sa sansaar, mera piara sa pariwaar. That's not— I want to brainwash you. Can I do that? Please wash this from your memory that this is all I want to live for. The world is your family. How many of you can feel that the world is our family? If we are calling God our Father, then we have to treat world as the family. Otherwise, don't call God your Father. Otherwise, just say that this my father-in-law and my own father, they are only my father. But if you're using all the resources that God is giving— water, air, land— you're taking everything, but now you're treating only 2-3 people as your family members. So that is not the right thing to do. So is the intention clear to everybody? What is our intention? Our intention is environment, you, and the family. So I'm going to just give you my slide now. If you want, you can take a screenshot so that It stays with you. Yes, so creating a spiritual home, becoming a spiritual mother. We're already a spiritual mother, but you know, you just want to remind yourself of the role that we are supposed to play. And then stepping into a spiritual purpose. Done. All right. So I'm going to share 3 concepts, and we'll start with— first, before the concepts, this time I want to first share a little about spirituality. And this is not from any book or any text, but this is from my own experience. And, uh, you know, I was just thinking, if somebody asked me that, you know, how would you describe spirituality, what would I say? So what I think is spirituality is about how you live, how you act, how you think, and how you connect with your true self while being fully in this world. Because understand, a lot of people think spirituality— matlab sab chhod ke puja paat mein lag jaao— or you're chanting, or you're sitting in your— that is not spirituality. Or you're hopping from one temple to another temple All of these things are acting as a catalyst to help you become more spiritual, but that is not spirituality. Spirituality is what you think, how you think, how you act, how you live, how you connect with your true self, which means all of us understand that I am a spirit soul. While you live in this world with all the people around you. It's not like, you know, if I was not with these people, then I would have been very spiritual. Because a lot of times, you know, I hear mothers say that, ma'am, the environment in my house is not good. I don't know how can I ever be spiritual. People are eating meat, people are eating non-veg, my husband doesn't believe in temples. I don't know if I can be spirit— that is the best environment for you to test your spirituality. Is this making sense? Because it is very easy for everybody to be nice, kind, and happy when everything is going according to your requirements, which means if you are living in a house where everybody is listening to you, everybody is doing everything according to you, giving you whatever you want, then everybody will be happy. Who is going— what is— how do you even display your spirituality then? Or how do you even prove that you're a spiritual person? Your spirituality is actually coming into practice or into test when you're living with people who don't think like you, who are not you, and their actions are not like you. Maybe they don't agree with you, and you're still able to stay calm, still able to think right, still able to do the better thing for your family. And for your children. Clear? So nobody is going to think that, oh, I have to go to this place and then only then I will feel spiritual. So first is of course knowing who you are, then doing your duties without attachment. Now I want you to understand this one thing very clearly. Focus more on the first part, not on the last part. Mostly we are stuck with without attachment part. Agree? If you agree, put A for agree. Ki karm karo, phal ki kshamat karo. Pele wale part pe focus kare, do your duty. Forget about attached, not attached. First at least do the work. Even if you are attached to the result, I'm okay. In the beginning, this is a ball bond, put B, O. The problem is we are very focused on the second part of this sentence— non-attachment. Of course, non-attachment, very important, but non-attachment will only happen first you have to do the work. So the main thing is do your duty. Spirituality is 100 times telling you, 'Kam karo dharm pe chalo'— do your work. It is never telling you to leave things. And sometimes when you're doing your work, it will not be super comfortable. In fact, most of the time you will be tested, but you have to still show up. So put, "I will show up," or, "I am showing up." Put "I am," not "will." "I am." "I am showing up." Now, good day, bad day, sunny day, rainy day, Whatever days show up, don't care about what's going to happen. Then of course, stay balanced. You know, what do I mean by this? Stay— it's like more like stay in a neutral space, which means when you're getting a lot of success, don't get very excited, and when you're not doing well, don't get very demotivated or don't go very low. Because understand one thing, nothing is permanent. So agar aapke paas bohot kuch hai, there is no need to do enkaar, or you know, you don't have to be in that phase that, oh, I have everything. And if you have less, don't have to feel less about yourself, because what you have does not define who you are. Is this making sense? All the, all the rich people, they didn't have anything when they were in their starting phase. But if you start to equate who you are with what you have, you will not be able to create impact. You are much more than what you have. So whether good day, bad day, too much you have, less you have, you stay neutral with this understanding that everything that I have belongs to God. Then of course, master your mind. Not so easy, in fact very, very difficult, but just because it is difficult doesn't mean we are not going to do it. You know, I read this a long time ago. It might not be easy, but it is totally worth it. So controlling your mind is not easy. And how does it happen? You have to continuously be in the process of learning. That's the only way. There is no other way. You have to be in the process of learning, and you also have to be attached to God, whatever God you believe in— Allah, Jesus Christ, Vaheguru, Krishna, Radha, Shiva, whoever, whatever God you believe in. Because once you get that taste of God, then your mind gets attached to God, it gets stuck to God. Fir aapko ye bhoti cheez hai, jo hai, lo keek material cheez ho mein utna aapka mann nahi atkega. How many of you fast in your faith? If you fast, put yes in the chat box that I fast. Muslims fast, Jains fast, everybody, every faith has some fast. Now why are you able to stay hungry for God? So when you're doing anything for God, you're not feeling that hunger for food. But on a normal day, if I tell you just don't eat anything, is it easy? Yes or no? If it is Ramzan, you'll be able to fast. Jain ka— Jain lokao te vo pura pradyushan, vo jo apka bo difficult fast hota hai. We do a kadasi, jo bhi alag alag, sabka alag alag fast ho kya hai. We are able to do it because we are linking it to God, and then we feel God ke liye I can leave. But on a normal day, if I just tell you, go for a 7-day no food diet, so difficult. So this is a very simple way of understanding parayushan. Yeah, so this is a very simple way of understanding that once you absorb your mind, or you know, you connect your mind with God, then automatically it will become easy for you to get detached from everything else. And detachment does not mean that you can't possess it. This is also one thing I want to clarify. Detachment— a lot of people think that, you know, if you are a spiritual person, you cannot use a branded bag. Or you cannot live in a good luxurious way, or you cannot have a luxurious lifestyle. Absolutely incorrect. What it means is that you can possess everything, you can have everything, as long as you are not identifying yourself with the things you possess. Is this clear to everybody? Spiritual. So spirituality, that's— oh, look at her, she keeps saying she's so spiritual, but look at her, she's using this bag from this place, or she's living using such a fancy car. All of these are wrong things that have been passed down, not to all of us but to some of us. So I just wanted to clarify this. Then of course, if you are a spiritual person, understand it's not your action that will count. Yeah, also this— thank you for bringing that up, Dr. Jyotsna. If you are wearing Western clothes, you can't be spiritual. This is the weirdest thing I've heard, that if you are wearing a short dress or a sexy outfit then you're not a spiritual person? You have to wear like Indian with tikka and tilak, and only then? No, obviously not. No, right now I'm wearing Indian because at home I mostly wear Indian, but if I were wearing something, you know, not non-Indian, that does not mean that I cannot come and talk about spirituality or I'm not connected to God. So these are things that, you know, we have to, you know, You know, they'll look at the girl, she's wearing like pura covered clothes, bindi bindi, kitni achi ladki hai, aur agar toda sabhi kut skin dekha hai, kuch bo nahi hai, both forward hai, this and that. So all of this is, you know, very typical mindset which we don't want to follow. And yeah, this is very important, the intention behind your action. You know, some of us We do a lot for our family members, but always we are cribbing. Nobody helps me, nobody is there, why should I do? All the mehnat that you're doing is getting you zero spiritual points. In fact, it is adding a little negative balance. Why? Because you're always complaining, cribbing. It's like, you know, imagine your help. I'm going to give you a few examples. So imagine you keep a domestic help for cooking. He's cooking the food, but all the time he's saying, 'Acha, aapki phir se banana karega, ye sabzi. Acha, aapki aapu chai bicheye. Aapki aapko ye poha bicheye. Main itna kuch nahi kar sakta.' You know, they're doing it, but they're going on saying this. Now, as a, you know, you know, you would not like to keep such a help. You'll probably, you know, start looking for a replacement, and you'll want to dismiss, or at least you will not have a good experience of having your food. Just like that, if you are doing things but you're always cribbing inside, Nobody has— nobody is having a good experience of your action, and you're also not. So it's not what you do, it's about why are you doing it, the intention behind your action. So you have to say, I'm doing this for the God in my mother-in-law. This is what I do for myself. Like I shared, I'm going to just share from my own experience. So whatever I do for anybody, I'll say I'm doing it for the God in Urvvi. I'm doing it for the God in Nidhi. I'm doing it for the God in Richa. I'm doing it for the God in Saheli. I'm doing it for the God in my husband. So anytime you do anything for God, the energy of complaining will disappear. If you love this simple hack, put love in the chat box. Supposing if you have a small kid and if you're saying, I'm doing this for the God in my child, You're not going to be like, oh, again I have to get up, or again I have to make milk. You know, you'll not be in that energy. If you have to get up in the morning to see off your husband, let's say he has an early morning flight, you'll not be complaining. If you have to pack lunch for your husband and you're thinking that I'm doing this for the God in my husband— yeah, in corporate life, I'm I'm doing this for the God in my boss. I'm doing this for the God in my, you know, the multiple whatever team members that you have. I'm doing it for the God in them. You know, it will immediately help you to shift the energy of the action or the intention behind the action. And once you start doing everything for God, what will happen? All your actions are getting spiritualized. And what does that mean? When your actions get spiritualized, there is no effect. And if there is no effect, you don't have to keep coming back. Karma nahi collect ho rahi hai apka. How many of you love that? Put love in the chat box. You're not getting any good effect or bad effect. You're only getting spiritual points, the parloki daan, which is adding to your bank account, which will slowly give you enough credits to leave this material world. To aad se ham jo bhi kuch karenge, whatever we do from today, we will only do for— who's going to put it in the chat? We will only do for— yes, thank you. God. I do it not for my child, but for the God in my child. I do it not for my husband, but the God in my husband. God and my mother-in-law. God and my father. And I promise, I'm not saying this to just say it, I promise, when you shift your energy, you will notice their energy towards you will shift. It will not take one week, it will shift in one day or two days. If they are very difficult, it might take one week, but it has to shift. There is— it is— even if you have the most difficult husband, it will shift. Even if you have the most difficult in-laws, it will shift, guaranteed, because that's how powerful God's energy is. Somebody said, what if we don't If you don't feel anything for God, that's okay. Don't have to worry if you don't feel anything for God. You just do it as an experiment, some science experiment. Do it without the feelings. The feelings will eventually develop. Is this making sense? If this is making sense, put MS. Just like, you know, sometimes after we give birth to our children We don't feel like doing, but we still do it as a task. So if you don't have any feelings for God, that's okay, but you still do it as an experiment, mechanically. The feelings will come because the feelings for God are also a result of our past actions which we have forgotten. Right, so I'm not here to make you fall in love with God or anything. I'm just here to share. The love will only— God can only create the love in us, right? But if we are on the right path, it will come to all of us. Yes, so even if you do acting, the acting will turn into a real thing. You know, just like, you know, if you think that I'm a horrible actor, but you go for an acting class and then you keep learning, keep learning, eventually after many days of practice, you will start to feel like I'm a good actor. So that is the space. And then of course, one line for spirituality is spirituality means living in this world with awareness, with purpose, with inner peace, and with service. So if you want, you can write this. This is my definition of spirituality because I am only sharing what I am feeling about this topic. So spirituality is a way of living in this world— living, and also add this— living in this world and doing your activities, living in this world and doing your activities with awareness with purpose, with peace, and with service. Right? Is everybody understanding so far? If you're understanding so far, put yes in the chat box. Is it simple so far? If it's simple, put simple. S for simple. Yes, it will be simple because I don't have too much gyaan, so I can only transfer the little gyaan that I have. But I know one thing, it's not about how much you know, it is about how little are you able to implement. Because some people might know a lot but they implement very less. So we— it's not about knowing a lot, it's about at least doing the little that we know. And I— before I get into concept one, I just want to thank my parents. And I don't have like an official guru, but I've been following many gurus online, so I want to thank all those gurus. I have a journey, different, different gurus I have attracted at different points in my life, and I think it is your consciousness which will attract you towards different people. How many of you have been on that journey? Put yes in the chat box. So, you know, I have had different people that I have been— that I felt attracted towards. And I think now that I link it back, or, you know, as I connect the dots backwards, I've been attracted to the kind of gurus that was my inner consciousness was, you know, attracting that kind of guru towards me, basically. So I want to thank all of them. And of course, I want to thank my mentors who got me started on this journey as a coach, because this journey of coaching has brought me very close to God. Of course, the process is still on, but I feel a lot closer to God. So I want to thank all my mentors. And how many of you feel the same, that, you know, your journey of learning parenting, or some of you also in my Platinum wanting to become coaches, you're also getting closer to God because you started on this journey. So it's the same for me. So, and I also want to thank all of you for trusting me with your time and for believing me with this, uh, content. So I just want to say one thing. That, you know, it's like whatever I'm sharing, you can also share with your kids and with your family members. We don't have to be like a Guruji with tilak and all to be able to help and share. If you agree, put A for agree. And this is what I felt for a very long time, and I was not able to share a lot of it because I felt that it would not be right for me to share. But in 2025, when I started sharing, I felt that was the best thing I did. It took me a lot of courage because, you know, I was not sure if I'll be able to do it or if I was— if I had the credibility to do it. But I realized that it was helping, and it continues to help. How many of you feel that it's helping? Yes, so my request to all of you would be that don't just keep this to yourself. You can actually pass it on, and you don't have to tell anybody that I'm a guru or I am spiritual guru or anything. Just say that this is something that's helping me and I want to share this with you, and that's exactly what I'm doing, right? So yes, so concept 1. So I want you to look around your home for a moment and just imagine that your living room, your kitchen, your bedroom— just imagine it in your head. How is your living room right now? How's your bedroom right now? How is your kitchen? And ask yourself this question. Now listen to me very carefully: how does my house feel right now? Not look right now. See, Farhana is putting messy. So don't focus on how it looks, focus on how it feels. How does my house or my home feel like, not look like? Because remember, understand, your home is not just walls and furniture. Your home is a space that has memory. It remembers. It remembers all those rushy mornings, it remembers all the stressful conversations, all those loud fights, it remembers your silence, it remembers your emotions, and it is carrying your energy all the time. And the most important thing, your child is growing in this memory space. This is a ball bond put, you know, we are so focused, best school, best activity class, and some of us are already, you know, there are only 5, 6, we are already thinking about Harvard and master's and engineering and doctor and all of that. Bharti Aurora, what can't you feel? All of us have to feel something. It's impossible not to feel. You might— if you're not feeling anything, then you're feeling confused, right? So all of us have to feel, right? It is not possible to have a micro millisecond without feelings. There will be some feelings in you, whether it is calm, whether it is dull, or it is a mixed feeling or a confused feeling. But the feeling is there. So your home— so you can write this line, I'll tell you what to write, okay? So your home is not a place, it is an emotional blueprint your child is living in every day. But today we are not going to change your house completely. We are just going to create small shifts, and these small shifts are going to change everything. We are not going to change your furniture. I'm not going to do some Feng Shui with you, put this in the northeast or put this in the southwest. We are not going to do all of that. I just need your body, right? I need your body and your presence. Are all of you ready to give me that? Put R for ready. Yes, amazing. Thank you. All right, okay. So now this is very important. Now I'm going to make you do this right now with me as visualization because we are in a Zoom room. But later you have to do all of these for real. Is this clear how we are going to practice it? Right now we will sit on our chairs and visualize, because visualization is actually proven to be more powerful than you actually doing it. Because sometimes when you're doing it, you're very distracted. So when you're visualizing, the focus is more because you're sitting and you are forcing yourself to visualize. Right, so you're— so, but don't forget to do it on your own later. PP, pinky promise. I'm like those kids, I have to take a promise, otherwise I can't believe. Yes, amazing. So now I want you to imagine that you just went for a very you know, went for an Indian wedding or whatever wedding, you were wearing like jewelry and whatever heavy, and you're now just dying to come back home because you just want to get out of your lehenga, you want to get rid of your jewelry, right? And now you're coming back home. How do you enter your house? What energy are you bringing? What is you— what are you looking at when you enter? Are you rushing inside? Are you dropping your bag on one corner? Are you just like throwing things around, or are you entering your home with some awareness, with connection? Most of us don't connect with our homes when we step in. We have just forgotten that this house is giving us so much. So now I want you to visualize that you're entering your home, and when you step in, you want to thank your home. Thank you. And when you step in, you want to touch the walls, or you want to touch something that you see around you, and you want to pay gratitude. Thank you so much for making my life so comfortable, so easy. Thank you for being there no matter what. Things are moving, but you are still there. People are leaving, you are still there. So thank you. Yeah, so sweet. See, kids are kissing the main gate and all. So, so touch something consciously, maybe a wall, maybe a door, maybe a table. Because the way you enter your home decides how you experience your home, and that's the energy your house will throw back at you. Simple. Can all of us do this? Idea number 1, can you integrate this in your life? Not so much you have to do, but at least a simple thank you when you're entering your space. And remember the invisible mat that I taught you in the— just like that, you want to leave. Let's say you're coming from a very bad, uh, you know, like you had a very bad day at work, your boss didn't treat you well, or you were not able to submit your project on time, or maybe you had a fight with a friend you met at some cafe, you fought, or or maybe you were on your way back and on the phone you fought with somebody, and all that energy is in you. Before you step in, just imagine there is an invisible doormat, or there is actually a doormat, right? Outside most homes we have a doormat. Just say that I'm leaving all this energy outside. All the stress, all the anxiety, all the trauma, all the irritation, all the anger, all that energy I want to drop outside. I don't want to take this energy in. Simple. Can all of us do that? Put S for simple. It just requires 5 seconds of awareness and consciousness. How many of you are already feeling more connected? We've just done one idea. If you're already feeling that connection with your house, I can already feel it as I share this with you. Correct. Now understand, I'm going to give you a few examples. Like, you know, just like when you put perfume, or you cannot see the air inside your house, but sometimes, you know, when you step in, you can feel that something heavy about your house. Or, you know, some people are laughing and all, you can feel it. Right, so it is very important for you to circulate the air inside your house. So next time when you open— all of us are opening our windows and our balcony doors, hopefully. If you're not, please do so. And when you're opening, try to open the door that is on the northeast. I know little bit Vastu. I'm not like a Vastu expert, but I'll tell you the little I know. From my mom because she is a Vastu expert. But so try to open the window or the door in the northeast, from where the sun rises, like east and the north. Not so much southwest, you should not open that much, right? So when you open it, you just want to welcome all the good energy inside. Don't just open it as an act, like a mechanical exercise. When you're opening the curtain, opening the door, opening the window, just say, God, please bring your good God energy into my house. And if there is any negative energy that is blocking the energy of my space, of this, of my house, please let it leave. If no northeast window or door See, I told you I'm not a vastu expert. I have no idea. I have no idea what to do. So just, uh, have to— so you'll have to probably— I think you should talk to a vastu person. There should be a window in the northeast, you know, because these energy things, it's in all— like in Feng Shui and everything, they say this, the northeast thing. So if you don't have one, you see if you can open like a small, uh, you know, window or something in your house. Or if not like a proper window, like a niche kind of a thing which you can use with a small glass behind it or something. So when you're opening the window and all, don't just think that light— just think that good energy comes in and the old energy is going out. Then think of one area where you spend maximum time. Like, you know, for me, this is this desk. This desk where I, you know, do most of my— I clean it at least 2-3 times in the day, at least. So if kitchen is your main thing, then you keep your kitchen clean if that's where you're spending maximum time. For me, this, this spot I spend maximum time. So in this room, I will make sure that everything is like so that if I see, I feel good. It should relax my soul. If it's your bedroom, then you keep your bedroom like that. If it's your kitchen and your car— yeah, some people keep their cars in a very bad way. So if it's your car, then keep your car very nicely. Show my workplace. I'll send you a picture. If I rotate, it will be very funny. So they will— I'll send you guys a picture. Yes. So the whole thing is that when you clear your space outside, you will create a lot of clarity inside. So this is very important. Clear? Then the fourth thing that you have to be very careful— I hope somebody is writing the checklist. Yeah, I know you are by default now my notekeeper or note-taker. I don't know, EPH notekeeper. We have to have a special title for you, yes. A special award in the next Goa retreat for Urvi. Awesome. So, um, yes, where was I? Yes, the fourth area that you want to be very careful of is the light. The light of your house, it should not be very dull and gloomy, and you know, it will decide the whole mood. How many of you agree? That the lighting plays a very important role in the mood. So play around with the lights. Like in my room, I have switch lights. They will turn into yellow lights when I want and white when I want. So now you have that, uh, you don't have to fight with your husband. White lagai ki yellow lagai, ab dono dete. I think the person who invented it was very smart. So now, yeah, 3, 3, 3 moods. Of the same lights. You just keep switching, it will become yellow and it will become dimmer and all. So you can decide the mood of your house. So in the evenings, usually we have a light and the main entrance is always lighted. I don't turn off the light in the main entrance. I'm just sharing with you what I do. Main entrance, it should not be dark. And inside, evening time, you can have like, uh, there should be lights but warm lights. And that's also scientific because the melatonin production slows down and then you get better sleep. And when you're doing high-energy activity work, keep white light, you know, when you have to do more focused work and all of that. Then this is very, very important. This is an area which I want all, you know, all of us when we are thinking of planning our homes, we think of what? We think of bedroom, kitchen, living room, temple, storeroom, servant room. These are the most popular zones that we think of. And of course, washrooms free with the bedroom, right? And the balcony. Yeah, and the balcony, of course. But I want now all of you to consciously think of a place for stillness. It has no other purpose. It is not your work area, it is not your— it's not for work, it's not for stress. It can be your temple, but see, if it is, it can also be a temple, but I think it is if you have a dedicated space which is just a space for stillness. And for me, I usually do it in my balcony, you know, next to my tulsi plant. So of course I do all my prayer and all in my temple, but in my balcony I have like a small— I love to sit there. So, you know, if nature, sunlight, all those natural resources— if you can use the balcony, you can do that. If you don't have a balcony, create a space for stillness which other people in your house don't use that much. They don't want to come there too often. So it will be easier for you to feel that stillness. And create that space with a lot of love and, you know, a lot of happy energy. Not like, oh, now I have to create this also. Not with stress and, you know, too much like that, but just with a lot of good energy, just with a lot of love like that. So what I want to say is that you don't need a new house, you don't need more space, you don't need more things. You just need more awareness in the space that you already have. If you love this, put love in the chat box. I can give all of you a guarantee that tomorrow you will get up in the same house, but you will feel a very different house. Your home will feel very different. And maybe from tonight, and maybe you're already feeling it in this moment. Yes, if you're feeling it, put yes. You know, when I was studying outside in Cambridge, I had a very small room because obviously, you know, it's very expensive also, plus you are a student, right? So you don't— so one small room. And after India, we are so spoiled that when you see small rooms, you're like, yeah. So that was my first reaction when I stepped into that room because I had never been outside of my house. I had already always stayed with my parents, and this was my first time alone outside. So I entered the space. It was How do I explain? Like, it was small. It was like the size of the Indian kitchens that we have. Literally, it's very good if you're lazy. You don't have to move. You do this, you take 2 steps, you take 1 step, you can get to your cupboard. So really good for people who don't like to move. Right? So, but what I realized was that in that small space also, once I started living in it, I had corners for everything. There was a study space, there was a small temple cupboard, I had a space, my food corner, all the food that Mummy had given, all the food. Then I had a small shoe rack that I got to put all my shoes. And that small space was also feeling very nice. And then I got like a softboard where I put things up on the softboard. I would collect leaves and I would put leaves on the softboard. So I just feel it's not about the size of the space also, it's about how much love and energy are you able to add to that space. Is this making sense? If this is making sense, put yes in the chat box. Because you know, there are so many times, you know, uh, so many times I go to homes which are really big, like big I mean like they're like Dubai malls. That big. Literally, like, one family I know, their house is like a Dubai mall, so huge, and it's in Delhi only, Vasant Vihar. But understand that, you know, sometimes you don't feel that, uh, how do I put it so that I don't sound— you don't feel that warmth in that space. Or you could even go to like a small 1 BHK, 2 BHK home, and you can feel like so warm and so welcomed. And you know, even if they're giving you chai in a very normal plate, you can feel that energy. And sometimes you might get like chai in like really branded cutlery and utensils and fancy trays and cookies, and so many things are happening and you're just not like, uh, feeling like it. So it's not just about the people, you know, sometimes it's the house people can also be nice. Is this making sense? Because maybe there's too much discipline or too— I don't know, I can't put it in words, but you have to feel it basically for yourself. And it's not like all big homes— there are many big homes where you also feel very welcomed. So I just want to also clarify that so that we don't have this mindset that all big homes are like this. There are many good homes, big homes and, uh, where you feel a lot of love and you feel a lot of positivity also. Agree if you agree, put A for agree. So just wanted to also share that. So yes, so we've covered 5 things here. Let me share my screen and you can take a screenshot. Just one sec. Why is it not showing? Just give me a minute. So funny. Yeah. So the first touch, then we spoke about the air that comes in and goes out, then we spoke about the surface which you are spending maximum time with, then the light of your house, the lighting, and then of course that one corner that changes everything, that stillness where, you know, when you enter that space, it's like a magical zone. You just enter and you feel like all your worries are washed away, all your stress has gone away. Everything is just— it's like a magic wand. Simple. These 5 shifts, all of us can do. No investment required. No beads you have to wear. Sorry. So no, nothing you have to do. Please share the screen again. One second. Your home remembers energy. Now we'll do a very simple activity. What is happening? So this is— first we will visualize like I shared, because I don't want you to move around with your laptops and your phones. Your house members will think, what are you guys up to? So I don't want to put you in that awkward situation right now, but let's just close our eyes and visualize this. But your homework is to actually do it for real later, okay? So Saheli, you can be the note keeper for homework. First homework, you remember the 5 things that we did. Now this is the homework. So please close your eyes. Urvi, you can also close your eyes. Everybody close your eyes. So today we are going to look beyond cleaning our house. It's not just about cleaning. Today you are divine angels walking through. Sí, you also do it. I'll tell you one line that you have to write. You also experience it with us. So today you're like a divine angel and you're walking through your house and you're blessing every corner of your house. And the best and the most beautiful part is you don't need anything external because today you are carrying that energy within. So in your visualization, I want you to imagine that you're standing up and you're walking through your home very slowly, very, very slowly, just like a divine angel. You're not in a rush. You're walking with ease and grace, very consciously. Start from the entrance, stand at the door. Just pause for a moment and gently say this: May everyone who enters this home feel peace and love. I'm going to repeat this: May everyone who enters this home feel peace and love. Now slowly walk inside, go to your living area. Stand there, look around, and say this: May this living area, or may this space, hold calm conversations, love, and understanding. May people who arrive here laugh, have fun, share hugs, and happy memories. And now move to your kitchen, stand there for a moment and say this: May the food prepared here nourish not just the body but also the mind and the heart of every person who consumes this food. May the food prepared in this kitchen nourish not just the body but the mind and the heart of everyone who consumes this food. Now go to your bedroom. There's no rush. If you want to spend more time in your kitchen, you're free to do so. If you're ready to step out of your kitchen and walk towards your bedroom, start walking. And say this: May this space give rest, deep sleep, safety, and healing to everyone who sleeps on this bed. Deep rest, deep sleep, safety, healing, calming energy. Now go to your child's room. If you have more than one child's room, like children's room, then go to both, one after the other, and then say this: May this space support growth, joy, and a peaceful mind. Because that's what we want for our children— growth, joy, and peace of mind. So may this space support growth, joy, and a peaceful mind. And finally, you can pick your favorite corner in your home, maybe your temple, or maybe the center point of your home. Stand there, place your hand on your heart, Just imagine you've— you're already on that spot. Now place your hand on your heart and say this: May this home become a space of awareness, love, and spiritual growth. May this home become a space of love, awareness, and spiritual growth. Now take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes and just notice that it's the same house but something has shifted. Because your house does not become spiritual by things and objects, It becomes spiritual by your loving intention. Feeling the magic? Yes, of course you can do everything like study area, bathroom, just for you to understand what to do, right? You can go to every corner of your house, the balcony. If I do that, then we'll just be doing that, right? There's so much more to do. But I just wanted to do the main things which all of us have. But, um, so what we just did was through this activity we have brought— or not brought, it's already there, but now you're aware of that consciousness that your house carries. You're just like you have a consciousness, your house also has a consciousness. Just like the trees have consciousness, everything. So your house also has a consciousness which you are activating through your intention, by acknowledging the presence of the different areas, by acknowledging the purpose all those areas are serving. By acknowledging the energy, the air, the smell, the light, the mood, showing gratitude for all that your house is doing for you. Now, ready for the next concept? If you're ready for the next concept, put C2, concept 2. Now, this is very important. Your house is not built by big moments, it is created by small things that happen again and again. So now this is part 2. So part 1 was just getting aware of the consciousness of your house and putting the right intention. Now it is about What are you going to do? Right, so this is going to be step 2, part 2. So your house is built with your love and intention, it's not built with effort. So these are small things that we can do. You know, whatever you are, you know, the mood of your house, so the song your home is always playing So how many of you understand that, you know, if you— if your house is always like chilly, chilly, chilly, after a point you get used to that chick, chick, chick, chick. You just get used to that mood. It happened with us. I'll tell you one example that happened. So you know, you, uh, those, uh, what do you call them? I forgot, it's been a while since my son used it. Those, uh boards on which— scooty kind of a thing on which the children ride. What is it called? The skateboard. Not skates exactly, but yeah, like the skateboards only. Yeah, so, uh, yeah, scooter or scooty, something skate, whatever you guys get it. No, those boards. Yeah, the hoverboards. Correct. So my son would do that inside our house. And we were so used to it because, you know, he's doing all the— all 24/7 he's on that only, up, down, up, down, pura time, you know, that's like long passage. So he would do that all day. And once we had guests over and we were just having dinner with them, and my son was on that board and he went up, down, up, down, he's going up, down, up, down. Both my husband and I didn't even realize anything. Then finally, that guest told us after almost 30-40 minutes of coming, "Is it okay if you take this board away from your child?" Because it was so noisy for them. But for us, we were so used to it that we were not even feeling ki kuch ho raha hai. And then I realized that, oh my God, like 'You know, this is something that I have to be more conscious of next time.' You know, sometimes, you know, when your child is crying, you're on the phone, like, for you it is nothing, but the person who's listening to you on the phone is getting irritated. But you are so used to the crying and the shouting that you've stopped feeling it, right? So that's why, you know, you want to create a good music in your house, which means you want to play some mantra or some soft music, if not all day, at least sometime during the day— morning, evening, afternoon. You can have different types of music that you play, but that also shifts the energy because sound is the most— is the first energy, you know, the first energy form. Sound. So the sound energy, you know, really makes a huge difference. And you will see, if you are playing mantras and all, and that sound energy, the fights in your house will also go down. So in the morning you can play like bhajan, kirtan, whatever, you know, according to your faith. In the afternoon you can play some happy music. Evening you can play some slow, nice English jazz or piano music or something. Or in the evening also, if you're into religion and all, you can do bhajan again in the evening, whatever, you know. But you can have different moods during the day. And they also say that songs have a way of transporting you back to that point in life. So supposing in your college days, if you would listen to a certain track If I play the same song now, you will immediately go back to that moment in your life. How many of you have experienced this? And those of you were dating, if you had a track with your boyfriend, ex-boyfriends. So, when you were in your courtship, there were certain songs that you were sharing with your partner. So whenever that song is placed played, you will go back to that moment with your husband. When your child was little, there were certain tracks that you were playing, like for me, like Baby Shark. So, you know, you'll go back to that face of your child and how your child used to dance to that particular track. So it's very important that, you know, you have some music in your life. Even, you know, you don't have to be a great singer like I'm a horrible singer. Like, I don't even have words to explain my singing, but I love music. I might not have the ear for music, like the sur and taar, but I enjoy music, right? So it's very important for us to make sure that consciously you are doing these things. We all have it, but we don't do it. Then the second thing is the smell of your home, very important. The aroma, all of this will directly connect you to the spiritual realm. The music, the sound energy, the sound waves, you know, just like a radio, when you tune it to a certain channel, you hear that sound because that frequency you are connecting with. So imagine if in your house you are putting the mantras, that frequency you are putting yourself just by putting one play button on. Same with smell. You want to ensure that there is good smell, or if not good, definitely not bad. So at least it should be neutral, or if you can have some good smell of chandan or, you know, some ittar or whatever, doobatti, agar different people have different things that you— diffusers. Now you get those automatic switch diffusers. Kapoor smell I love. So in the car also you can put camphor, kafur, Kapoor. So the smell is also very, very important. Now this, most important, your words that come out of your mouth, they carry a lot of energy, and that energy is getting added to your home energy. Very important. So try not to use abuses as much as possible. Even if you are, now become a little more conscious and try to use as less as you can. Also, don't say, don't use too much negative words. I can't, I can't, you can't. So how you speak, the tonality, how you respond, how your day flows. So your repeated actions are basically creating invisible pathways for your child. Because whatever you are doing, your house will automatically start following that, and everybody who's living will also start following it. Now I know one thing, a lot of you will be like, but I am not the only one, there are so many people living in my house. I also want to tell you one thing, you make your energy so strong that you can drive away all the other energy from your house. Doesn't matter. You know, I will tell you, and I'm not like bragging about my mom here, but I'm saying this with all honesty. Like, my grand— we come from Rajasthan, okay? And Rajasthani people are like full of abuses. Like, you cannot even imagine the kind of abuses. Like, it is to another level. Like, my grandfather, every 3 sentences, prefix, suffix, all abuse. And that's what my father grew up in, so his language was also full of abuses. And it's not even like he's abusing to hurt somebody, it's like a way of speaking. How many of you understand what I'm sharing? If you're understanding, put yes. They are not scolding anybody, or it's not like they have a problem and they are abusing in anger or something. This is just cool. Ye unki shaan hai, pind di shaan, gao ki shaan, and whatever, you know, this is their pride. Jitni badi gali, utna bada title, right? Gali nahi diya toh mardi kya hai. That kind of an attitude. So I grew up in that environment, like my uncle, my father, all the men basically, and even my aunt, you know, because she also came from a small village kind of a place, so even she would abuse, like my chachi. My mom was the only person in the house who didn't abuse. The only person in our whole house who was not abusing, and because of just her presence in the house, none of us could ever abuse. Why? Because she had such good energy that everybody wanted to be like her, and she would not force us, ki mat karo, mat bolo, Because everybody is wanting to be like her only, naturally. Why? Because she's not authoritative, she's loving, she's giving, she's spending time. And you know, so we just— we are less like, Mom, I want to be like my mom. And I went to a school which was famous for abusing. School was all English, so I literally got a PhD on abuses. English in school and Hindi at home. Hindi and whatever. I'm not joking. Like, you can name the abuse and I know it. I never used it, but not even the F-word. And in my school, the F-word was used like a prefix, suffix. And this I'm talking like 20 years ago, more than 20 years. Still, it was so normal in my school. So understand that, you know, don't think that, okay, because everybody around my child is speaking, so my child will speak. No. You can create a huge influence on your child by, you know, you just being that person that your child will want to be like. And you don't have to force it. It will happen naturally. Yeah, I have Hindi and English vocabulary for sure in all things. Apeksha Daga has already— see, Apeksha has already guessed the name of my school, how famous it was for this. She has been able to guess it. Okay, but I love my school. All right. Then this is also very important— the clock of your home. Of course, we have those wall clocks, and now most of us don't even look at them. We look on our phones and, you know, to check the time and everything. But your house also has a clock, like an invisible clock that is installed. Which we are not aware of. But today the intention is to get aware of it, right? So you have to figure out what is it. Is it like your home is rushed every morning, calm at night, distracted during the day? What? So you want to create a small pause in your day, and I want to— want you to consciously Try this. I cannot impose this on you, I can only request you because I know some people have this very fixed thing that I am a night person and I think it's a koi farak nahi padta hai. I personally feel, and I want to tell you that I have tried everything in like when I was a student, I didn't have an option but to study in the night because my father would turn on the television at very high volume. And, uh, you know, he had those, uh, theater speakers installed. I'm not making this up. It will sound funny, but it is true. Those speakers we had in our house. So the minute he played TV, it means like nobody can do anything, especially those who are used to working in quiet. Right, so the minute he would come in, I would just meet him, say hi, hello, and whatever to my father, and then go to sleep. 2 minutes interaction. Board exam, right? So I would sleep, and then I would get up in the night. I would sleep at 7, I would get up at 2 or 1 or 2 in the night, and then I would study till morning, and then again sleep for 15 minutes, and then get up and get ready for school. So that was my cycle. But I want to tell you one thing, that, you know, according to our Vedas, morning, the natural energy in your body is sattva guna, which means it is the energy for soul work, for connecting with God. That's why you see every ghar, you know, there will be puja in the morning. Every faith, morning 4 AM, 5 AM, Some faiths, you know, like, yeah, of course Islam, there are many slots because they remember God all day, all night, which is how it should be. But you know, in the morning, every faith has it. Some faiths might have multiple zones, time zones, but morning is compulsory for all. Why? Because that is the time for that Godly good energy. Then the daytime, the daytime is about you doing your activities, Rajas. So you are— your dominant energy is that Rajas. So you doing your activities like, you know, you creating your courses and all of that. You thinking, you ideating, and all of that. And then night is tamas. Tamas means the energy, natural energy, is telling you to rest. Creative ideas are not at peak, and even if they are, they could have actually been better during the day or the morning hours as compared to what you're getting at night hours. Sometimes you might get, like, in your sleep you might get an idea and all of that, So if you can, slowly, slowly, if you want to— I'm not imposing this on you, but this is my experience— wake up early, pray till 8, 9, whatever, then switch to learning. This is how I design my life. If you guys want to copy it, you can. Get up in the morning, the first thing I do is I take a shower. First step number 1. After that, you know, I go to my mandir and I light a diya and I do some Shiv Ji jal. Then I do my sankirtan with you guys. And so, and after that I drop my son. And before the sankirtan I do some chanting and listening to some content from gurus. And then I do— and then after I drop my son, I come back and I learn for 2 hours. Like, this is my current routine. It keeps changing from time to time. I can only share with you what I'm doing right now. Then I learn for 2 hours, which is around till 9, 9:30, right? Sometimes if I feel like learning more and if there's not too much that I have to do, then I'll learn for a little more. Otherwise, I'll get into the creation mode, which means if I want to create like the PPT for this boot camp, or if I have to create content, or something, videos or whatever. I'll do that creation, teaching, all of that. I'll do till evening. And after 8:30, 9, I try not to work. Like, only twice a week I work from 9. Like, it's not even work because with kids I do Bhagavad Gita in the evening, so I don't even call that as work. That's also like— so 8:30, 9 is when I do this last, and after that I want to slow down. Exercise, I told you, no, my relationship with exercise is like boyfriend-girlfriend. So right now my exercise is very low. So right now the only exercise I do is I'm walking and chanting. So that's my only exercise right now. There's no formal, uh, exercise. Day nap, I don't take unless I'm having a very bad headache. I don't take a nap. Cooking, I don't do any cooking. If the cook is not there, only then I cook. I'm just going to be very honest with you guys. Of course, eating and all I do, I've not included that. So I do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course, all of that I do. I'm just giving you like a bird's eye view of my day, like the zones, like the wake-up zone, the prayer zone, the learning zone, the creation zone, and the downtime. Why don't you take day nap? I've never taken a day nap. Only when I have which is rare. When I have a very bad headache, then I would probably sleep. What time do I sleep? 10, 10:30? 10:30 mostly I sleep. I try 10, sometimes because of my phone it becomes 10:30. Otherwise, I've tried this, man. With this phone also, it's like boyfriend-girlfriend. Sometimes, you know, for 2-3 months I'll keep the phone away. For dire dire, it will come back into my bedroom. Then again, I'll try to keep it away. It comes back. So yeah, but yeah, I'm trying. I wake up at 4:30, quarter to 5. Sometime if I sleep early, then automatically I get up at 4, but these days I'm getting up at around 4:30, quarter to 5, that time. Then most important, you know, just like you throw a piece of stone in the water, what happens? Those ripples you see, right? Ripples going everywhere. Reading, reading and all is in my learning time. Also, I learn every— before all these calls, no, 10-15 minutes when the music is playing, I sit and read. Beach. Beach, I read. It depends on day to day, but learning I try to do for at least 1 or 2 hours every day. Of course there are exceptions, but I'm telling you like what my routine is 80% of the time. 10-15%, if people are over, obviously if guests are over, I'll not be like, this is my learning time, you, you be on your own, let me finish my learning. Then of course I'll be with them. My hobbies So I love reading. That's my reading and listening. So I read and listen together because I like to sit with the book and then listen to the audio of the book. Somebody else is reading and I'm following the words with my eyes. And because I like to underline a few things when I'm reading. So reading is definitely top. Second is, you know, watching all these videos from Guruji and saints. So I spend a lot of time doing that. And third will be, you know, maybe, you know, just spending time with family. I love doing that, like playing with my son. I basically do 3 things: I pray, I learn, and I teach, right? These are my 3 high-value actions. Other than this, I don't do anything. I pray, I learn, and I teach. And of course, child and all, I don't even think as, you know, it's just I love doing that. So for me, that's not even like a task. So every day in the morning before school, I play Uno with Veer. We play a few rounds of Uno. Sometimes we had started that brain game. Sometimes we play word games. So it keeps changing, but we play for some time before school time. Dinner time is 6 o'clock, so before this call I eat. Now I will eat next day in the morning. Uno is a game, no, that card game, very old game from our times. Now there are many variations of Uno though, which I can't understand sometimes, but yeah. But my experience in the morning is, if you are somebody who's experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, it will always be high in the morning. Agree? If you agree, put A for agree. Subeque time, when you just wake up. If you want to escape that, please have a morning hour which is no work, only prayers, chanting, reading, whatever your faith suggests, you should do that. Whatever mantra your Guruji has given you, you do that mantra. If you don't have a Guru, whatever mantra you are getting attracted to, you do that. But morning, most people feel anxiety and all of that because they don't know what to do when they wake up. And that is like an attack to your brain. Of course, all the Platinum mothers, you guys know now. But if you are not in Platinum yet, if you are a Gold or whatever, I'm praying that all of you are able to join the Platinum. But in case you're not in Platinum yet, make something for yourself in the morning hours. When you do it together, you know, yesterday I was watching this video. They say that if two people— I'm not making this up, okay? Some very big guruji was saying, I don't remember their names, okay? I'm just being honest. Was lamba lamba naam hota hai, and I have— I can't remember. If two people are praying together, the impact is 2 into 2, 4 times. If three people are playing— are praying together, the impact is 3 into 3, 9 times. So in the morning when we do Sankirtan, let's say 600 of us are doing together, the impact is 600 into 600, 36,000 times. That's why you see in almost all faiths they will sit and pray together. They have prayer rooms, you know, you do Sankirtan, thousands of people sit together and chant. Why? Because, and in that video they also shared that, you know, when there was like a war, when World War II was happening, uh, this Guruji was— Guruji started create, uh, conducting these, uh, peace meditation sessions in groups. And when they create— when they did that, the death rate went like— the number of deaths reduced. The attacks reduced, everything was reducing because they were sitting and praying together. So there is a lot of power when you do it together versus you do it alone. So basically what I'm trying to tell you is that you don't have to do more. The idea is whatever you do, you do it with more consciousness, with more awareness. Is this making sense? It's not like I'm asking you to do anything extra. You will have to do less if you make these small, small shifts, because your energy will be better. You'll be able to do so much more, and you will not feel exhausted. You will not look spent. See, I woke up today at 4:30 in the morning. Right now it's about 7:33. I did an almost 3.5-hour call with my own mentor today in the morning. Then I took a break for 1 hour, usmein lunch ban jata hai. Then I did another class with a friend of mine, and then I, you know, got all this PPT and everything ready, and then I'm here. But do I look tired at all? So it will— you will not feel tired if you make these small, small shifts in your house. And it's not like this is only exclusive to me. This is impersonal. This will work for all of us, provided you make these small shifts. And you will feel not just your energy, anybody who enters your space will feel it. Just imagine, it's going to be such a— you know, whenever we host any parties at home, we make sure of the lighting, the fragrance, some flowers, some real candles, music. It's not like, you know, you're just calling people, ki bas khana khaalo, plate mein dal ke dedhya. And it doesn't take too much time. It takes actually no time. It takes like 5 minutes to put all of this together. How much time will it take to put the right light and music and 1 or 2, you know, diffusers or agarbatti or whatever? But it will just enhance the overall experience. You know, there was this shop— not shop, there's a brand called Abercrombie. How many of you've heard of it? You have to go through, go to their store. It is like an experience, like from the smell Like the smell of the place, the display, the salespeople are like models, like the male and the female, everybody. They have like— they are stunning. So just entering, I don't know if there is in India, I'm not sure. I went to the one in London. That whole shop is designed in a way that once you enter, you don't want to leave. And if you are spending so much time in that space, you will definitely end up buying something. And the way they will show you, you will be like totally like, "Kuch toh lena hi hai." So you know, you want to create that magical experience in your house. So now, ready for activity 2? If you are ready, ready, ready, put R for ready. Yes, awesome. So we're going to do something very special now. Please close your eyes. So you're standing in your house and you're saying, I love my house, my house is so beautiful, my house is the best place. And now instead of the whole house, I just want you to focus on one place, one corner, a shelf, a spot, could be anything. And now I want you to walk to that space and just imagine that that spot is very clear, very clean. You're walking to that spot very slowly, not in a rush. Remember, you're a divine angel So you want to be in that energy. And now I want you to stand on this new spot and imagine you're holding a diya, a light, a flower, anything that feels pure to you, anything that relaxes your soul. And now I want you to stand here with that light, diya, flower, whatever you're holding in your hand. And now I want you to say this: This is not my home. This is God's home. Repeat this once again. This is not my home. This is God's home. One last time. This is not my home. This is God's home. And then say this: I am just a caretaker. I am just a caretaker. I'm just a caretaker. And just feel the shift, because something shifts when you think like this. You become more aware, more responsible. And now I want you to decide something, that every time you pass this space where you're standing, you know, the spot, just pause for a few seconds every day whenever you're crossing this point in your house. And you're going to say this: this is not my home, I'm just a caretaker, that's it. So the moment you stop, you know, owning everything and you start caring for it, your energy changes completely. You're not owning it, you're caring for it. So just like, you know, when you How many of you are feeling very relaxed? You can open your eyes and come back. Yes. So understand this one thing, that, you know, when we give away all ownership and when we focus on caring, the energy shifts. Just like, you know, if imagine if Priya were to come to my house Now when Priya walks through my house, she will have a very different body language as compared to the body language she has when she's walking in her own house. And same for me, right? When I go to, let's say, Divya's house, the way I walk, the way I sit, everything will be very different. Why? Because I'm not thinking of this as my house. I'm thinking this is Divya's space. I'm going to ask her, can I take the chappal in? I'm going to take permission before I sit someplace, that can I sit on this couch? If I sit, I want to sit properly. I'm not just going to be like, hi Divya, I'm not going to do that, right? Unless, you know, we become very thick and then I'm, you know, regular and I'm just going every day. But just imagine if you're stepping into somebody's place for the first time, you would not do that. You'll be more conscious of your action. You not— I'll not go to Divya's place, get on a call and start shouting at somebody. I would probably postpone the call for later or deal with it later and definitely not get on a fight with somebody in her house. So we'll be more peaceful, graceful, We'll be more calm, our tonality will be very different, the way we get ready will be very different. So now that's how you want to live. For how many of you this is like a bulb on? You are waking up in God's home every day and then you're roaming around in your pajamas and with one bun on your head. See, I'm— you know, all of this, you know, we might— you might find it difficult to believe, but all of this is energy. The way you keep your space— God has trusted you with his house. Now he's depending on you to keep it nicely. But you're thinking, 'Mera house hai kaise bhi, main rakho usko gandese rakho, achche se rakho, meri marzi.' This is my house, I will keep it however I wish to. That's the problem. You know, I'll give you example for you to understand this. Supposing Rekha is traveling. And Rekha tells me, Riddhi, can you take care of my house for a day? Oh no, let's say 2 to 3 days. I'm traveling. Can you keep my house clean and all? I'll be like, yeah, of course, of course, Rekha, I'll do it. Now Rekha goes and I'm just sitting and watching Netflix. Wow, what good luck! And now I'm just chilling, willing and whatever, and she comes home and she's saying everything is full of dust. Is she going to trust me with this space next time? She rather not go for a holiday but trust me with her home. You like, oh my God, it was a disaster. I thought it'll be clean. From the popcorn that she ate while watching Netflix. So imagine, this is what we are doing. You have been trusted with a good space. We are either judging that space— So stop judging because it's not yours to judge. It's God's home. You want to only say good things about it. You don't want to be like, oh, it's not so good, my house, this is leaking and that is leaking and that is fatawa and that paint is coming off. Do the best with what you have. Slowly, slowly have the intention to fix it. Even if you don't fix it, at least don't give that kind of energy to it. You just have to take good care of whatever you have been trusted with. Clear, everybody? So the moment you stop owning and you start caring, just like that, for our children, we have to stop owning them, we have to start caring for them. You know, sometimes in our anger we say, no, My mom used to say this a lot sometimes when she used to get angry. Her favorite dialogue was, she would— because we were 5, so she would not like single us. So even if she's angry with one person, she will scold everybody. So she would say, "All the rakshas, sare duniya ke rakshas mere ghar pe padhao nahi de." So her favorite word was rakshas. So she's like, "You guys are behaving like rakshas." Now concept 3. So we did 2 activities, 2 concepts. Now this is very powerful, and this is again, you know, going back to my own childhood days, and I came up with this concept. So, you know, you don't love it— children, or we, or anybody for that matter— does— we don't learn from instructions, we don't learn from lectures, we learn from what feels normal. So what I mean by this is your house is not just a place where your child lives, it is a place where their normal is being created. If this is a Balbawn, put BU. I'm going to tell you what nor— what do I mean by normal, which means supposing as parents both of you are getting up at, let's say, late 10, 10:30 in the morning. So your child will feel this is the normal way of living. If you're sleeping by 12 in the night, your child will feel this is normal. If you're eating with hands they'll feel this is normal; if you're eating with spoon they'll feel this is normal. If you're sitting at dining table and eat, they'll feel this is normal; if you're sitting on bed and eating, they'll feel this is normal. If you are taking your chappal inside the house, they will feel this is normal. If you are opening it outside, they will feel this is normal. You don't have to teach them these things. How many of you know this, that you don't have to talk about, they just see it and they pick it up? So you are, every single moment, you're creating that normal for your child. And this normal will stay with them not just when they are little, it will stay with them Till they are adults. Forever. In some homes it's normal to eat fried food. So they'll feel, "Ye normal hai." Skuch ghar mein fruits khaana compulsory hai. So they'll feel, "Ye normal hai." You know, like my home, like in Calcutta, it was big on fruits. Like so many fruits every day we used to eat. And my father still, you know, like one big platter of fruits. When I got married, here there is no concept of fruit eating only in my in-law's house. Now I have introduced the concept of fruit eating again. The only fruit that was served was a little bit of papaya in the morning with sprouts. You know, when you're new, you cannot like be so demanding that I want this fruit and that fruit and this fruit and that fruit. But during my pregnancy, because I was very conscious that, you know, I want my child to be fruity, like healthy and fruity, so I would make sure that I'm having all types of fruits. So this, in this house, this was the normal no fruits. For me, that was normal because that's how I was raised, with a lot of fruits. So, you know, just I'll give you an example. Supposing a fish is in the water, the fish is not going to analyze the quality of the water. They just keep swimming in that water. Agree? That, you know, if you drop a fish, they'll just keep swimming because that's how they know they have to just live. In the water. They're not checking nutritionist quality as water, nitrogen, oxygen, poisonous. They are just like swimming. Just like that, your child is not going to question the environment. They will become that environment. Then understand, some of our homes are living on default mode. What does this mean? When you get your— whenever you get a new device, let's say a phone or a laptop, it comes with a default setting, right? Default setting, like auto download is on on WhatsApp. And media access. So whatever, you know, there's some default settings, and then when you use it, what do you do? You change those settings. Like maybe it was on general, you will make it silent. Maybe, uh, there was a default wallpaper, you want to change it to a different wallpaper. Maybe on WhatsApp, auto download was on, you want to change that and stop the auto download. So you customize it as per your need. Just like that, our homes are sometimes just running on default mode because we are just like living on autopilot. Jaise chal rahi hai, chalne do. So that is something we have to stop. We have to come out of this default mode. We have to be conscious, you know, and that's why I keep sharing this. A happy family, a fit body, and a calm mind. It will not come for free. You have to create it with intention, by learning. Making sense? If this is making sense, put yes. Then how many of you have at least one movie that you have almost memorized dialogue by dialogue? Or if not almost, at least you know all the dialogues or what scene is going to come after which scene. Jab We Met, put the name of the movie. Harry Potter, Jab We Met, DDLJ. I used to love that movie. This was the first movie I saw in the theater, by the way. Hum Aapke Hain Koun, where there was this dog, no, Tuffy or whatever. A very cute movie, right? So, uh, once I watched it after my marriage and my husband bullied me for watching that movie, and after that I don't have the courage to play it again. Like, he made so much fun of me when I was watching that movie. Okay. So yes, so of course all of us, you know, we remember. Or maybe, you know, some prayer that you do every day in your sleep also, you can say it. Now I know all your movie preferences, by the way, right? So just like that, your home is like a movie that your child is watching every day. They will remember everything. Balbon, it's like a movie, you know, we say ki screen se dur rakho, padh aagara vahan se dur rakho toh kuch acha dekhaao. If you are removing your child from the screen, show them something better, then you will not have to pull them away from the screen. But the problem is you pull them away from the screen and you expose them to shouting, fighting, judging, criticizing, nagging, lecturing. So they rather see the movie they were seeing and they don't want to see this movie. And that's also the movie we are exposing ourselves to. So you decide what do you want to watch every day. Be conscious. Don't just let things happen. Mohini. Healthy body, calm mind and happy family. And this was, you know, this is a bulb on for me at least, and maybe for all of you. What feels normal in childhood feels natural in adulthood. You know, I grew up in a family where, you know, I was surrounded by spendthrifts, especially my father. So for me, karcha karna was like Very natural. Paise hai matlab kharch karna hai. So I did not have that concept of be wise and be careful because my father always, you know, used to say that money is to have fun, enjoy, add value to other people's life, do charities, you know, buy things for yourself. Because you don't know what will happen tomorrow. That was my mindset. Little bit my mom was, you know, the balancer in our house. Then came to this family, before every decision they are thinking so much, and I'm getting like so irritated, I can't tell you, because my natural was just do it. But that's not right. Just because it's my natural does not mean it has to be right. Are you understanding? If you're understanding, put yes. It is important to be, you know, whatever. If not, like, uh, not conjuice. Conjuice people though, I cannot. I don't want to say this, but I have allergy to conjuice people. I'm allergic to miserly people, but Krishna, forgive me. Okay, but understand that, you know, you just— because this is natural to me, I will not say it is the right thing to do. Is everybody understanding? So just like that, we are creating that natural for our children. All the time. So we want to be more conscious of what we are exposing them to, because today's environment will become— I'll make it more simple for you to remember— the environment you create today will become their comfort zone tomorrow. They will feel comfortable doing those things, and anything outside of that will become very like Why am I being tortured? Why is this happening to me? And this one, you please have to write this, underline it. If you want to make a cloud around it and put a star next to it, you can do whatever you want to. This is the most important line. You are not teaching your child what to do. You are showing them who to become. You are not teaching your child what to do, but you are showing them who to become. So focus on what they are becoming, not on what they are doing. Most of the time we are just focused on what they are doing. Kana kalya, naalya, brush kalya, humba kalya, so gay, ud gay— all of that is doing. Same for us. And you can only focus on their becoming when you focus on your becoming, because what you become is what they will become. And we see this, no, all the Radha chanting and all the small kids, 2-year-old kids. Like, I was like literally in tears when I saw those videos, you know. Every time I'm seeing, I'm crying. 1.5, 2-year-old kids are chanting and so clearly, so properly. Some of them are even singing. So the line is that we are always teaching them who they are. You know, I'll tell you, like, I have a friend, and I'm not judging her on anything, I'm just sharing an observation. Their child— like, the couple is our friend— their child will never say sorry. And why? Because I know that the parents might not be saying sorry. So if you are apologizing easily to each other, to you, like you and your husband are apologizing to each other, or if you did something by mistake, you bumped into somebody and you're saying sorry Or if something happened and you're saying sorry. Very hot in Bangalore. Yeah, we are blessed for one day. You guys are blessed for what, 290 days or more? Seriously, don't even talk about the Delhi weather. Extreme cold, extreme hot, everything is extreme. Extreme rain, Gurgaon is floating. Everything will happen in extreme here, but I like it still because for me the weather doesn't affect me. I'm always indoor, seriously. I'm always inside the house. You know, once my husband was like, you know, when my mom— and I'm not making this up, you know, my husband is originally from Alwar. That's where my in-laws stay, in Alwar. So my parents were saying, how will you stay in Alwar? Stayed in a big city? How will you say? I don't stay in a city, I stay in the house. So for me, this city doesn't matter. I stay in the— I do everything online, all my shopping online, so easy. No, you don't have to queue up, you don't have to pay. Shopping is coming, you're returning if you don't like. And I don't even return most of the time, touch wood. Everything is fitting me and all of that. Now I know my sizes, so I don't even have to return. So I personally feel that, you know, it's like, uh, for me— I'm not saying that this is for everybody, but for me, I honestly don't care about— and now because of the work that I do, I don't even have to worry about the traffic. All my dresses for all, all my event shopping I did in half an hour, by the way. All that Goa shopping Max half an hour or less maybe. My sister helped me decide the brands, then I went and I picked the styles, and then I just paid, and then it all— and I have one very long sheet of my measurements which I have saved very nicely so that I don't have to keep getting myself measured every time because I find it very irritating to get myself measured every time. So I have one Excel proper, cross shoulder, because I was also in this, no? So I know I had my own measurement thing, so I know everything they want— neck depth and across shoulder and across front and across back. So pura, I give it to them. So what I want to tell you is that just become aware of what is the normal of your house. And if you are not happy with the normal of your house, constantly try to shift it without trying to change the people in your house. I'm giving this as a disclaimer. Please don't go and tell people around you that, 'Aap change ho jaao, aap change ho jaao, environment change karna hai.' If you do that, it will become worse because they will start fighting with you. So whatever I have shared is only for you to do, not for you to expect others to do. They will learn naturally through your actions. What brands? So one was Amit Agarwal, one was Ozeco, O-Z-E-Q-O, and one was Mohammad Mazhar. These 3 brands, and one was some, uh, Bangkok exhibition, so I don't know the name of the brand. So now, ready for the last activity for the day, and then I have a small homework for you. I'm very happy with my timeline today. Yes, so just remain seated where you are, and I want you to repeat this out loud, not in your mind. Actually say it. You are muted, but you say it. You can at least hear yourself. So I want you to say this: I get irritated sometimes. I react without thinking sometimes. I always end up fighting. Oh, I don't look pretty. Oh, look at this big pimple on my face. Oh, my hair, it's such a mess. I've become so fat. I'm looking so bad. Don't talk to me, I'm very stressed. Stay away from me. If you don't do this, I'll not talk to you. Just move! This is such a big headache. I have so much to do. Can you stop it? Can you stop screaming for a moment? I'm sorry, I can't do it right now. Why don't you go and do it yourself? Nobody understands me in this house. Sometimes I feel like a guest in this own house. Sab kuch mujhe hi karna padta hai. I don't have the time for myself. I want to do it, but I just can't. Nobody is understanding. They'll not help me. They'll not support me. How do I do it? My children are always crying. I'm not able to wake up because my child will not sleep at night. Now open your eyes. And for how many of you, some of this felt very normal? See, we are living on autopilot. These are patterns. You're not doing it because you're just— it's just coming out of your mouth because you're just on autopilot mode. So now we want to be more of— and this is what our children are hearing, and this is what they will start repeating. And you know, I've observed this. You know, once, uh, I had this like lower back pain, and after that, you know, I'd started yoga with my yoga teacher, and then I paused again because she was not available in the morning hours. So, uh, you know, I'd started complaining that, you know, I have a p— I have pain in my lower back. I kept saying this, and I noticed that after 1 week, my son was saying the same thing. Mommy, this part is paining. Mommy, I used to put ice pack. He also like, Mommy, can you give me the ice pack? And I was such like, such a bulb on for me. I was like, I have to stop saying this now. Yeah, even like if you keep on saying I'm getting a headache, I'm getting a headache, your child will start saying I'm getting a headache. If you'll keep whatever you repeat, they will do it because you are also doing an autopilot. They are also picking up without realizing, you know. And I've all— I shared this in the past. I'll share this example again, like with my Like my mom, before any holiday, she would not be— she would be very relaxed packing and all. She would just do like this, no stress energy or anything. So I grew up in that environment. For me, packing is like nothing. So I just pack very quickly. My mother-in-law, now she's also shifted living with me, and like, you know, of course I've learned a lot from her and she's learned a few things from me. So it's like a transfer. So she would create like this whole thing, packing, shopping, holiday, and my husband was ditto my mother-in-law, ditto. For him, because he grew up like that, that holiday means 3 days your luggage should be on the bed, like getting something and doing something and adding something and removing something. But now it's become so easy because now he's also like understood that, you know, if I can do it in 10 minutes, he should maximum do it in 30 minutes, not more than that. So all of this, you know, whatever, you know, some people sometimes will keep looking at your skin and you'll keep saying, I'm not fair, I'm not this, I'm not that, I'm not pretty. Your children are always listening to all of this. So for these things, I really want to compliment my mom. You know, I'm going on repeating her because, you know, this is a lot to do with the environment, and I cannot talk about it without mentioning her because I picked it up from her. You know, she was not very thin or anything, just little, you know, plump and whatever, healthy only. Whenever people would say that you're a little plump, she would say, yeah, I look fat, I look good when I'm a little fat. This would be her reply. She would never feel underconfident. She's like, I was looking very bad. And that's how people started thinking of her, that on her, weight looks good. They don't want to see her thin only now. So understand that, you know, it all depends on what you think about yourself, and that what you think is what people will start thinking, and your child especially. So now you want to replace. Now close your eyes again and say this: I speak peacefully, I walk gracefully, I have all the time in the world. My child's presence fills me up with joy. I can manage my work and child together. I can work on my laptop even with my child on my lap. I can create videos with my child sitting on the sofa. I love cooking for my husband. I love keeping my space clean. And today I choose to create a different normal. Not perfectly, not all the time, but at least for a few moments during the day, I want to be aware of of how patterns are passed on and how I am always creating these patterns for my child. And now come back, and how many of you are now feeling that you can easily do this? Put E for easily, that easily I can manage this. It's not very difficult. Simple, simple things— light, music, air, window, intention, connection with your space, the words that you use. So simple. And you— the same house will feel so different. Now from tomorrow, you're not waking up in your own house, you're waking up in dash dash. Fill in the blanks. Test exam time. Surprise test. One second, let me see. Very good, you guys get 100 out of 100 on your surprise test. You're getting up in God's home. You are not the dash. Fill in the blank. You are not the owner dash. Yes, you are the dash. You are the dash. Your home is not a place, but your home is a dash. Very nice, Priyanshu Gupta, 1000 out of 100. I was sure It is an emotional blueprint. Your house is not— yes, very good. I changed the dash to change the mood of my house. I changed the lights. Yes. I open the dash to change the dash in my house. Open the windows to change the air in my house. Yes, love it. I enter my house with dash. With gratitude. Yes. Wow. Such an intelligent class. Feels good to be your teacher. It feels good. Yes, amazing. Now homework time. Now intelligent class, you also have to be a little hardworking. Otherwise your intelligence will go to waste. So let's do some homework. Very simple. So all of you will get a link. Let me close the chat now. So that the homework stays on top. Okay, let me share. Thank you, Richa. So the first link is the homework link, the second link is the Platinum interest form link, like for you to— one second, why am I not able to share? It says it's very long. Just one minute, I'll reduce this space. How come you were able to share? Okay, wait, let me just open the chat once more. Richa, you quickly share it and then I'll close it. Just one sec. Yes, Richa, can you share it again? Yes. So please open the homework link. You will come to a PDF. You don't have to print out and waste paper. You can just refer to the PDF and do it in your notebooks. No need to print unnecessarily, just one-time use. So I want you to tick the options. So the first part of your homework is about your home shift. Then the second part is about your awareness. And the third part is reflection questions where you just have to write 1 or 2 lines. You don't have to write like long, long pages. You can think for longer, write in few words, right? So all of this will not take you too much time, it'll take very little time. So just like we changed the en, how many of you are— and those of you gold, okay, let me know in the chat box. Let me open the chat. How many of you will do your homework 100%? Put 100 today before you sleep, on your bed or on your study space. You know, go to your study space, just find 10 minutes maximum. You will take 10 minutes to do it. So put 100 in the chat box if you will do it 100%. Good. And one homework is also practically doing everything that we visualized. So one is of course what we learned, and the second part is practically doing everything that we visualize. Some of you are right. Can we get the PPT? Yes, you can get the PPT on day number dash. Fill up the— fill out the blank. On day number 3, right? I am a coach. I've learned all the techniques to keep you till day 3. I have to keep the PPT with me till day 3. Just joking, right? But yes, you will get the PPT if you stay with me till day 3, till the last minute. Then you will get the PDF. Homework link is not working. Should work. One second, one second, one second. So many person— yeah, it's working, it's opening. Don't worry, we'll also put it in your team group, so you will get it in your team groups. It's working, I think it's working for most of us. I don't know why is it not working for you guys. Oh, attendance. Okay, but I just have to tell you what we'll be covering tomorrow before you leave. So first, let me activate the attendance. Okay, attendance is live, but give me 5 minutes. Don't be like attendance, okay? Give me 5 minutes. So tomorrow we are going to go deeper And tomorrow we will create the home for your child. Who is the home for your child? I shared this in the beginning. Who is the home? What is the house for your child? You are the house, not what we just created. This is for you, what we created today. Tomorrow we are going to create for your child. So we are going to work on us, on our energy. And just like I gave you some simple ideas on things you have to do with your house. Tomorrow also, I don't need any physical things from you. I just need one coin. One coin. So all of you have to just get one coin tomorrow. Okay, 401 error. Okay, just, uh, super coaches directly share the PDF, okay, in your groups instead of just sharing the link, because for some of them it's not working. So in that case, we can directly share the PDF also. It'll be easier for them to do the homework then. So tomorrow we will work on you, which means we will work on your tonality, on your reactions, on your presence, on your energy, how your state shapes your child's behavior, why sometimes when you say the right things also, your child does not listen. It is just not landing. You will learn how to become someone your child naturally feels safe with and is inspired by. Remember I mentioned that if you are able to inspire your child, then you don't have to worry about what everybody else is doing around your child. They will do what you do. A lot of entrepreneurs, they want their children to take over their business, but they're like, 'Family business.' So now why is this happening? Because the father's not been able to inspire the child. The child has been inspired by some creator online. Are you understanding? Sometimes it's like that. Korean pop. So now you want to build yourself in a way that you are naturally inspiring your child. You're not forcing them to do things. So tomorrow is not about doing more, because less is more. Tomorrow is about being different, becoming different, and everything around you will start changing, not just for you but for your child. And all of this beauty. So you are going to basically be like that focal point through which the light gets to your house. How many of you want that? Put me in the chat box. This is— right, so you are going to be giving out that light for your home, for your child, for your family, for everybody. So tomorrow we are going to work on that. So come ready and be on time. We will start sharp at 6:00 and we want to close maximum by 6:15— uh, sorry, 8:15. Okay, so my intention is 8:00. But sometimes, you know, I'm in the flow, so 10-15 minutes extra I might keep you. But be there 100%. If you loved day 1, put love, love, love. Also, one other thing. Tonight I think they'll close the groups because at night I want you guys to slow down. But tomorrow morning when you wake up, please get into your groups and talk about how day 1 felt like. By doing that, you're going to inspire at least one person from your team to show up. And if they show up because of your message, you will get the spiritual points for creating the light in them. So how many of you are greedy for that spiritual point? Put me in the chat box. Me, me, me, I'm very greedy about parloquic dhan. Good greed, this is good greed. Right, so make sure you— and please don't write, it was amazing. Like, write a few lines, right? It's not for me because, you know, I might not even have the time to read all of it, but it is for you to do it with the right intention, to share it for somebody to read your message, get inspired to show up for themselves. Right, so thank you so much. Love you, love you everybody. Keep learning. Turn your homes— not your home, turn God's home into very beautiful, uh, spiritual zones. You don't have to go from, you know, going to temple, great, but understand that you can be in a temple all day, all night if you just feel it. So just create that for yourselves tonight and every day. Live with more intention. Just like, you know, when we go to the mandir, we automatically stop shouting and fighting. Automatically, consciously. Awesome. Thank you so much. Love you. You guys are amazing. I'm very lucky. Because I don't just have brainy brains, I have soulful, soulful hearts. So thank you so much, love you, and I'll see you tomorrow, same time, 6 o'clock. Thank you. Do your homework and come. Otherwise, if you don't do your homework and come, when you come and ask me, ma'am, my child is not doing homework, I was like, good, you deserve it. Because you don't do your homework, this is what your child will do. So this is what you will hear from me. Okay, amazing. Thank you and take care. Good night, sleep well. Or some of you are still filling out the form. Let me close the chat. Fill out the form and leave and take good sleep. And in case you have filled out the form, please go and relax. The attendance is live already. There, I shared it again. Awesome. So this call will automatically drop in 1 minute or 2 minutes.
