A speaker shares advice on overcoming feeling stuck: do less and take full responsibility for your life. The core idea is that reducing activity and owning your choices can break you free from stagnation.
When you're feeling low and stuck, a lot of people would advise you to do a lot of things. They'll ask you to take action to upgrade your skill set. But what I really feel worked for me when I was feeling stuck and low was not doing more, but doing less. I stopped doing these three things. I stopped complaining, blaming, and making excuses. And when I did that, the quality of my life changed. So if you're feeling stuck, even before you start doing more, start by doing less. So stop complaining, stop blaming, stop making excuses. Take 100% responsibility of who you are, how you feel, and how you want your life to be.
