Yes, you can.
So mothers, I hope many of you know me and many of you are my friends after joining this community. The one pleasure that I get is I got true friends, so many of you. So I'm going to start about my childhood journey till my what I am today and how this particular tribe community, Easy Parenting Hub, and how Riddhi Ma'am impacted my life like no one else had done it in my whole journey. So with that, I'll start. I came from a joint family and I was a child who like every time just scolds me because I'm the one who questions a lot. Literally everyone, even my parents, thought I was— I would go nowhere because of my questioning. And they used to say only marks get you somewhere because only marks decide my fate, my life, and everything. And I was not a super good, you know, super good topper. I'm an average student even during my childhood. And coming to my marriage life, I got married to this amazing person right now whom I devoted myself everything. He is Gopi Chand, and in 2019 I got married. So the most important journey or the turn that it took was right after the first month anniversary— first month, not first year, first month anniversary— I came to know I was pregnant. Yes, and the moment I came to know I was pregnant, I don't know what to do. I have no idea whether to keep that child or not. I am confused. But my parents and my in-laws told, see, we have— we don't have kids even in my in-laws' place. Although my husband's sister got married 6 years early to us, they have no children, so they don't want to take the children, child. So I told, okay. They said they will support me all the time. Trust me, that is the one word I trusted the most. And I thought, okay, fine, they all are there, they are going to support me. And I gave birth to my first one, Viransh. And after delivering my first one, I came to know that whoever tell that we— they are going to support us, trust me, they all are the liars, the biggest liars, because nobody will help us in taking care of our child except for us as mother. Trust me, they tell everything, they question even when we are taking care of our own children, they question us, they make, they blame us that you are not taking good care of your child and I have gone lot of things like that post my childbirth, first childbirth, Viransh. And because of these things where I don't know I'm ready for the parenting, I took this chance, I became a parent, and after that I started to understand I have nothing. I don't know how to raise a child. I'm not ready in the first place. And then slowly, after one year of my elder one, the main relationship hurdle started. We fought a lot. Until a point where we wanted to get divorced. I literally thought divorce is the only solution for what we are going through. And I told my parents, my in-laws, and everything is going— all the hurdles are going on. And that time I scroll a lot of Instagram, like I, whenever I have a time, I scroll on Instagram, and I found Riddhi Ma. And she, uh, in that particular post she announced she is going to take a master class on parenting. And I thought, why not I enter? It's a free master class, let me learn. Maybe this is about parenting, even if I get divorced, I need to take care of my child, right? So that is why I entered her master class. And the first time I met on that master class Riddhi Ma'am, I decided I need to learn this. Not for something, but for my child. And I told my husband my interest, and he was not ready, not ready for taking a step to— for me to join in any of these kind of courses because of the all the issues that is happening. But I thought one thing, okay, fine, if he is not allowing me, I have a chance, I can still learn on her free masterclass. So I used to attend, and then my husband observed, even after doing all these things, I changed a lot and all my relationship issues are getting solved, resolved. And then we planned, after 3 years we planned a second one. And after my second one was born, I took the— right after 6 months after the first winning ceremony of my second one, I entered Riddhi Ma'am's Platinum directly. I did not go for Gold or Diamond, anything. I just entered Platinum. I have to learn because now I have 2 children. I need to do everything. And even though after second born is there, like when I'm pregnant, I still go through those relationship issues. But still I planned, okay, fine, I can, I can manage everything because of Riddhi Ma, because of the classes that I have attended, because I lost myself and I started to find myself. And when I entered the community, Everything has changed when I started to understand parenting. It is not about me changing the children, it is not me, myself changing the situations. It is about something I need to change— my inner self, my way of thinking, my way of awareness. And all these things happened after joining the tribe. And then all my relatives, within like after joining, 1-2 months only, after joining 1 or 2 months, they started to observe the changes in me. All my relatives, cousins, whenever I go to a family functions and everything, they started to see the changes in me and my children and my relationship as well with both the parents and in-laws. Everything they have observed, and they started to take quick tips on parenting from me. And I, whenever I say them few tips what I have learned from Riddhi Ma'am, so they used to get success in that and they used to praise me like, wow, you, you are really doing good, you learnt it, you, you are doing it and it is solving our problem. They all are telling. So with that mindset, after 3 months exactly, I joined in the Tribe October and by January I completed my whole Platinum, like all the courses. I wanted to learn, I simply learn it and I applied. And one thing in this journey made me strong is that I have a 6-month-old child at that time. I need to give full attention to my both kids. Coming to, so many mothers will think there will be no time, I have to attend my children and everything. But if you want to take action, if you want to really do something for your children, for your family, and for yourself, Trust me, I used to wake up 2:30 in the early morning. 2:30 in the morning I used to wake up, I used to feed my newborn, and I come out, I sit in this room, this particular room where I am sitting now. I learned it. I used to learn till 4:35 until my second one again wakes up for the feeding. I used to learn, and then I used to go back, I used to feed him, I used to again prepare breakfast to get ready for the school for my elder one. I used to prepare for everything. Because nobody— see, many times I have seen, I have heard from others is that my parents are there, they will support me, they— my in-laws will be supporting me. But myself, with the 21 days old kid, I came to my place. I'm not in in-laws place, I'm not in the my mother's place. This 21 days old baby, I came, I took care of my younger one. I took care of my elder one, I took care of my family. Everything I'm doing solo. And that made me trust that, okay, fine, when I can do just by attending her free masterclass, if I can do this much, this strong if I can become, if I entered into the community. And the change that my husband saw me, the second time when I asked her I wanted to do this, he did not question me. He simply said, okay, Okay, go. Okay, good, do whatever you want. And at that point I did not question back, why are you— why you have told no in the beginning but now you are telling yes? I did not question instantly because if I question at that point again he will think. So first let him pay, then I will ask question, I thought. And I let him pay and then I asked why. Because he said you are attending her classes and you are changing, I can see that shift. So fine, I thought, okay. You are doing something for yourself and you are learning for yourself. I can see the dedication in you. You do it. Our family is really good, really happy. Whatever the chaos that happened earlier, it is being resolved. So you learn. It's okay for me. With that intention, I started my journey only for the sake of my kids. I never thought I would become a coach. Trust me, I even don't have intention to become a coach. But then learning and understanding everything, my relatives and everybody are talking about all these things, right?
Ramya, one second, you're on mute. One second. Yeah, now you can speak. You can repeat the last line if you want.
Yeah, sure, ma'am. So when I understood parenting is not about children, it's not about changing children, or it's not about understanding other perspective or understanding or making understanding situations. We try most of the time, we try to change the situations, but no, we have to understand, we have to respond accordingly. That's one thing I have learned a lot from Riddhi Ma'am. And then within 3 months, I became the parenting coach. Just it took me 3 months consistently. The first step I took is the resistance is I never go public on the Instagram or anyway. I took action and this smile, this smile is the first time, the purest smile of my, after my wedding pictures. Even till date, sometimes whenever he, my husband, go through all these pictures, see, that is the first time and from then, that moment, I have never stopped smiling purely. It's a continuous journey. This is the thing You know, it make me cry even when ma'am is playing initially, ma'am is playing all the movements. When I see myself, okay, where am I? Where am I today? This make me cry every time. And this one picture always stay in my heart forever. And I'm so deeply gratitude to you, ma'am, for again rebuilding me myself, helping me with that. So I have overcome the resistance of being on social media. See, I'm, I am like, even initially I did not show up my face, but video challenge, video making challenge is the one thing that made me post myself for the first time on social media, like with this face. I never see, even when preparing makeuping myself, I am like, I lost everything. Marriage, I used to ready a lot. I used to, you know, apply this, that. I used to be very good at making me look good. But then, which I lost at that time, I have found again. I have overcome my resistance being on social media, and now I am speaking this fluently English. Although I know English, but I used to know, I used to stammer a lot. Trust me. But now I am speaking in English like I have born with it. That one thing, you know, in everywhere I go, whenever I'm speaking, everybody will ask, you are like, you have gone through that great degrees also, you have gone to other countries, so that is why you're speaking very fluently, very instantly. You are, you're not even, uh, getting any kind of stammering. You are, you don't need even start to search for the words, English words. So that's, that is the resistance initially I had, and I made it possible. I made it, that has been solved. And then I started to help mothers in a possible way, started to reconnect with myself through spirituality. These two things has changed my life. Initially, I'm a parenting and life coach. I'm not a Garbh Sanskar course that I'm teaching now. And I don't know, without even knowing, okay, I have knowledge of parenting, let me solve that problem. That's it. With that intention, let, let the life give me what it wanted to give. That's the one thing that I have done, that I have taken decision and I started parenting. I visited many schools. I thought, okay, parenting start not just with the parents. I visited schools, I used to go for free workshops on parenting teacher meetings like that. I used to stand, but still there is some emptiness in my heart. Okay, what is it? What is it? I wanted to find. But after reconnecting with myself and spirituality, I understood parenting does not start after the child is born. It starts even before. The moment we think we wanted to conceive, not even after getting pregnant, the moment you think you wanted to conceive, you wanted to give birth, you wanted to get pregnant, that is the moment you need to understand the parenting and then you have to plan. And with that intention, I found my life purpose and that is Garbh Sanskar. I founded Vedic Motherhood Tribe and it is under registered under government right now. I'm also paying my income tax. I have given many workshops in hospitals. I local hospital, I used to conduct seminars and workshops for the mothers, to be mothers and all those things happen. And from a complete homemaker who completely dependent on my husband, now I'm earning ₹5 lakhs plus per month. And this is my new record. I have not put it in this month, in this November I have already reached my ₹5 lakhs. I don't know the rest of the November month, maybe I'll earn more. That is my confidence. And the first time I filed my income tax. I am filled with my tears. I have completely— I have nothing in my hands, but now I am supporting my family in certain things, and I'm contributing to this country. And I'm— the most powerful thing in my journey that I feel is I'm not just inspiring the mothers, I am inspiring the unborn children. When my community mothers tell that, ma'am, my child responds to your voice, to what you say. Early morning when I conduct, when I take classes, mothers were coming to my sessions because their unborn children are waking up at that time and making them sit in the sessions. And whenever I hear these kind of things, That inspired me a lot. Right now I have earned 70 lakhs plus. Before, when I entered like Bangalore event, when I came to Bangalore event, I was not able— like, I just earned 3 to 4 lakhs. I did not even earn 5 lakhs. So at that time I thought, next time I will definitely, if I attend the event, next retreat, I have to take 50 lakhs plus. But now I'm sure I am going to earn 1 crore by the month of April. That's what my goal is. See, lot of mothers think that my resistance is, okay, I cannot speak English, I cannot take sessions, I am not good at social media, I am not good at camera. But trust me, I am not teaching in English, I am teaching in my local language Telugu, and I am earning this income just by teaching in Telugu language. Not in English. See, so many times all these kind of resistance, I cannot speak, I cannot be on the camera, I cannot tell anything, I cannot inspire anything. See, in my journey, in this beginning of my journey, the most one thing, one resistance is that not even speaking, asking for money. I'm so shy that if I ask money, people might think about me wrong, so they don't choose me. I have in that mindset. And but what that has given me, you know, I used to give free registrations, I used to give free classes, but no one would show up. I used to be all alone. There would be 50 registrations, 60 registrations, but nobody showed up because there is no accountability. When there is energy exchange, when there is money exchange, that is the one thing You will get the accountability. It's not for you. You are not asking money just because you don't have or you are in need of. It is for the purpose of accountability. And one thing I learned is if I want to serve, I will definitely serve, but not by giving the free service. I will take money. I will provide that service. I will do the charity with the money that I earn. Why should I give the free? If I am giving it for free, no accountability. I have seen it with my own eyes. Lot of mothers will be facing this. I cannot ask money, I have this resistance. But this is also my biggest resistance at that time. Even my husband used to tell, okay, you go for free, it's okay, you will get, you have anyway my support, na, he used to say. But when mothers are not coming, they are registering, although they are registering, they are not coming. Whom I teach? Whom I inspire? How can I see the change that I wanted to see in the society? That will not happen. So that biggest resistance to ask money, that mindset has been changed because of Riddhi Ma. Thank you so much, ma'am. And two things, two, you know, two greatest things that I have learned, I have seen in my life in this journey is that if you want to achieve something, be consistent in taking action. If you don't take action, trust me, nothing is going— people are not going to come to you. You have to go. In the beginning, I used to go to schools. I used to, you know, whatever it takes for me, even if they think I am desperate, it's okay. I will go, I will, I have to show up myself. When going to hospitals, there are doctors, there are gynecologists. I used to think that, okay, there are doctors, will they agree or not? This resistance used to stop me. But then when I took step forward and when I, when I went to hospital and they are very happy to introduce me for me to give the seminars and for me to take certain sessions. On Garbha Sanskar and preparing them for the labor management and everything. They are very happy that I'm providing, that I'm coming forward. If I have not gone, I would have not seen that. If I stop that, if my resistance would have stopped me, I would have not. So do not be inconsistent. Even see, if you think that right now I'm in learning mode, what can I do? You learn. It is also taking action. It is also a step of taking action. If you are not having— if you are really so busy that you have only 10 to 15 minutes a day for you to sit and learn, sit and learn. Even learning, just a post, one post a day, it's not going to take 15 minutes time. 10 to 15 minutes time, you can post anything. Post, show up. When you are into the society, that is when they are going to see you. If you are not in that place, they are not going to come to see. Nobody show, nobody come to you unless you show up. So you have to take action for that. If you wanted to show up, you have to take action. You have to be consistent. There are days we feel low. See, we are after all human beings. We are women. We have hormonal changes. We have that, this, all these things will come, but still Feeling low should not stop you to post on social media. It won't stop you because on social media they are not going to come to your house and check, are you posting it because you are so good, because you are happy in your life? You are just posting to inspire them. So be consistent. Be— when you take action consistently, trust me, you are going to achieve heights. Without consistency, there is nothing. Now the second one is very important one. It's your responsibility to not to send people to wrong persons to get their problem solved. See, if you can solve their problem, if your customer, if you can solve their, a mother's problem or whatever the niche you are in, whatever the people you are treating, and you have that capacity, you have that knowledge, If you are not solving their problem, they are going to go to the wrong leads. They are going to suffer, and it's your responsibility now. You are making them leave to wrong leads. So if you can do it, you can definitely do it. You have to do it. You have the capability. See, mothers, one thing I want to tell you, we are the creators. God made us for a purpose. See, creating is our own thing. It's not a man problem. If they have the capability, they can create their own child, right? But that is not given to them, but it is given to us. We are the creators. If we stop creating, all the whole world is going to— so whole universe is going to stop. Adi Parashakti, we are the Adi Parashakti. We have that in ourselves. So I want every one of you to Check and see for yourself. Bring out the Tadiparashakti inside you today and see how you feel. It's very important, mothers. Now the 3 pillars for all of you that I can give from my journey is growth is going to begin the moment you decide to learn. Learning should never stop. You do whatever you are doing, but learning should never stop. Continue learning. That is only is going to make you reach heights. Without continuous learning, at that point you will get stuck. Literally, we will get stuck if you don't learn. We feel, okay, what after this? What should I do after this? Only when you are consistently learning, constantly learning, you will understand what you can do in the next. You will have more knowledge. And the second thing is divine strength already exists within everyone. Like I said, everybody here is Adi Parashakti. You are the creator of your own life. We are the creators. We have to be so proud of it. Yes or no? Yes, we have to be proud of it. And let us all bring that Adi Parashakti outside and let us all build a super wonderful universe in this world. The third one is, see, we are not just transforming our lives, we are not transforming our kids, we are transforming a generation. The whole generation is going to change just because of us. See, whenever we, uh, see here, some people might understand this point. See, in South India When we go to our villages, we are not called by our parents or our names. We are called by our grandparents. So, so-and-so person's granddaughter has come. So-and-so person's grand, uh, grandson has come. Like this they address. Why? Because the generation they have created, they gave that name. Our grandparents has created a really wonderful society for us. And we have to create more to it. We should not, you know, put an end to that particular thing. We should not put an end to that. We have to transform ourselves, and in this process, we are going to transform whole generation for that matter. And there are a lot of things. Many times we face that, we face this, we think about all our problems, but problems are not really problems. The way we see them makes it change. And I totally agree, we will be in low, we will definitely be in low sometimes. It should not stop us. So if you transform, yeah, the whole generation is going to transform, and we are together creating, really trust me, a world where our children are going to thrive. Really happily. They don't look back. They get inspired from us. They might be going to school, they might be learning something, but what you are giving them, what you are teaching them matters for them. That is what your child is learning. That is what the child gets inspired. They don't get inspiration from the teachers or friends or anything. They get inspiration from your— from you as parents. So we are responsible for that. And now this is my journey. And Riddhi ma'am, I wanted to tell one more thing, ma'am. In my life, yes, I have gone through a phase where I wanted to get suicide. I have told you a time I went through that. After, even when the way went going after divorcing and everything, I still chose to, you know, one day I went to that place, to that particular thing. And at that point I only thought about Viransh. That one thing made me stop. So if that— if my child can stop me, if my child can stop me from doing that particular thing, if it, if it has been to be for him, I would have been not found you, I would have not been found this community, I would never have been in this place now that I am in. And trust me, ma'am, I— so this is really emotional for me. And whenever I think that point of time, I feel fearful. But now I embrace that point. Okay, I have gone through, I am stronger enough, I'm stronger than that decision. And if I can overcome that particular trauma from my life, and now I'm changing other mothers Everyone can do it. Language is not a barrier. Language is never a barrier. Only the thing stopping us is our own mind. That I strongly trust that I learned from you, ma'am. Thank you so much, ma'am.
Thank you, thank you so much, Ramya. Love you, sending you lots of love. Thank you so much for sharing so wonderfully. Let me also add myself to the spotlight. How many of you are just— yeah, let's breathe in. Close your eyes and just breathe in, all of you. You know, how many of you are now understanding that nothing can come between you and your dream life? It's just you. Nothing else can stop you. Nothing else can, uh, you know, prevent you from getting to what you deserve to get. And you know, it's not about us. How many of you have noticed one thing common between Surbhi, Asha, Ramya? And you know, we'll have more speakers and you notice the same. And you know, all of them have had money breakthroughs. But, uh, you know, we'll also be bringing in speakers will not have money breakthroughs. But have you noticed one thing? Resilience. Put R for resilience. They've not given up on themselves. Nobody's life is free of challenges, and I swear, even I, you know, even though I know all of— all their stories, because, you know, and even some of you in this room, I know your stories, like you know, things that you would not share with anybody. You know, I get letters and messages and emails. I speak with you guys. I just know one thing, that challenges will be there. Even in my life there are challenges. In everybody's life the challenges will always be there. But what will take you far is your resilience and your attitude to serve. No, it cannot just be about me, me, me, me, me, me, me. It will not happen. It has to be about something bigger than you, because if it's just about us, we give up very easily. But when you have a very strong why, why you're doing what you're doing, then you'll not give up. Even if you fall, you will get up. You'll fall, you'll get up. You know, today in Sankirtan, we were doing the same concept that, you know, as a devotee, if you fall, we can still not, you know, accuse you, but we will still call you a devotee. What does this mean? You know, just imagine you're in a boxing ring and you get punched on your face. And you fall, but you've still not lost. You've just fallen. You still get up and you punch back, and again, you maybe you fall, but you've still not lost. How many of you can create that visual? If you can, put yes in the chat box. So don't lose before you've lost. Some of you are standing outside the boxing ring. You know you want to be in the ring, but you're still not stepping out of your comfort zone. You're still outside the boxing ring. Some of you have stepped into the boxing ring, but you're not giving it your best shot. Some of you got punched a few times and then you decided it's not for me and you gave up. And some of you keep getting punched but you keep getting up. Now I want you to identify where are you. Are you outside the ring? That's option 1. Option 2, You're inside, but you're not giving it your best. Option 3, you got punched 2-3 times. The problem is not with the seed. Maybe the soil wasn't right. Maybe where you planted the seed the first time, maybe it was not the best soil for you. You know, some of us also do that, that I have tried all of this, I've done that coaching, I've done this coaching, and then you give up on yourself. That's 3. And 4th, you keep getting punched but you keep getting up. If you want to win, you have to be in category 4. You get punched, you get up. And can you see, language, it's only in our head. They are speaking fluent English now. They are doing like talks for like 1, 1.5 hours in English. Also very difficult for me to believe that this happened. Surbhi, you know, Kramya, still she knew a little English when she came to me. Surbhi didn't know any English. Asha was not very confident speaking in English. So I just want to tell you one thing, that, you know, it's not about the skills, it's about the mindset to use the skills you have. 90% is your mindset, 5-10% skills, and skills everybody can learn. If I can learn the skill, anybody can learn the skills. So if you're feeling super inspired, put SI in the chat box. So, so proud of you, Ramya. Already 5 lakhs. This month you have to cross 15 lakhs before the Goa event. 1 crore. I want you to receive the 1 crore from stage. So push, push.
And now my husband also trust me, you will definitely reach 1 crore by even before January. He was adamant like he's seeing my growth and he's, uh, he's, he actually take care of all my filings and everything. He speaks to CA and everything and he is like, when I told him, and I also spoke with you in Platinum Shares recently, ma'am, that Goa event, I was like, I don't come anytime like alone, it's my hardest thing, but I just paid it, I'm going, I announced I'm going, you come or not, I am going. And now he actually told me after, even after that call, okay, we will go together, we will leave our children for 3 days at our parents' and we will go together. And now he is not allowing me to go alone.
Let him come with you. Let him come. It will be nice. So I think, uh, you know, how many of you are feeling so inspired? You know, for homemaker who didn't even want to be a coach, you know, already, you know, we are only on the 13th of November, made 5 lakhs and made more than 70 lakhs in revenue without even having the intention to be a coach. When she joined. So I know one thing that, you know, these things you don't choose. And just for me also, I did not know that I would be a coach, just like Ramya. It was only for myself and for my child. So this is also very important. We don't want to just run after money, because if you run after money, money will run away from you. You run after adding value, you start taking action. You know, she went to the hospital, she showed up. For, for what she believed in. So many mothers are working for schools and colleges and hospitals now. So you show up for you, what you believe and what gives you joy. Like Pallavi was sharing that, you know, now I'm working in the hospital and— sorry, school— and I'm taking 6 periods out of 7 they gave me. They told me they'll not give me more than 2, but she went, she did her magic, they loved it so much. That gave— they gave a 6 out of 7. So I know one thing, you have to move, you have to stay in motion, you have to keep taking action. And first do it for yourself, for your child. You see that inner shift, and then, you know, all of this, you know, helping people helping others, it will keep coming to you very naturally. So how many of you think you can do it? If Ramya can do it, you can do it too. Put 'I can do it.' All of you can do it. You know, I have so much faith in this room. I feel every single one of you will be making more than a crore every single month. 100% it will happen. You know, when my mentor used to say that, I was like, what? Like, really? Like teaching? No, I'm doing— last month was almost 4 crores in one month. Now it, it looks impossible, but when you do it, you're actually just doing the same thing. It's the same thing every day. Every day you do the same thing. Help, help with the right intention, show up. Do whatever it takes, no excuses. And this is one thing I learned: if you want to live an easy life, do the hard thing now. And if you want to live an easy life now, you're signing up for a difficult life, you're signing up for a hard life. And honestly speaking, we are very lucky because even the hard is very fulfilling. Even when you're stepping out of your comfort zone and helping people, it's a very fulfilling experience. It's not an exhausting experience. A lot of people work very hard, like, you know, investment banking, let's say. You're working very, very hard. Like, I have a brother cousin, and he's an investment banker. He's a very big investment banker. He works like— they have to work like almost, I feel, sometimes 25 hours out of 24. Even in wedding, he's on calls, and everywhere he's always on the call. And I asked him one day, are you happy doing this? He's like, obviously not. He's like, who will be happy doing this? He's like, I have a 10-year plan. 10 years I will slog, I will make so much money that after that I don't have to think about money. So he signed up for a hard life so that the rest of his life can be easy. But for his, hard is really hard. For us, hard is not that hard. Now what is hard for you? Going and showing up on a master class because I'm uncomfortable. You go, you show up, 5 people are putting love this, feeling calm. You are amazing. Already feeling relaxed. So your heart instantly turns into gratitude. So for us, even doing this work is not really hard, hard, hard. It's actually very fulfilling because in this work I have realized one thing: you can never lose. There is no way you can lose because you are always helping. So the spiritual point is always coming. If your definition of winning is only money, then you might feel. But I know one thing, if you keep serving long enough with the right intention in the right way, Money will come, and it will come so suddenly, and so much will come that even you will not realize how is it coming. And you know, why am I bringing them? I'm bringing them because, you know, I keep telling, you know, that Ramya, a homemaker, you're just listening and you're like, haati ke wow ba. But now when you see the pieces unfold, how many of you are like feeling that something inside of you is moving? If you're getting that feeling, put 'feel' that I'm getting that feeling now that I really need to move. I've been in my comfort zone for way too long. None of them had the money also. None of them got the permission. Some of you keep telling me personal WhatsApp, you have to have that energy and the intention to make it happen. If you agree with me, put A for agree. So now we'll open the floor for Q&A. So let's get— and Ramya will be answering all the questions. So, Neha, jaiswaad.
Thank you, ma'am, for the opportunity. Yes. Thank you so much.
So her question, Ramya, is that with less sleep, was it easy for you to manage everything?
Yes, ma'am. So one thing I trust from the beginning, I have less sleep, like from the early of my age Even 3 hours to— 3 to 4 hours of sleep is enough for me. I go to deep sleep, okay? During my UPSC preparation as well, before marriage, I used to prepare for that. I used to sleep at 12 o'clock, I used to wake up at 3, 3:30, and I used to study the whole journey. But I used to be very energetical because I don't get distracted with other things. Like if something is, uh, like, you know, our energy gets killed because of our thoughts. I make sure my thoughts are clear, they don't affect me. This will happen when we meditate, when we carry our own energy, when we save our energy, it will definitely happen. And when I wake up, like I used to sleep at 10, 10:30, something like that, and I used to wake up 2:30, even though I will be very energetic because in between I will have some time, like I have a younger one, he will be sleeping anyway when my elder one goes to school. So I used to take shorter nap, like 30 minutes, 40 minutes shorter nap I used to take in the daytime, and that would be enough. As I'm a short sleeper, like my energy is fixed to that. That is one thing that have helped me. Next thing is, if you want to achieve something, that won't make you sleep. See, in the border, so I, I used to interact with soldiers a lot during my UPSC preparation in Hyderabad or wherever I So they are standing 24/7. If they can do it, as mothers we have it. So initially, after postpartum, like after giving birth, every 2 hours we wake up, we feed our child, and we are surviving. So a lot of time in social media, that is my opinion. See, this is my opinion. This is not— this should not be every other's opinion. It— but in my opinion, Sleep is for you to balance your energy, make sure your body is properly working. When you go to deep sleep, in, in like after you sleep, the moment you decide you wanted to sleep, within 5 minutes if you go to sleep, that is the perfect sleep. That means you don't have any thoughts, you empty up everything, your body goes really rest well, and even if you get up after 3 to 4 hours, you don't feel tiredness. That's one thing I trust her, because in these days in social media they say 8 hours of sleep is compulsory. If not, our organs get damaged. This is all coming because even before we sleep, we scroll, we think lot of things. Okay, all these things happen. That is why the 8 hours of sleep is definitely necessary, because you don't go like that. The moment you lay on bed, you don't go to sleep, but I go to sleep. That one gift is there for me. Like this, like if I go to— if I lay on my bed, within minutes I'll sleep. And my husband will be like— they will be chit-chatting, they'll be sleeping sometime, but he will be like, oh my God, how can you sleep after doing lot of work? You just go to sleep like that within minutes.
See, the problem I have, I sleep in like 1 second. Yes, I lie down and I'm out. So I think, uh, great. And what she rightly mentioned, in the beginning we have to push ourselves. Like, I'm sure Ramya, now you can sleep more.
Now I, I— now I'm sleeping more. In the beginning, I used to get up because I don't have other time.
Correct.
I used to wake up and I don't feel tired even after I wake up because I have something in my heart that I wanted to do something that makes me know not to get tired.
Yes. And I will also just like to add to this because very similar for me also in the beginning, very less sleep because I was learning from mostly international mentors, and their classes will happen at night, like 1 o'clock in the morning, 3:30 in the morning India time. So very little sleep. But I'll tell you one thing, when you are not taking action, when you're not taking action, when you're not doing anything, that is the biggest sleep killer. At least, you know, if you are very driven or if your purpose, if your why is very strong So when you know that your why is very strong and you have not moved or done anything towards your why, you will feel so anxious, you will feel so restless that you'll not be able to put yourself to sleep. That was my experience. So when I was, uh, not able to do anything in the beginning, when I knew I want to do but I was not able to do, I would feel so restless. So I made it a point that I have to do something, because if I don't do something, it's, you know, staying up is better than feeling that feeling of not doing anything, basically. Think of yourself as a tractor, but the tractor also moves. The tractor is useless if the tractor doesn't move. So maybe the tractor will take 5 days to go from point A to point B, and a Ferrari will take maybe 1, 1 day or 1 hour or 2 hours. It doesn't matter as long as you get to point B, because it's not a competition. We are not having a competition or a race with anybody. The race is only one. Not the race. The intent is only one, to go from A to B.
Correct. I would like to add one point, ma'am, when it comes to, uh, this, uh, sleep thing. See, the thoughts are many. If any thought comes to you which is not serving you, just let it into the dustbin. That I have learned from you, from your classes. If that is not serving me, I don't even think about that. Even if it is from my loved ones, even if it is from my mother, even if she is telling something which might— if I feel, okay, this is going to disturb my mind, disturb my whole flow of my journey. Because initially, when my mother told me many times, like, this is not going to work for you, you are sitting for hours, you are learning, what you are gaining? Initially, I did not earn anything, but I used to say, I have classes, I have to sit, I have to be, I don't go anywhere, I don't go to any family events which are not important. And she used to scold me like, it is not serving you, you don't do it. All this kind of stuff she used to tell. But what I learned is, if that is not nurturing you, that is not helping you, just let them go to dustbin. Do not get into your head. Whatever the thoughts that are not serving us, if you put aside, you will definitely don't feel tiredness. No matter how— even if you work 24/7, you won't, uh, do— you won't be able to feel the tiredness because you are doing what you love. You are not doing something what you want for, or what you want to do it. You are doing what you are loving. So this is one thing which helps me a lot.
Amazing. Let's put in for amazing for Neha. And now let's get Dr. K. Shailja.
Good morning, ma'am. Thank you.
Yes, good morning, uh, ma'am.
Uh, as a doctor, I talk to a lot of patients and I'm doing the courses every day. I'm not having that, uh, you can say resistance, or you can say the gut, to start a video. I'm not able to do it. Like, whenever I'm doing a video, my voice is getting very low, or I'm not able to speak what I'm speaking to you right now. The volume I'm not able to do that. I don't know what— how to overcome that because my main issue is from the day one. I'm unable to hear your voice, sorry.
No, ma'am is not speaking.
I'm on mute, I'm on mute. Ramya will answer her question today.
Yes, my problem is that I'm not coming out of that because every day I deal with many— more than 80 to 100 patients Uh, yeah, but I'm not able to talk in front of camera because I'm very camera conscious. I'm— I don't even click pictures properly. I just want to come out of this, though I have a knowledge to talk, and I don't know from where to start. First thing in the videos, and— or the second question is I'm not able to, uh, speak in front of camera.
So first suggestion I give you, go join the video making challenge. Second thing You are telling you are camera conscious, right? I used to be very conscious about camera in the beginning. Like, I'm talking, okay, this is not good, I will delete it. Okay, I'll talk again, I again I will delete it. So I used to delete many, but then I came to know that camera should not be— we should not think that we are speaking to camera. We should think that we are speaking to a person. Make your camera your best friend. Just, just once after this session, if you could just sit in front of camera and just talk about— take one topic, whichever you are proficient in, and talk just like you're talking to your best friend, and watch that video. You will see the difference. That this one hurdle I have been, uh, overcome only because I made my camera my best friend. I just, I just think that this camera is the person who came to me so that to get, uh, resolve their problem. So I am solving that person problem here. So I think that camera is a person. I don't think that camera as a particular camera that is a thing that I need to speak. So whenever we are in front of camera, we only think about, okay, how the result is going to be, how that video is going to be. Do not think about how it is going to be. One thing you have to be make sure you are solving one person's problem and that person is your camera. You speak hundreds of patients, like you in your day-to-day, like tens of hundreds of patients you are speaking every day, right? So how you feel? You don't feel conscious about person, right? You only feel conscious about camera. So if you can make your camera your best friend, or yaar, you know, whenever a patient comes from the problem, if you think that camera is that person came to you for getting solved of that problem, Yeah, you will be able to easily get, uh, out of that particular resistance, video making resistance. This one thing helped me a lot.
And the second question, from where to start? From where to start this coaching? Where to start?
So, uh, one thing, you have to identify your own niche. Ma'am has given that niche blueprint, right? So you can go through that and you have to identify your niche. And after identifying You make your own customer avatar. Who is your customer? Who is the person coming to you to get their problem resolved? What kind of a problem you are able to solve for them? Okay, just make list of them, then write, start writing what topics can you speak on the videos. Whatever the problems, all the, you can list out all your problems, you can see how many topics are listed, and you can make each topic, you know, Uh, we find sometimes like one topic, one video will be made. No, but on one topic we can make multiple tens of videos, tens of hundreds of videos. So every topic, try to, uh, you know, decode it. Like, you know, you have to make it, uh, simple, simple topics. One main topic, you will again make it simple 10 topics. And start with one topic one day. If you don't have a list, you, you don't know where to start. If you have a list You know where you need to start? Where only you need to do is you have to make that list first. First you have to start with the list.
Yeah, can I have an example if you don't mind?
Yeah, sure. For example, you wanted to solve a parent— I will take parenting topic. You wanted to solve toddler tantrums. Okay, so now in toddler tantrums there are different kind of tantrums. Sometimes you see whenever they go for junk food A toddler will be showing up, throwing up a tantrum if their parents are not getting anything, like they are not buying that. That going to be one problem. So main problem is to the tantrum. Now sub-problem is junk food, then screen time, okay? Then we also have other things like, you know, resistance to study. Whenever we ask them to do homework, they will throw a tantrum. So like that, you make subtopics and you can start it.
Okay, okay, thank you so much.
Let's put A for amazing for Dr. Shailja. And I also want to share one thing with all of you. Even if you don't know what to do, do something. Because when you do something, you will get ideas about what's next to do. Even though, you know, I've shared in the marketing, Platinum membership marketing, what to do. But if any of you are confused about what to do You still have to do something. If this is making sense, put MS in the chat box. See, because if you, you know, just think of yourself like you've thrown yourself into the ocean.
You take—
you jump into the ocean. Now, if you jump into the ocean, you're not going to ask what to do. You're going to do something to save your life. If this is making sense, put MS in the chat box. Because when you do something to save your life you will have questions for me next time that this is what I tried. And all of these people that you're seeing, Ramya, Asha, Surbhi, they did and they had questions. Now if you are not doing anything, you will not even know what's the next thing to ask. So it is very, very simple. The process is very simple. But even, you know, like somebody— how many of you here know how to boil rice? If you know how to boil rice, put yes in the chat box. How many of you think boiling rice is very simple? Very simple, right? In 2012, it was not simple for me when I went. And, uh, you know, not even 2000, yeah, 2011. Not simple for me because I had never tried it, so I didn't know it's simple. And you know what, I made rice and I was just having a party for 2 people and I made rice for like 20 people. I think I put so much rice that that container would only not contain the rice. I had to keep putting different containers and then I made chutney rice and fried rice and, uh, haldi rice and 4-5 colors of rice I had to make. Was how much white rice can I serve. So I will tell you one thing, everything in life is simple, it is only difficult till you try it. But some of us make it so difficult in our head that we are not willing to try it. But yeh mera bhi resistance tha, yeh ramya katha, yeh aasha katha, yeh surbi katha, sab kuch itna aasan hai ki jab aap karoge, aapko logika iske liye maine ek sal waste kardi. Because if you are scared of making videos now, after 1 year also when you make your first video, the same thing will— you will experience. So why do you want to wait for 1 year to try the first video? Just go for it. It's not going to be good. Your volume will not be good, your hair or your background and all of that, you know, it will not be perfect ever. Even now, sometimes I feel this could have been better. But now I've come to a point where I understand that no matter how I look, no matter what I do, if I'm speaking sense, people will receive it. If I'm speaking sense with the right intention, look, Suning, yeah, my quality be both it's not connecting with the people, it will still not work. So go raw, go real, start. Nobody cares.
One more thing, yeah, one more thing I wanted to add, ma'am. So many mothers will see that, okay, after learn, I learn completely, then I will start. Don't do that. If you have in your mind you wanted to become a coach, Start posting whatever you learn on that day on your social media. It will help you. Because for me, I never— it was never a thing. So that is why I have learnt it. And when I thought, okay, this is for me, I would like to become coach, then I started to post after learning. But if I have thought that I would become a coach in the beginning itself, I would have made it from the beginning. So do not wait until you complete your learning process. Whatever you learn that day, you make a video out of it. At least one per— one or two persons would be able to get something out of it. You are helping that one or two persons. It will matter. Yes, is that one thing I have learned?
Amazing. Yes, let's put A for amazing. And, uh, let's get— okay, Shalini, one second. Yes, Shalini.
Thank you so much, ma'am, for picking me.
Thank you.
And Ramya, your story is for me, just like I seen the case. Someone is talking me to me. It's just for me, uh, because I don't know how to speak English before joining me, uh, ma'am, even before 6 months also. I just, if someone is talking to me now, hey, I want to tell something about my baby also, then I quite, okay, please speak Hindi with me. It's like that for me. But after joining the leadership, I just tell now one thing, if you want to do something, then please take every step what ma'am is saying. I realized lots of time that thing in the back end, something is going in my life. So I lose everything. Again I started, and again I lose. Again I start, again I lose. But yeah, I know I will do definitely something. Uh, now my question is that, Ramya, he— when I go to a school, so I am an emotional and mental health issues for women helping. So what I am— how I started to talk them, okay, I want to, uh, teach this thing. You want to teach how to speak, right? Yeah, how to emotional and mental— about to emotional and mental health. You wanted to speak about emotional and mental health of mothers, right? So one thing first thing that you need to see a person or a mother is that do not see them as a problem giver or problem maker. Because whenever we start speaking to them, they speak so much emotionally, so many points. So they come to you with lot of questions. So first we have to accept that they are going to speak a lot, they are going to be very random. They even don't talk like on a flow, they won't go on a flow. So we have to accept them as they are. First thing. Second thing, don't try to solve their problem initially. Do not try it. We are not here— first place, we are not here to solve their problem. We have to understand them with empathy, not sympathy. Sympathy will never work when you are going to speak about emotional or mental challenges to the mothers. It will never work. So you have to go with the empathy note. Okay, so next thing, let them complete whatever they has to say and then you ask them questions. Okay, and go through questions, you will understand what they are actually. They will tell a lot of stories, but if you have to see what they are actually, what the person, what kind of a person they are, you have to ask and know. Yes. So how do I connect to the schools and, uh, hospitals and anywhere where I get the person. So first thing, if you have any, like, any school people, like, you know, any people who are, who allows you, who are your cousins or working with the school, someone, you go with them. Okay, so first you go to them because they will, they know who you are. They will give you a chance. If there is no, if there is no chance, yeah, kids go, go and go to your kids' school because as a parent they know you, right? They will think about it even though they instantly don't give a chance, but they will think about it. You have to go 2 to 3 times. You have to, you know, make nota. You have to make them remember you. Okay, sometimes this we need, all these kind of things. You have to make them remember you. So you have to show up 2 to 3 times whenever you go to parent-teacher meeting for your child. You have to go and, uh, tell them what you do, what kind of work you do, what— how can you solve their problem. You know, you have to make sure that school is going to gain something out of you. See, every institution we, we go— we go to hospitals, we go to schools— every institution, they only see what they are gaining out of you. Maybe we, we here don't— might not think what that is gaining to us. We want to solve problem, but they will see— institution will see what they are going to get. If you can put forward what they are going to gain If you can clearly sell, uh, tell them that this is the— in— this is what you will get if you give me a chance. The mothers are getting inspired. These kind of things happen in your school. They are— you are going to get a hype. You are going to stand out of many other schools around. So you have to make sure you have to show them how the— how it is going to help their institution. If you could do that, they will allow you. You will get a chance instantly. Do not expect a lot of money instantly. They will Uh, see, 1 or 2 sessions you can go for free. Not more than 2 sessions go for free. Don't, not, uh, waste your time. See for 1 or 2 sessions. If it is working, okay. If not, you will at least get— take many pictures, as many pictures as you want in that institution when you are teaching. When you take reviews, you, you will get so many reviews, right? So take so many reviews and keep them, okay? So after that, these reviews are going to help you when you approach the other institutions. For when you ask women.
Okay, thank you, thank you so much, thank you, thank you. Let's put A for amazing for Shalini. Okay, let's get Deval.
Hi Ramya!
Hi Deval, how are you?
Nice, nice, nice, uh, listening to you and I know you are here today on the call because of something which you have which we don't have, and that is courage. So you have this courage to make videos and you have courage to take action. So I want to ask you one question regarding— I'm going through addiction, addiction of attending Riddhi's calls. Like, I want to attend all her live calls. And I've talked to you also, Riddhi, that I am very addicted listening to your calls live, you know. And, and you know, when I attend these calls, like like for 2-3 hours in a day. So I get a little distracted from my growth. Like, you know, I want to attend all her calls. I don't want to leave any of her calls. So it's a good problem as well as a bad problem for me. So how do I manage time? Because I'm, you know, I— what should I do? Like, even I have another mentor. Live calls attend, I like to attend having this greed and hunger of, you know, today I'll learn something new, today I'll learn something new. So what shall I do regarding that?
This is actually a difficult question. Even that has initially affected me. It's not affected me, it's like, you know, if I don't attend, I feel like I have done a mistake. It feels— it makes me feel guilt. But then after attending my first event with Riddhi Ma'am, I thought, see, if I can do, put more energy into this, if I can, I can definitely inspire other mothers as well. So one plus point. Okay, fine. I can, I add these plus points to all the list. Okay, now what are the other negative points? Okay, I miss learning live. I miss connecting live. Okay, fine. If I have a chance to watch recording and I have thing, one thing in my mind that if I have any question, I have people, I have community members, I can directly ask them, I can directly ask Riddhi ma'am for that matter, anything I can do. So okay, fine. I— what you have to do is you have to tell all the positive things first when you wanted to— don't— when you want to not to attend live calls. If you go for more negative things, they will sit again, you will go up with the same thing and it will affect our work. We can't grow. Because, you know, when we are— we wanted to grow, we are also nurturing our own community. When we are in community, it doesn't mean that we are not serving our mentor. We definitely serve. Whenever there is a purpose, we will definitely come. Like today, ma'am asked me, yeah, I will come. I will— I dropped all the other calls for my community. I'll come because it is my responsibility. It is my priority now. Here I am serving even though I am not attending the live calls. I am growing, and this growth is now today helping all the mothers to get inspired. I'm serving my mentor. So this one thought, I have cleared my mind and okay, fine. I even every day when I was, I see Riddhi Ma'am call, okay, it's okay, it's okay, no problem, no problem. Morning sankirtan, ma'am will, ma'am already suggested me, but at that time I'll be taking class for the pregnant woman. I can't attend, but then I used to think, okay, ma'am's purpose is for all of us to serve the society. And I'm solving that. I'm actually doing man's purpose. Then I don't need to feel guilt. I used to think like this way, and I used to got over all these live classes. Initially, I used to attend every live call. Like, I will be cooking, I'll be attending the live call. All these things used to happen. But then this one moment, one thought has changed it.
Because, you know, Riddhi Deorah, whenever I feel down in my life, I need to see you, I need to hear you. That very moment, just that Gardi hui. So I know evening Riddhi's call is there. I'll see her, I listen to her, I'll get my answer. You know, that live energy, that live thing. And this is, uh, Riddhi, I realized that I have everything. I have the backdrop, I have my space, I have— you have taught us good enough for long consecutive 2-3 years. We know, I'm not able to take action, I'm not able to make videos. So, you know, this is—
this was a big—
I felt when I journaled everything and I felt when I wrote that why I am not able to move forward. So this thing first came up in my mind, the calls. The big distraction was calls, that live energy, that live listening to Riddhi Deorah, seeing her, talking, listening to her. So yeah, that's why I actually wanted to ask this question.
I'm also attending live calls with my mentors still, because, you know, just like you, I also need that sometimes, the live energy. But that will happen for 2-3 hours in a day, right? So I will tell you, this is not anything to do with the call. You know, our brain will come up with reasons to keep us in our comfort. The calls, any live call you attend with any mentor, it would be 2 hours, 3 hours. And I still continue to attend a few live calls with a few mentors, right? And some of them are like one-on-one, very expensive calls also, which I cannot skip. But having said that, I have enough time to create content for Easy Parenting Hub for you guys, and I also show up so many times, right? So I know one thing, you can do both. It doesn't have to be this or this. Yes, it can be this and this if you plan it well. And even for you, Ramya, you know why? Because we get comfort, you know, because if you want to keep growing, you will always have to remain a student.
Yes.
So the numbers, you know, you are like, of course, 70 lakh, great, but maybe you're worth 7 crores or 70 crores. So I know one thing that Remain— staying plugged into the live energy is good. You don't have to come for all the live calls, but you know, make it a priority that in a week twice, you know, I want to come live 2 times a week. You choose what are the 2 calls that you want to attend and you do your work. And I will tell you, once you start growing, you will keep coming for more calls and then your reason for coming will be different. Like right now you're coming to take energy then you will be coming to share breakthroughs, or you will be coming to learn few more things for your own community. So now when I show up for my mentor's live sessions, it's not because I need the energy, because God's grace, Krishna is giving me a lot of energy, but I go because I get to learn a few new things. Because mentors are also always learning, so they are also updating. Like right now, what you see of me is very different what if you compare with the Riddhi in 2022, the Riddhi in 2025, and hopefully the Riddhi you will see in 2028 will be even more different than the Riddhi here. Because that's what the definition of success is for me, that my version today must be better than my version yesterday. So you have to keep learning and keep sharing. So your creation and your learning should go hand in hand. So it cannot be this or this, it has to always be this and this. And even the biggest billionaires in the world, they have mentors and they are still learning. So never get into that zone that I can either do this or I can do this. We have to do both forever, and it can easily be done if planned well. And if you want to come out of your resistance of not being able to do anything, I have a simple hack for all of you. You want that simple hack? If you want it, put yes in the chat box. Din mein 2 ghanta creation keliye block kardiye. Fix that timing like you fix your office time. If you're a working mother, fix 1 hour. You know, you keep asking me, how do you get so many ideas? How are you able? I have blocked 2 hours. I only think about what new can I do. And in those 2 hours, I can either spend 2 hours thinking, or I can think and create at the same time. But I will not do anything else. I'm not allowed to eat. Not allowed to sleep, not allowed to take any phone calls, not allowed to help myself also do anything else, that I will go for this call or that call. No, 2 hours I have to sit and force myself to create. Now maybe one day you go, you're not able to do it. 2 days you sit, you're not able to do it. 3 days you do. 4th day, toh aap kuch na kuch create karoge. You will come up with something. Maybe one day, 2 hours, you're sitting and writing 20 messages that you want to share. Maybe one day you're sitting for 2 hours and making 20 videos, or you're writing one long blog. Doesn't matter. Every day you have to create something that has helped you, which you feel can help somebody else. So you start with— don't, don't worry about I want to become a coach, don't worry about I want to make a lot of money, don't think about these things. Just tell yourself, 2 hours I want to create, whatever I create I will share. Start with that. Do this for 1 month, all of you. And then you see, you know, because when you have so much, you will get the confidence that I can create, and what I'm creating is helping people. Don't put that pressure that, you know, I have to make money, I have to become a coach. You know, when you put pressure for all of that, you're thinking about yourself. But when you're creating, sharing, you're thinking about others. When you think about others, everything that you want will automatically come to you. So it's about creating, and all of us can create. There is not a single person in this room who cannot create. And it doesn't have to be only parenting or life coaching, it could be anything. You sit and think, I want to create, what can I create? Maybe jewelry, they will for you. Could be anything. No, parenting, life coaching are two skills that everybody has to learn. Jai, coach bano, professional karo, two skills that everybody should know if you are on this planet. And now also the spiritual Vedic thing. So when you sit for that creation thing, maybe you want something else that you want to create for the world. You create that. If this is making sense to all of you, put MS in the chat box.
Yeah, very much. 2 hours creation, that's a good hack. We can start with—
start small and force yourself to not do anything. 2 hours I will come in and I will get up with something new that I have created. And then next day you can build on it or you can come up with something new. Okay, do that.
Thank you, thank you so much.
Let's put A for amazing for Deorah. Leela, M Leela.
Hello, ma'am. Good morning.
Good morning.
Hi, Ramya.
Hi, dear.
I'm a lactation consultant and women's health physiotherapist and also birthing coach. Uh, so right now also I'm in hospital. Uh, so I used to feel, uh, like, uh, difficult to find time to spend in learning and all. Just now, so many bulbons for me, uh, how to pay time for learning. And these Supermom Spotlights are like awesome. Uh, yesterday I couldn't attend, but really, these are— these Spotlight sessions are really awesome. So many learnings for me. So this is the first time I am spotlighting. I just want to ask one thing. Saturday I'm going to Hyderabad to take the session. So as Gurbans Kaur is new to me, uh, so they are like, uh, this is a new, uh, farmers, uh, kind of, uh, thing, no? So can you add the Gurbans Kaur also in your session? So what can I add a little to my, uh, Lactation to add more value.
So you are already lactation, right? Lactation. Lactation. And you are also, uh, doing labor management. Birthing is in the sense labor, right? You're dealing with it. So why don't you involve, uh, how to release emotional stress for the pregnant woman? That is very important because these days lot of pregnant women are going through this emotional stress. Because, uh, I see in my only coaching, uh, things when I sit with one-on-one or one— when I sit with the community, I see lot of women, they are going for work, they are coming back with lot of stress, relationship issues, different issues they are finding it. And now you can see, you are in already hospital, you can see lot of mothers are coming with gestational diabetes, thyroid, hypertension. The whole pregnancy journey there will be no tension at all. On the day of delivery they feel high BP. Suddenly their BP is getting raised. So emotional stress, you can add, it will be very good.
Okay, okay, so nice. How to get, uh, the audience? Actually, um, I am more into one-to-one consultations. I, I'm not able to conduct the group sessions. I'm not able to pull up for the session.
You have to get more visibility on social media. See, the, the only way people can find you nowadays is social media. There is no— you can use YouTube, you can use Facebook, you can use Instagram, any one thing. You can start with one thing. You are already an expertise in that. You can mention what you are an expertise, where you work and everything, and you can start speaking about what you teach.
Okay. And one more thing is, uh, I have two sons. So sometimes, uh, with God blessings, I'm keep on learning and getting opportunities, so many opportunities. So, um, I'm just thinking that I may, uh, giving enough, uh, what, enough time. I'm spending enough time for my kids as they are in 10th and 8th standard. So am I giving justice? Am I doing right? Uh, see, I keep on asking me like that.
You are speaking about the mom guilt, right? Yes, yes, it will hit us hard sometimes. But one thing, if you are able to spend at least 1 to 2 hours a day with your kids, it's— see, ma'am used to like, you know, in— I forgot thing, that particular recording I have seen in ma'am. Ma'am clearly told that how much time we spend with our kids, they feel it is lack. They feel we are not available for them. They need us more. So that is why instead of sitting for every day just one whole hour with them, you break the points, break the points and spend some time. Like after 2 hours, 15 minutes you send with them. In on weekends, you make sure your weekends are free for your kids. At least 2 to 3 hours you spend with them alone because they are in 8th standard and 10th standard. They have their own work, they have their own schoolwork. They will be, you know, they, uh, they have all these things. So at least weekends you spend more time. You take them somewhere, you, you can visit temple, or you can visit together to some restaurant. Somewhere you go, you spend time. Or you don't need to even go out. You can sit at home, plan some fun games. To spend time together. And every day evening after they come back to school, ask them how their school is. Spend at least 30 to, uh, 40 minutes undistractedly with them. Because 10th and 8th standard means they are capable of understanding about what work you are doing, right?
But so that is not aligned. Yeah, but they're not— but they are not aligned. My younger son is still, uh, We have to be there while— when he is going to— he's very slow. He won't open his book without a teacher.
So one thing, you can take help. Initially, I am scared of taking help, even to put a maid, although I am capable of it. But even taking of help, I used to think, okay, they make like— around me, the people might think that I'm a bad mother just to take help. To take the help of me. But now I'm not even cooking. I also hired a cook because I know what— where I— my need is there, I will be there for my kids. I will be there for the community that I'm building. I'm— I'll be there for my learning time. So I can arrange that. So when it comes to studies and all, if there is a need, you can— if, if only a child learns from you, if he only learns from you, then that that you need to give. But if he has a teacher and he can learn, then you can provide it, no, right? That also you don't need to feel guilt for that. But at least in a day, 30 to 40 minutes undistractedly, without phone, without anything, stay with them. Ask them what they are doing, how they are feeling. And you can also do one thing, you can make them understand what the work that you are doing. If your child— see, my child, 5 years old. I told him, I am working, these kind of people, so that is why you should not disturb. When I'm in class, he never come. Even if his father force him, you go knock the door, he will come. He won't. Mommy is in work, she should not. She will come, she will play with us after the work, she promised us. So they will understand. We sometimes feel that kids won't understand, but they are the— you know, even our husband don't understand, but kids will understand if we are able to tell them in a way.
So true. When I'm shooting, I experience this. My son will sit very quietly, my husband will create a lot of ruckus around the house. Okay, let's put A for amazing, uh, for Leela. Okay, so we will stop here. I know so many of you have so many questions, but we have a hard stop at 12:30 for these calls so that we can— because you're gonna have this every day. So thank you so much, Ramya. For being—
I should be the one.
Thank you, ma'am, to share your story. And I'm so, so proud of you. Now I'm just waiting for all of you in this room to be spotlighted. And it's such a good feeling as a teacher to just sit and relax and watch my students create the magic in the room. And, uh, it's really, really amazing. And now I really see the ripple effect live because it's a dream dream to see like an army of coaches reaching every single home, and now I really see it. Yes, I'll activate the attendance. Please mark your attendance on the app and keep coming live, keep taking action, keep creating. And those of you still not joined the Black Friday Platinum Elite group, please make sure you join. And let me know in the chat box, what is your level of membership right now? Gold, Platinum, um, put G for gold if you're gold, and P for platinum if you're platinum. Yes, Ramya, you're saying something?
Yeah, I cannot leave, ma'am, because my kids, I have to send lunch to him. Okay, yes, please, please.
I'm also leaving. We are all leaving now.
Thank you so much, ma'am. My deep gratitude to you. And I always feel in my heart, I always say, even my husband now, he will be like, okay, if you are hurt Go watch Riddhi Ma'am's class session. You are missing her. That's the only thing that you are doing. You watch, you come back, you will be okay. So that stage I'm here and I— it's all because of you, ma'am. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much, Ramya. And so, so proud of you. God bless and can't wait to give you the award in Goa.
