Riddhi Deorah finished a gratitude journal challenge and noticed her mindset shifted toward focusing on positive things. She reflects on how the practice changed her behavior and outlook on daily life.
After finishing this gratitude journal, my thoughts and behaviors were changed first. Before that I I'm focused many things on negatives. I give importance to negative thoughts first. But after finishing the gratitude challenge, I focus on the positive things of life more. There are many infinite things in positive infinite things in positive positive things here. But we are focusing on one or two negative things actually more so my thoughts also changed. My behavior has also changed. I'm carrying now everything which I am grateful for. Like whenever I touch the things I remember, I am grateful for this. So I should take care of this properly. So I take care of this, maintain the things very well. And my loud words that's also improved. I am feeling so good enough. I am satisfied with what I have actually. Yes, I. I feel I. I also have the problem of committing to doing things actually. But after hearing the inner circle called, after hearing the words of gratitude winners in the inner circle call, they have told that we have committed even in the midnights also we do gratitude journal. I also do the same. I feel like I worth of doing commit doing things very committedly, ma'.
