Yes.

So over to you, Brindha. The stage is all yours. I'm going to remove myself from—
Thank you so much, ma'am. This means the world to me. Because of you, I could come here and be in the spotlight today. It truly, truly means a lot. I would say like you are like an angel to me, Krishna has sent specially for us and specially to me. I, I can't imagine if you are not there where I would be. Um, and thank you for this opportunity. I hope I'll not cry today. I made up my mind I should not cry today.
It's okay, just go with the flow. If we cry also, it's all okay.
Yeah, thank you so much, ma'am. I'll share the screen. Yes, my hands are shaking.
It's okay, relax.
Thank you. Yes, so yeah, thank you all of you. Good morning, I am Dr. Brindha. My story begins this, broken to unbreakable. This is all you'll get to know what is this Krishna Leela is in my life. Hello, EPH family. I am Dr. Brindha, and today I am not the woman in front of you who was one year before. I came to EPH completely broken, but I am standing here getting the second life again in my life. I had a beautiful childhood. I was born into a very loving family. I was like very good in everything, but life has some limits to it. After some years of my life, one after the one, God started— like, I was just surviving my life. I was not living it. So trauma after trauma, pain after pain, So first trauma started like I lost my brother when he was just 18. That was the biggest trauma for me because he was everything to me. He was a friend, guide, and he was, he was my soul sister kind of a thing. We used to say share everything and everything we used to share with him. But losing him was like I lost myself. And after 1 year, again, while I was doing his asthi visarjan, we are not still in a grieving phase, but I got attacked with the autoimmune disorder, GB syndrome, where your all muscles of your limbs and hands and limbs everything will be like wasted. You'll be like a paralyzed person. Only you are just lying on the bed, just breathing. You're almost like a dead body, but you're just breathing there. I wanted to depend on everything on my parents, even for restroom, for eating, for do kumbh, to change my dress. I was literally like a doll lying there. For 6 months of my life, I was like that. But I don't know where the courage was, my parents' or my brother's, uh, love. I could— I made my mind like I should not be in this position forever. I should be stronger for my parents because now I am only there for them. Then I— that love and courage made me to start working on my mindset. And I, within 6 months, miraculously— even doctors are surprised, like, we got such a result, it's very rare— like, so within 6 months, I started standing on my own, I started building again, I started walking, I started using all my muscles. I started working out, and that strength made me again— like, I started studying, and that was my, uh, phase of— like, I was already in a medical field, first year, but this happened, and again, it— my exams all went back, and that was happening, but I didn't give up. I stood, I studied, and I, I finally, I became doctor. That was a great achievement for me because of my parents. And then again got married and everything happened. My son was born. I thought, okay, this is where my trauma would stop. This is where God would put a full stop now, and he would have given me a lot of— like, now my life is getting better. And when he was born, I was so into, like, uh, into a world because it was a very difficult pregnancy because of my GB syndrome, autoimmune disorder. I couldn't get pregnant. I had IVF, and throughout the pregnancy also I struggled a lot with putting on weight. I was already before also 72 kgs when I was getting pregnant. Because of GB syndrome, I couldn't work out. My muscles were weak and like I was already overweight during that time. During the pregnancy, doctors forced me to not to put on weight, but obviously we can't do anything for it and I gained almost 95 kgs by the end of my delivery. During my delivery also, I didn't had the sense of lower abdomen, lower limbs at all. Because of the GB syndrome, they couldn't give me the anesthesia also. Because it might interrupt and it might cause— even they are not sure how it would react and everything. And we, because of that, I couldn't opt for LSCS also. I, we wanted to try for only option left was a normal delivery. And during that, they were only— I could try to push because they were asking me to push because I didn't had the sense below my lower abdomen. It was so difficult. I could only— when they were asking me to push, then only I was able. I don't know how I was pushing. I just— I was doing it, that's all. I couldn't sense at all. But then I don't know how, without any anesthesia, without any painkillers, I delivered him with the normal only. But when soon after he born I couldn't hear his voice. Like, he had a cord around the neck, his shoulder got stuck there, and after a few seconds, after they did all the resuscitation for the newborn baby, then his— for 2 seconds, it was like I lost him already. Like, I couldn't hear soon after the baby born what the cry should hear. I was waiting for it and I couldn't hear. I completely like, I, I felt like I'm, I'm, I couldn't hear him and I, I felt like I, I'm not going anywhere. Where, where is he? And I was searching for him. Then they did the resuscitation. Thankfully he cried and immediately he was taken to ICU. After almost 2 days I could see him. He was kept in, uh, oxygen and everything. But usually what they do is, no, newborn, uh, like at least 48 hours they will do the bilirubin test. It showed like very high levels, very unexpected. We don't know the cause why it was showing. He showed up like with the liver disease all of a sudden. They gave like all the treatment, but they also didn't know why it is happening. It was not coming down at all. It was up to like 25. It's the very highest levels. And almost for 15-20 days he was just in ICU. I couldn't touch him, I couldn't feed him. And after they said like, this is it, like we did all our best, we did all the tests to search for the cause and everything, but they couldn't search for it. And finally they said like, he might— oh, this is it, like you can take him home. We also don't know like whether he'll be growing normally or not. He might be disabled, he might be mentally retarded, anything could happen. Just keep hope and continue. I had a faith, I don't know where it came, like even because I was a fighter before, I felt like you are born to me, so you also a fighter. So you should not give up on your mother now. As she has fought for her life before, you should also fight for it. Then I had the trust. I don't know, miraculously he was— he did well. All his milestones he achieved very well. Within 9 months, he could climb 80 stairs all by himself, and he, uh, like, he recorded a World Book of Records He registered there also, like very engaged to climb so many steps. And that was truly, uh, best moment for my life. And after that, soon after this everything was happening, I found out like my husband was cheating on me. Then I was like completely broke, lost. Confused and left with emptiness. I was like, he was just 1 month old, my baby. I was struggling in the hospital and all, everything was happening, and I, I was like, I couldn't express to anyone like how I was feeling. I wanted to be stronger for my baby, but I couldn't. I was not expecting that because we had a very happy life, happy married life. We never fought, we didn't had any arguments, but I don't know what happened. And after that, like, he just left us and he went away. And through, like, after my postpartum, it was like I could only cry. Other than that, nothing could I have done. I don't know how I should— I could have come out of it. I didn't had any, like, support. Even if they have, like, come before me, I don't know, they could have helped me also. Yeah, so life before EPH was like I was alive but not really living. Life felt heavy, all with sorrow, struggle, and loneliness. No purpose, just surviving each day. I was like so introverted person. I could like even like 35 years sif friends, and they only should call me. I never put my effort to call them and ask. I was like, never shared feelings with anyone. Even some— since my brother has went, I couldn't open up and cry. I couldn't open up and share how I'm like, uh, feeling like losing him. That was there, and I suffered silently, managed everything alone, like always there in my mind, how will I raise my child alone? Um, yeah, this, this was my life before EPH, and the moment that came finally that changed me. The turning point, that one moment changed everything. Like the same, every day was going like I was crying and I was frustrated. I was not looking at my child at all, and I was in all my sorrows. And one day I was just crying like this, holding him, and he was just 4 months old. I don't know how he could sense it. Like, he just crawled up to me and he just wiped my tears like this with his little fingers. I felt like that moment I realized like, this is not only— I'm not drowning myself, I'm drowning him also. I am— I have no rights to do this to my child. I should wake up from this. This is not what his life would be. So that was a moment where I prayed for the first time in my life to God to show me a path, to send me anyone to get out of this misery. Because with hormone issues and all the things happening and happened, everything was tolling on me, and I was not working then. So I was like completely lost, and I don't know, God listens also. That was the— my entry point to EPH, like my game changer moment. Next day morning, first thing when I opened my phone, I could see— I never opened Instagram, never ever before, but for that day I just opened it. And there she was, like, Riddhi Ma'am's face, aarete. And her webinar ad was popped up, and I just immediately felt like this is for me. And I joined, I listened, I cried. Then I decided, only like, only 15 minutes was the webinar started. I started asking her what was the payment. I need to get joined. I know, like, I couldn't wait for 1 hour of completing her webinar. I started messaging in the chat, like, uh, send me the payment. What is the cost is about? I want to join immediately. Like, I— that was a Platinum Showcase. I directly joined there. Um, then I didn't had any money, job, any savings. And I first time asked my father when the screenshot came, like, to pay for the link and everything. I checked my bank balance was nil. Then I was like, immediately I couldn't think of further. Like, I asked him, my father, I took help of him. I asked him for the first time, like, uh, I need this amount for now to book in this one, but I am doing a medical course, so this is very important. I need to do it. I lied to him because I know they couldn't understand, because even I was not aware and they saw me. That moment was like for the first time I chose myself. That decision literally saved my life. Bolte na, thin line it will be in your life where you'll get the opportunities, you'll get the chances, everything will be there, but it's up to us whether I should stay back or I should move forward. Thin line we should consider as this is it. If you're feeling from your gut please do it, because that gut feeling is from God, from Krishna. Like, he is showing it repeatedly. Just do it for yourself. Doing it for yourself is like you can do much more, literally, after that. And yeah, and my— after coming to EPH, it was like new version of world I never saw in my life before. I became like Brindha 2.0, like robot 2.0. I became like that. From crying to— I started smiling because Riddhi Ma'am, in her first orientation class, in the Platinum orientation class, I was the last one she picked me. I was just sitting and listening to all, all other people. I didn't know why I'm there, why I joined. I was completely lost then also. I was just sitting and looking anywhere, like somewhere else. And she spotlighted me at last and she said like, I could notice you since beginning the orientation. You are like completely lost somewhere. You didn't even react, you didn't even show any signs or any actions and anything. You're just sitting there for an hour like that same. I want you to smile. Just that she said, like she didn't ask anything else. She asked only to smile. I don't know why she felt it, I don't know why it has meant to be. Since then, like, I started smiling without a reason also. I was looking at my baby and I started smiling. For the first time I could see his smile back. In 5 months of since his birth. Before that, I couldn't see his— I don't remember at all his smiles, his giggles, and everything because I was completely lost in myself. That moment of his reacting to me, I can't say anything to it. It was like best and bestest moment of my life, and I can't thank for this For this only reason, for Riddhi Ma'am, I'll be like for the lifetime server to her. And from broken, I started healing. From silent, I became so expressive now. Even when I'm talking to in a team calls and everything, most of my friends in EPH says like, 'Abito chup ho ja.' Like, I have become like so expressive now. Like, I, I'm not the person— I, I only can't believe I was this person, this silent before. Nobody now even— I, when I tell in the calls to moms also, I was so introvert, I was not able to really— I didn't feel like since 1 hour you are only talking most of the thing. So from purposeless, I am now serving thousands of mothers. In APH and outside, in my own community, through offline, online. And from being a non-believer of God, since my brother passed away, I never light diya in front of God in my home. Now I have become like so much Krishna conscious Everything happening for his reason. He is the one making it all. Now I have like changed so much into believing it. And emotional healing was my biggest achievement. Like small, small things, even somebody speaks in a louder voice also, I will start crying. I was such a sensitive person. Now also I cry, but I know for a reason I cry now, not for so getting emotional and sensitive for all the reasons. That was my biggest achievement. And my bond with my baby, it's like it became so stronger. Now he is the happiest child. Like, he walks in a road also, he'll be like greeting everyone, everyone he'll be greeting. He'll be showing namaskar and he'll be smiling at each other. Even if you know— don't know the stranger, they will come and speak to me. And because of him, I finally started living, not just surviving. That was like— I don't know how all it happened. Only because of EPH, only within 1 year of span, my whole life has turned 360 degrees. And, uh, yeah, after that, uh, Riddhi Ma'am said like, you are here to serve, you are here to lead your purpose. Then I started taking action. Even I had lot of resistance, whatever I'm sharing in the screen, all of them I was terrified, all, all of them, like posting on social media, like what the family would say, what will my colleagues think being a doctor, why it is needed for you, or is it like worthwhile. And I was a shy person. I used to do the reels like for the song to, uh, like that, but in a private mode, but not to put out outside. I was worried about, am I looking good, my voice is good, like it feels like very, uh, small kid voice and all those things. And I'm a non-tech person, being a doctor, like I'm completely into books and everything there, but not into Insta or social media. I never knew about these things to be active, so that was my biggest challenge. Like to learn Zoom, how to conduct, how to make groups for WhatsApp, then Insta editing and everything, how it works. It was totally like very new to me. And the most resistant, I decided like when ma'am said you should do it like within, uh, she gave a target for us in the Platinum coaching sessions like you should launch yourself within span of time. She gave everything to it. After that, I felt like, okay, I should do it. My mentor has a belief in us, so I should show it. So within 1 week, I post— just posted my poster, ki I am doing the webinar for the lactation one. This is date and this is time. I didn't prepare for the PPT, I didn't note the topic, I didn't know how to use Zoom, I don't know how will I collect the money. I didn't had the setup or anything. I just went on and posted. It was like I prepared because I had a target. It, it's in offline now, it's on the Insta now. So it's my like respect or to show off. So I just started. I break my resistance for all of the above in one go. By posting it. Then I started learning everything in a day. I started learning, making the PPTs and the information, everything in it, one day or two. And I went with the how to learn everything with collect money and everything. I learned all of it within one week where I was sitting almost for 4 or 5 months like that only with holding the resistance. I could break it within a week. And I just started posting my reel. Uh, I was in a clinic without any perfect background. There was no lighting, there was no, uh, mic or anything. There was lot of noise outside and everything. I just wanted to convey my message to my followers. I just recorded, edited in 10 minutes. I didn't post it like so much blingy and everything, words and yeah, perfect. Before that, I was so into it, like perfect, it should look very presentable, all those things. But that day I felt like, no, I should do it. I just posted, and next day the views started coming. More than that, mothers started approaching and DMs started coming along, like hundreds, two hundreds. It was more DMs started flowing in. I realized that people want solution, not the perfection. From then I could see lot of mothers are still waiting to have someone to help them. So I realized that and I became so consistent. I posted every single day, replied to every message, and learned all the like single, single step of all the technical parts, how to edit within 2 minutes. It was difficult while starting a reel. I took almost like 50, 60 like takes to record one video. But it— I came there after, after almost 3-4 reels. I could finish off within an hour, within half an hour, then 20 minutes, then 10 minutes. I could record now a topic. I have seen that I can record in 2 minutes now, I can post it in 5 minutes. So that practices makes us like more Perfect. If you don't start at all, you won't reach there. Initially it will take a lot of time, lot of learning, lot of irritants and everything, but once you are there, you will get there. So that what happened, and almost till now I posted every day consistently without missing each day. Even my baby was not feeling well, or I had a function, or anything, I didn't left that place to go like that. I made a scheduled time before itself, or I recorded before itself, so that there is something is there to rec— there to post it. I made sure of it. So almost 600 reels I have posted till now. I have gained like 50,000 followers in just 6 months organically, and messages flooding, moms appreciating that you are helping, you are like sharing whatever it is helping us. And from there, through webinar, only with Insta organically doing the webinars, I could build my community of 500 mothers who are very new moms struggling with the black lactation and baby care and self-care. And I then, after this, like, people started recognizing me even in public. Even I'm traveling in buses or in auto or in temple, they'll come and say me, look, this, you are Dr. Brindha. I am seeing your Insta, you are doing so much, like, it is good, it is very simple and easy to understand. And that, that really, it feels so good. Like, you, that is not like you're helping moms, at least you are helping someone, and they are coming to you and saying this. It really means a lot. And after that, like, since, um, 4 months, I rejoined back to my job. Hospital called me, they have a vacancy, and they wanted me back. And I'm already— I'm back there now. They are also recognizing recently, like all my seniors are asking, like, oh, 3 million views, Doctor Riddhi Deorah. Like, they'll be making fun of me and they are appreciating how good you are doing and so great, like, so proud of you. And even collaboration started, brands are approaching. Like, I felt like alive for the first time doing all this because I could break all my resistance and take a step and took action to do it. And then my income also— see, I was not depending on the income, how much it is going to come or anything. I— my purpose was only to Hardin, like, I need to put one reel because one mother, if she sees and she is satisfied with that, or whatever I am saying, if she is implementing, that's more than enough. I was not worried about even if I get 50 views or anything, if I didn't get reach, or almost not getting reach again, or anything. My purpose was like only that one mother, for her I was doing everything. Because of this intention, maybe like income also flowed flawlessly without any struggling for it. And without like support at home, because mine, it was a newborn baby, like I want to take care of him. And without a team or anything, working alone as a single new mom. and I made almost like ₹20 lakhs in one year. It was through like one-on-one consultants. Hardin Mera at least 4 to 5 minimum consults. I used to charge ₹2,000 to depends on how much they want and what topic they want. And the paid webinars, paid webinars I didn't go for the free one because I didn't had them to what to give next. So I gave them everything for the paid one, and with the collaborations also I could earn. So more than money, I got my life back, my confidence back, my identity, new version of myself, everything now in track. So this all happened because of my guru, Riddhi Ma'am. I, I like about her, like her energy is like always, like in all mom's story, she is there exactly when they need it. I could, I like when we listen to mothers like sharing, even I was not aware of this, this community and all, like I was going through this, suddenly Ma'am popped up. Like she came to my life and now it is game changer. It's almost— I don't know, her energy is reaching like divine light to everyone who is in need. So, and her presence gives the strength and clarity to me. Even I am like trembling, I am stuck somewhere, I would just— I have my, uh, table, ke peechhe aap bhi bhi unka picture hai, small one. So I just look at her face and it feels so relaxed. I feel somebody is like there, like, okay, you do it, I am there with you. That shoulder, that hand on my shoulder feels like always there virtually. And her belief in us, like, she makes us believe like we are special, we are capable, and we are so powerful that we can do anything and everything. That confidence, it doesn't give like even our family members or friends who is there since a long time, they also couldn't give us. That's what she is doing us, like every mom, even in small space, that making like feeling yourself as a special is like big thing that will change you in every aspect of your life. And a push to take action. Her words like, don't wait to be perfect, just changed my life. That's why I posted the reel without, uh, anything else, and it went million. And through that, I got a lot of followers, and my journey kickstarted there. So please, whatever she says, implement that. Believe in her, like, trust her words. You will get. I can 100% say with lot of confidence because it happened to me and it is happening to a lot of mothers. It's going to happen to you also. And because of her, I started posting called Coaching Now and launching my company. Uh, I'm planning to do in a bigger scale now. And I'm growing. Like, she's not just a mentor, like, she's my turning point in my life. That point, like, I could say more than a guru, she is everything to us. I would say even, like, I made a word also, and then last moment I deleted that. Like, she is a sister, she is a friend, she is a lover, she's like a husband to me now because She's there like 24/7 with me and she is everything now to me. Like, I won't feel alone now. Even my parents say like, how will you deal with being alone after we go and everything? I strongly say them like, I have my sister, like I have my mentor, you don't worry about it. Like I have my family, second home already. So don't worry about it. So that confidence, literally I got my second home here in EPH, and thank you, ma'am, for that. And yeah, thank you is a very little word what you offered to us and to me. Um, yeah, a real gift, like not money. My real gift is like my smile came back. And my bond with my baby got healed, and my faith became strong, my purpose became clear. Now every moment I say like, this is because of Krishna it is happening. Before, I would blame him, like God or the energy, like, because of you I am suffering a lot, why are you not leaving me alone? Now I could say thank you for giving me all the struggle in my life. This was all your leela to make me stronger, to come here to EPH, to find EPH. You made me struggle all this, and now I have a purpose. And this was all his leela, as I showed before. This was his leela in my life, and now my life purpose is not just to be a wife, to be a daughter, or to be a mother to my child. My purpose is to serve humanity, to serve EPAT, to serve my Guru, and to serve every mother who needs us. So that has become my strong life purpose now. To all those mothers here today, I want you to keep these things in your mind. Don't depend on others for your happiness. We always blame for our failures our family or our kids or our husbands because you're not taking action you're just blaming them. And for your smile, your happiness, nobody told you to smile— not to smile or not to do anything, but you chose not to do and you are blaming your surrounding people. So it's all in your hands, it's all in your mind. What you do, how you do, it's all in on you. Like we make our kids also to learn during their exams and everything. Ultimately, they should do there in the exams. How they do, it completely depends on them. They can't come and blame mother like, as you didn't teach me well, so only I was failed. You didn't do this, so only I failed. How you will feel for that? So don't depend on others for your own happiness and make yourself emotionally strong. Everything else will follow through because when you are emotionally strong, it will indirectly— it is like showing your kids emotions also. If you are strong, they are becoming stronger seeing you. We are— you all, you know, like, we are a mirror to them, especially mother. If she is emotionally draining every day, crying always, and getting lost in her own self and blaming everyone around her for all her actions happening in her life, even the kids will adapt the same. And one at a time, he start blaming you for his failures. So become emotionally strong and serve people. We are not here just to be a mother wife or anyone, like even if you're serving your family, serve wholeheartedly with love and care to them, then the result will show you immediately. It's not like my job to do all these things. Being a wife, I should cook and I should do— being a mother, I should do everything. Do it with love, do it with purpose. So that will make you more stronger and more lovable, and your surrounding will become so lively, and everyone feels very good to be in together with you. And don't stop yourself like saying, blaming others, like they are judging me, they are saying all these things and everything. Just do it. Like who were saying for me also initially when I started posting, why are you doing this, what is the necessity city and everything. Now they are like appreciating, not directly, but they will go and say their friends and relatives that this is my like a relative, she is doing very well, her like she is very good and everything. They are not obviously directly, but when their friends and they will approach and said like, okay, your brother and sister is saying good things about you, like you are doing so well, we had a talk and everything. That feels so good. So don't stop yourself for them and start even if you are scared. When you are scared, that means you are in a right path. That's good to be scared. I was scared before the call also. I was scared like I don't know how it goes and everything, but start. Do it. Be consistent even when nobody is there to cheer you up, to clap for you. No, like, you are not doing for them, you are doing for yourself. So that's very not so good thing to like waiting for them, then only like, oh, views, I'm not getting this much reach, then I will stop doing it. That should not be the case. You be consistent. Your responsibility is to do your duty, to convey your message, to add value to the people whom you are thinking of to help. That's all. And the results, it will come along. Even if it takes some time, it will come along. So success comes when your intent is pure. I know after coming to EPH, or all Pure souls, I can vouch for it. Then you will all be success in your life, in all aspects of your life. Not only bank balance, or you should go become coach or anything else, but being a person. Like, at the end of the day, to feel satisfied and go to bed, I did something good today— that is a success. Even now I'm not so active also, when I talk to mothers, when they say like, your words gave me relaxation, I could feel now what I should do, it's giving me a clear path now, thank you for this call. That itself give me like very like satisfied, more than the what I'm earning or what things are going around and everything. So that is the biggest success for me. I could do some service to people who are like— I could do whatever the extent I am able to. And final message to all of you, my lovely sisters and friends, listen to me carefully. If you are scared If you are broken, if you think you are alone, you can look at me. If I can raise from trauma, betrayal, paralysis, financial struggle, zero confidence, and still build a 20 lakh purpose, like, career ahead, I think you all can do it. Don't wait to be perfect. Start scared, start messy, like, but start now. That's very important. Taking action is very important. So please take it today and be consistent. Serve people, believe in yourself. And your future self will say thank you for not giving up. And your kids will start saying thank you for not giving up. Your husband will come say thank you for not giving up. All your friends will be so proudly, they will say thank you for not giving up. So just don't give up. Start today. And the last part, I literally like, I'm very happy that I went through all this. Before, I would have blamed and I would be in that energy, but now I'm in a state of mind, I thank my past, I thank all my struggles, I even thank my husband because Because of that situation, that pushed me finally to believe in myself, to be here, to come here. So I thank EPH, all, everyone. Since a year I talked to them, whoever I talked, I thank every one of you because every call was an inspiration to me, it was a motivation to me. I could come out of my depression only through connection what we are doing in the mission calls. I was like crazily connecting with like 4 to 5 mothers every day. Now also I do almost since a year. I would say I talked almost about like 300, like 400+ mothers. Like that was giving me courage, that was giving me confidence. That's a pure connection what we are doing, each one like talking and getting to know each other and listening to your stories, giving space to letting out like all your sorrows, that space is literally, it is like heaven. And only through that connection, without any medication, with depression medicine, or without any psychologist consultation, I could come out like within a month. And I started taking action because of you guys. All the calls what I made till now, Thank you for that. And my friends, I got very good friends. I don't want to name because if I miss one and I feel very guilty about it. I have made like 200 friends now within a year. That's truly my success. Like, yeah, and every mother giving me this identity. And Riddhi Ma'am, like, I don't know, like I can write like how many, uh, thank yous to you, it's very less. And my dream now is like your mission has become my mission now, like to reach, make it reach like EPH in every home, in every language, and every child growing in a happy home. And that your mission has become my mission. I'll work for it, I'll be there for it. I'll be there with all my EPH family for my lifetime. And, uh, thank you so much everyone, and deep, deep gratitude to all of you. And because of my health challenges, I could take care of myself now. I'm a fit person now. Autoimmune disorder, like, I could lose 35 kgs post my pregnancy. Because of all mindset, I wanted to live for myself. So that changed my intention of being healthier version of me, where I should eat, how much I should eat, and all the health suggestions with EPH community and what ma'am is giving. It's very simple and easy to implement, but to be consistent, your why should be stronger. My why was stronger because I wanted my self-care and self-confidence to get back. So I lost like 35 kgs within like almost 6 to 7 months, almost. So yeah, and my past, I'm grateful, grateful to my past for whatever happened or what is going to happen. I'm not worried about. I know now where I am, where, how I can manage now, and how can I lead my life now. I am very clear about that now. So now I have become like, survival was my past, but now service is my purpose. So this has become my true, true intention now. So all happened because of Riddhi Ma'am. Thank you so much for doing this. And thank you, thank you everyone present here, coming here, listening to me. And this was not like this, the spotlights, all the spotlights what we listened to previously, that motivated me. And Surabhi's story, Ramya's story, Asha's story, and Yosha's story, you can learn from each person different things. So keep learning, keep implementing, keep connected with your circle, because community is what we need being a woman. So just work for it, take action. Over to you, ma'am.
Amazing, Brunda! I'm so proud of you. You can stop sharing.
Yes.
Yes, how many of you are feeling super, super inspired? If you're feeling super inspired, why are you not spotlighted? Yes, if you're feeling super inspired, put SI in the chat box. Very inspiring. I love the line, survival was my past and service is my purpose and my present. I love that line. But how many of you are now feeling that you have been living too much in your comfort zone? If you're feeling that, put feel in the chat box. Because if Brunda can do it, none of you have any reason for not taking action. You know, she was overweight, lost her weight. She was going through a lot of family issues with relationship issues with her partner. She overcame those challenges. She was not smiling. She lost a family member. She was not connected with her child. So you pick any area, and it was not— it was not smooth for her. It was pretty messy and very difficult for her, but she still did it. And I know why she was able to do it— only because of one thing. Can all of you put in the chat box what was that one thing that she did? Which made it possible for her to turn around her whole story? Yes, action. And not just action, action with faith and surrender. So it's very important that, you know, we do not use our creativity in areas where it's not required. Use creativity in areas where it's required. I'll give you an example. Let's say you're baking a cake. Recipe creativity, you show, use all your creativity there. This is making sense, put MS. So when you're decorating the cake, you use your creativity there, but when you're making the base for the cake, the sponge, you don't use your creativity there. There you follow the recipe. So when you're building any system, and by system I just don't mean making money to be making, building systems to make money, but systems at home, systems to manage your own energy, systems to connect with your child, systems to connect with your partner, systems to make friends and connect with your colleagues. For everything you need a system. Do not use creativity there. There you just follow the process. I'll give you a small example. Like, you know, I tell you that get up in the morning and get ready, put some makeup and, you know, look little nice. Today I am not in the best state to be making that statement because today I've been totally in the creation geeky mode since morning. But, you know, some of you would say that, ma'am, why should we put makeup? Why can't my husband not like me just like that? So, you know, these are things that we should not worry about. If there is something that is working, you just do it. And I'm not saying that you have to, you know, be like the K-series and put like too much makeup and sit with heavy jewelry. Basic, presentable, right? So just like that, you know, small, small things. You know, when I say fix a meal plan, it'll take you 15-20 minutes to come up with a plan. Every day you will save 20 minutes. So, you know, we just underestimate the power of these simple ideas. The power is in these simple ideas. Even with kids, you know, like when I share that, you know, acknowledge their feelings and then you can, you know, find time to correct or explain. If you do not spend those 2 minutes acknowledging their feelings and connecting with them you will spend 1 hour fighting with them or trying to pacify them once they start crying. So by you spending 2 minutes, you actually save at least 30 minutes. You do the math, 30 into 30, 900 minutes, 15 hours in a month. And like that, I can give you 10 examples, 15 hours 10 hours, 8 hours, you know, your food, your, you know, your clothes, you're spending some of yours spending 10-15 minutes deciding what to wear. So if you do the math like that, on an average in a month you will be spending, saving 100-150 hours. If you think that's a crazy bulb on, put CBO in the chat box. Right, and I just want to say one thing about Brindha, you know, it's consistency. You know, 3 million views on Reels, it didn't happen when she posted her first Reel. It happened when she continued posting without worrying about the reach. And now she has more than 600 pieces of content, which is almost 2 years worth of content, and she's not even been with me for full 2 years. How long have you been with me, Brindha?
1 year, ma'am.
1 year, only 1 year. 600 pieces of content, more than 20 lakh in revenue, 30 kgs weight loss, a super happy child, a permanent smile on her face. 200+ friends in EPH. How many of you think that this story is nothing less than magic? If you feel this is magic, put magic. But the magic was backed with a lot of consistent action. So this life is very beautiful. Life can be beautiful, it can be magical, it can be amazing, it can be blissful. And it is all of this if you just overcome your fear. I also liked one other thing that she shared: start messy, start scary, start now. Don't wait for things to be perfect before you start because it will never be perfect. Even now, for me, it's not perfect. There will never ever be a time where you will feel you're totally ready. Even now I do things where I feel I'm not fully ready. You know, the Gita classes that I'm doing for kids— I've never taught kids Bhagavad Gita before. I'm definitely not ready, but I know one thing, once I start, I start getting ready. If you love that, put love in the chat box. The only way for you to get ready is for you to start taking action. And you know, that's why I'm calling these mothers and they're sharing different, different stories, because you know, no matter how much I say, it will only go deep when you hear mothers just like you talk about their journeys. How many of you feel this is really helping you? Put help in the chat box. And now I'm thinking of doing this every month. If not so many stories, at least 3, 4 stories we will do every month. Was— I'm telling you, there is nothing unique about Brunda, there's nothing unique about Surbhi. There is nothing unique about Ramya, about Asha. There's nothing unique about these mothers. They're made with the same flesh, same blood, going through similar challenges that I didn't have the money, I didn't have the courage. I didn't have anybody backing me. I didn't have the support. Did you notice all of them asked— if you notice that, put N for notice— that none of them had the ability to come into Platinum with their own money, but they all made it into Platinum and now they are making money, almost made 10x of what they invested. Even Yosha, her story about her child going— having so many medicines and now completely living a medicine-free life. She's supporting her husband through difficult times. So this is not just for you to make money. Of course, money is a byproduct. It would happen when you start helping people. But how many of you understand that you and your family, most important? Why am I emphasizing so much on this? Because some of us have become so money-minded that we will not do anything unless usme se aame financial return ni milega. I will— I will— because some of you are sending me these messages, ma'am, if I join Platinum, will I be able to recover my investment and make money? Of course you will be able to make money, but I personally feel that, you know, that should not just be your only intention of coming into Platinum. First, your intention should be to grow yourself and grow your family. Was once you see that shift, you're able to help so many people out there, and then money will come. Not little, a lot of money will come. I personally feel it is the easiest thing to make money in today's day and time. To sit at home and making money is very, very simple. There has never been a simpler time than this to make money. What is difficult is you trusting yourself, you taking that first step towards the life that you truly deserve. You stop blaming other people for where you are. Like, you know what Brunda mentioned? Stop blaming other people. I loved how she gave gratitude to her husband, that I'm grateful for what my husband did. So of course I love that Brindha made 20 lakhs, but the wins that I am really interested in is she's smiling now. Because I know a lot of people who have a million dollars in their account and they can't smile, and no money in the whole universe can buy that smile. If that's a ball bond, put BO for ball bond. You should be financially independent because that growth will stay with you for millions of years. The money that you make will stay only in this world, and then it will get over. When you lose your body, you lose everything that you created using this body. The only thing that goes with you are the lessons you learned. Like, you know, now Brindha here, you know, whenever, you know, she leaves, she leaves with a more courageous soul, more confident soul, a happier soul. When I leave, it would be the same for me. Because when I started this journey, I was very low on confidence, was stammering, didn't know how to speak, was crying every sentence I spoke, didn't know how to do Masterclass, didn't know anything basically. But I was not telling myself, oh, I don't know, kuch bhi nahi ada, toh main kaise karoongi, toh chhor dete nahi karte. I challenged myself to learn. But some of you, you don't know, and your reason to not do is you don't know. If you think that's crazy, put C for crazy. And I will tell you one thing, the biggest loss is the loss of time, is the loss of growth, is the loss of you not being able to experience the person you could have experienced. Losing money is the easiest thing to lose. If you agree, put A for agree. And I shared this with you, right? Sabse aasan hota hai, hamare liye, to lose money. Because we have so many people who don't have a lot of money, but they live happily. Riddhi kapra makan, you can survive. Then the second easiest thing to lose is relationships. Like, in, you know, you lose a husband you can still survive. You will not die. You'll still survive. You lose a family member, or, you know, you lose somebody, you'll still be able to live your life. So first easiest thing to lose is money. Second easiest thing to lose is relationship. Third, body. If you lose a hand, you can still live. If you don't have eyes, you can still live. If you can't hear, you can still live. So some you know, something missing in your external body, you can still survive. And the most difficult thing— if you lose this, you lose it all. If you lose your mind, if you lose your mind, you lose everything. If you're not thinking right, if you're not emotionally stable, if you're not spiritually grounded You will not have the body. Your physical health will go for a toss. If your physical health goes for a toss, you're not mentally feeling, emotionally feeling good. Nobody wants to be with you. They can be fit, but they don't want to sit with you because when they sit with you, your energy is getting transferred to them. They start feeling low. Gussa karigi, chillaigi, irritate karigi, such a mess kesaat nahi beta. And tell me one thing, you don't have mind-body relationships, what will you even do with the money then? But most of us do not take good quality decisions in life because we are so sticky with money, or we say I don't have the money. Jo sabse insignificant cheez hai apke life mein, uske kaaran apne life ke sabse important cheez ko dedete ho. Apke emotions, mental and spiritual health. If you love this, put love. And I'm not making this up, you can try this on yourself. So please prioritize your mental, emotional, spiritual health over everything. If these 3 things— and if these 3 things are there, you're acting with joy, with the right intention, you will feel young. You know, I'm not bragging or boasting, but, uh, I was in an event and I was hanging out with an 18-year-old girl, okay? And somebody thought I'm younger than her, okay? So, and this is only because of I'm always in a happy state because I'm always learning. So if you are a student, you will always feel young. You know, my— in my master classes, I wear that bindi and salwar suit so that people take me seriously. If I go in a t-shirt, they will think the child is sitting and talking to us. I'm not joking, because of course you are in the first, first time when they perceive you, you just cannot like go in a t-shirt. And I'm sharing this because if you want to feel young, if you want to cut years from your life in terms like you want to save your— slow down your aging, be a lifelong learner. There is no better anti-aging medicine than that. I can give you a guarantee that the life expectancy of all my mothers is higher because you will be happier. So, you know, it is my humble request to every single mother in this room that even if you do not believe in yourself, even if you're scared. Like Brindha shared, even if things are messy, even if you think you can't do it, you have no option but to do it. And I want all of you to write in the chat box, I can do it. And a very interesting thing that, you know, Sindhu asked me today, how did you choose your gurus and your mentors? You know, and I told her one thing, I didn't choose them, they chose me. How many of you believe in this, that you don't choose your mentor, your mentor chooses you, and your mentor will appear when God wants the mentor to appear? So you know, all of us are feeling that I'm making the decision. Let me tell you, you're not making the decision. The decision has already been made. It is going to be revealed to you based on your energy, based on your intention. It is going to be revealed. And how can I say this? Because you know, when we have the Platinum orientation call, so many mothers will come and they will share, ma'am, I thought I will never join this, but I am here and I'm feeling so happy. Ma'am, when I was in the kitchen, I did not even see the whole showcase. I only joined when you were sharing the payment link and something happened and I made the payment. Ma'am, I was traveling, the internet was very choppy, I could not hear anything properly, but I just felt some energy pull and I got it. How many of you are in that category? Put me with a lot of E. Ma'am, I was in the office. We are not allowed to use the phone. I just 10 minutes in the lunchtime, I logged in and I got in. Ma'am, I didn't even have ₹2,000 in my account, but somebody gave me ₹18,000 and I got the deposit amount and I got in. And this Shara, she said, ma'am, I didn't have the money while you were doing the showcase. I took a piece of gold and I went to the shop. 'And I sold it and I made the deposit while I'm on the showcase.' Can you imagine? 'Ma'am, I didn't have the money to pay for the next installment and suddenly the PF from my office came and I made the deposit.' Swati, 'Ma'am, I didn't have the money and my mother-in-law came and she gave me money and she told me, char saal se mere paas rakha hai.' Aba plelo. Exactly when she wanted to come in. And same story for me. I didn't have the money when I took my first program, but I still made it. So I want to tell you, this has nothing to do with money. It has everything to do with how desperately are you wanting to get closer to your dream life. How many of you are like really, you know, craving— no, desperate is not the right word— you're craving, like, you know, it's— it really makes a diff— it matters to you. If it really matters to you, put M for matter in the chat box, that, you know, moving closer to my dream life really matters to me. If it really matters to you, I know one thing, you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. And if it doesn't matter to you You can try all that you want, it will still not come to you because you have to be vibrating at the right energy to make it happen. And why am I sharing these spotlight stories? A, you will understand that, you know, this is the only way to do it. Even when I'm scared, I need to take action. Even when things are not perfect, I need to take action. And all of you who are thinking that meh, bachiari, Mere life difficult, mere pas paisa nahi hai, mere pas support nahi hai, mere pas confidence nahi hai, ab aapko pata chalika ki aap ke liye nahi ho, sabki ek ki kahani hai, likin sabka ending sabka alag hoga. The end story will be different for each one of you depending on the action that you take. Some of you will allow your fears to win. Some of you will take action despite of your fears. So how many of you think you, you are going to create a happy, uh, life and a happy ending for yourself? And not just for yourself, also for your children. Put happy in the chat box. So please stop repeating your challenges. Ask the right questions. Tell yourself I am feeling scared, but what can I do to move forward? I know I can't do it, but what— I want to do it. What can I do to make it happen? Don't say I can't do it. And the best thing that you can give yourself is access to a beautiful, supportive, nurturing environment. Tell me one thing, if I tell you right now that you have to give ₹5 lakh— okay, forget ₹5 lakh is too less— you have to give ₹10 lakh and you get to live in a very beautiful house and drive a really nice car for the rest of your life. How many of you would accept that deal? Put D for deal. And you don't have to pay any rent or nothing. Das lakh rupee apko ek baar dena hai, one-time deposit, live in a good house, drive a good car, and you don't have to pay anything else for lifetime. Anybody smart would take that deal, right? That's exactly— and what are you? Can you please tell me, what are you? Who are you in the chat box? Are you this body? Are you this mind? Are you this brain? You're a soul. So now I'm asking you a question, that you have to pay ₹10 lakh to keep this soul in an environment that this soul deserves to live forever. How many of you will take that deal? Put D for deal. An environment where you get closer to God, an environment where you feel relaxed, an environment where your child grows, an environment where you're not feeling stressed, you're able to overcome your fears and your resistances. We have to be very silly to say no to such things. And why am I sharing this? Because somebody yesterday, you know, I spoke about Platinum, like 3 lakhs, itna zada kaam nahi ho sakta. So now tell me one thing, how many of you are ready to put 3 lakhs to live, put your soul in an environment for a lifetime where your soul will continuously keep evolving? If you're ready, put R for ready. I know one thing, It is not about the money, it is about how much you value yourself. Do you think you're worth less than 3 lakhs? Do you think you're worth less than 10 lakhs? Do you think you are worth less than 20 lakhs? So you take, you don't take, that's up to you. But please don't say these things that 5 lakhs is too much for me, 10 lakhs is too much for me. You have to change that mindset. If this is making sense, put MS in the chat box. You have to change this mindset. Made of metal without any consciousness. Right, okay. Now we will ask Brunda questions. So Neha, Sachdev, you can ask, and ask your questions in short so that we can answer all the questions. Yes, Neha.
Thank you, ma'am. Hare Krishna, Dr. Brunda.
Hare Krishna.
Just one second, Neha. And just one second, Neha. Yes, while they're doing Q&A, all of you can fill up the Platinum interest form. Those of you are Gold, Silver, Diamond Platinum mothers who are going to move into Elite, please make sure you fill up this interest form. Don't share all the links, just share the link for the interest form. It will get complicated. Yeah, just share this. Yes, if you've already filled it up, do not fill again. And if you're already an Elite mother, please do not fill up. If you're not, you must fill up because this is something that I want all of you to do for yourself and your families. Yes, Nia, now you can ask.
Yeah, Dr. Brindha, thank you so much, first of all, for sharing your story in such raw and real form. Yeah, it's not easy to, you know, open up your scars and wounds in front of so many people, so thank you so much for that. So my question is— I have two questions. First of all, in one of your philosophies, you discussed that, um, be emotionally strong. So, uh, What made you emotionally strong throughout your journey? And my second question is, were you clear about your niche, um, since the beginning, or, uh, while doing the courses, or after completing ma'am's courses on the app, you started getting that clarity that you would wish to serve as a lactation or gharbh sanskar coach?
Yeah, thank you, Neha. This was a beautiful question. And emotionally becoming strong, it's not like you're not feeling anything. That's the wrong thing. We are like emo— to get emotional, to get happy, to get cry, that is all still happens. But you should know where to stop it. That's where you'll get that. So for that, we need to practice few, like doing the gratitude every day. That made my like things easier for me because I am grateful for the things already. My struggles itself, my sufferings only, I was grateful for. So it was not making me, uh, toll on that, and I was not— it was not dragging me. That was giving me positive vibes. Day by day I become stronger with that mindset. And like, connecting with a lot of mothers could give me courage that I'm in this— or even after going through all the struggle, I am also in a safe space. Like I have a lot of things to look after, look for, right? Those connections also made me very stronger. Like when I have like emotionally draining and everything, I could make myself, okay, no, this is not— like her life is so struggle, but still she is able to do it and come out of it. So even I can do it. So I was practicing with that steps. And yeah, all the mindful activities to be done, to spend 1 hour without any distractions with my baby completely. And to take care of my self-care. Like, I started spending a lot after joining EPH, like, on brands. I never went to brands and everything. That gave me a lot of confidence, like, I, I should be number one for myself. Then that made me, like, emotionally stronger there. Uh, coming to, uh, niche, um, basically what happened is when I started, I was also so confused. As a doctor, I'm like, in all aspects I know, like, all knowledge. And it was very new, I didn't complete yet the MAM courses or anything, but the teachings made me like to realize, should I— should start. And some point I was confused, like, I know so many, like, what I should do. Then I was started like finding it, then it was getting difficult again. I'll do this also, do this also, and all the things, because a lot of information was already there. Then I felt like, okay, let me start. I know very well because I was going through the postpartum thing with the lactation struggle. Being a doctor also, I had also had a few difficulties even before. I helped a lot of mothers before pregnancy, but now it like, even you experience only, you get to know the challenges what you are going through. Then that gave me insight like, oh, being a doctor I have all the knowledge, but still I am struggling. What about like mothers who doesn't know have any source to reach out? Then it made me a courage and I just started, okay, let me share what I know. And I started sharing with the lactation what I was going through. Then that connected, like mother started DMing me, like lot of questions started coming and that made me stronger, like, okay, I should continue in this because lot of mothers need this. And I basically started with my own regional language for any niche of it, because I didn't want— even like educated people knowing English or Hindi, they will reach out anywhere and they get the knowledge. But what about the people who couldn't reach there? So that's why I started in regional language. That made more connection to my followers and my audience. And, uh, that's where I got like after DMs and it went like a lot of lot. It was helping a mother Then I started working on it and I started programs and webinars accordingly. Okay, yeah, that's my thing is like you start, then you'll get to know you are like very happy to work on it. Even in your sleep you'll get all the like in like contents to share because you are happily sharing it. So it's not about the topic, basically your intention to it. So you keep that and start sharing anything. Later even also you can mix and match or add on also. My intention was that let me start now. Later, I'll— if I want to add on, I'll add. But the basic to start karu. So if it is not getting going well also, there is no loss in it, right? So it's a step, like I still— I tried. So that's how I just started it.
Okay, thank you so much. So actually my fear is like, if I wish to become a parent coach, uh If I myself right now is learning and in process of solving, you know, my challenges with my toddler, and I'm still working on getting onto a smoother road with my toddler, how will I, you know, when— like, I'm not getting that clarity as of now, that, and the confidence also that Once I begin this journey, I would be able to, you know, serve to the best of my abilities. Because what if I am put into a situation where a mother is asking me something, a challenge she's facing, and I don't have an answer to, you know, help her come out of that? So like, this scares me. Because if I'm myself right now in that situation, that I'm I, I like, I'm not 100%, um, uh, you know, um, I don't have 100% solutions to all the situations I am in with my kid. Then what if on the spot I'm asked something and I'm not able to? Like, Riddhi Ma'am has answers to every single random question.
And okay, I'll answer that question for you, Neha.
Yes, ma'am.
Understand, there will never be a time in your life where challenges are gone. Even in my life there are challenges, and that's the beauty of this life, right? You know, you know this, right? So the challenges will always be there, but understand that just because you're having challenges does not mean that you don't have the ability to help other people out of their challenges, right? Sometimes you're not the best person to guide yourself. Yes, but you know, like the Bindi example that I give, So you will take time to fix your own bindi because you can't see the bindi, but somebody else can easily come and fix it for you.
Very true.
So maybe for us we need help from others, but we can still continue to guide others. Also, you don't know— you don't have to know it all when you're starting. You, if you are in class 5, you teach somebody in class 2. Right. Also understand, if you don't know anything or you don't know the answer to something, be authentic and tell them that I'm not sure about this answer, I will get back to you. So when I had started, like, you know, in 2018-19, somebody asked me this question: my son is sucking his thumb.
Yes.
I didn't have a proper answer to this question, and I told her that, you know, hey, I don't know what to tell you because I have not got this question before, so let me get back to you. And I did some research and I figured out that the only way is to be gentle. There's no way to force your child to leave thumb sucking. And then I actually got back to her and I gave her the answer, for which she actually respected me more. Like, a lot of people say they'll get back, but they don't ever get back. But I'm so glad that you actually took the effort to get back to me. And you will only be able to answer questions with challenges when you are answering questions every day. Yes, because when you start speaking, some ideas will come from above. Like so many examples which I share in my master class, examples which I share when I'm answering questions, I didn't have those with me when I started. Okay, so the idea is share whatever little you know. Like Bhagavad Gita, Sankirtan, aap log sab bolte ho, mera favorite class hai. Mujhe toh nahi aata tha, pura sab ko shuru karni se pehle, me aapke saathi par denge. But sab ko value mein, right? Because sometimes when I'm sharing, I'm getting some examples, some ideas. I don't even know where they are coming from. But when you allow yourself to be used, then God will be able to use you. But jab aap apne aapu service me dehne reho, toh bhagwan use ke se karenge. Not just sitting. You know, today only my— this Gaurmandal Prabhu, all of you know of him. So I told him, I've started these classes for teenagers. So he told me, will you be able to manage so much? I hope your spiritual practices do not get affected because I have a very tough schedule for myself also, you know, for my personal practices every day. I take 2, 2 and a half hours, right? So I told him that, yeah, I understand, but I'm always getting this feeling that I should not just be growing alone. I want to help others. You know, he did not want to go alone. When God tells him that, come with me, he says, I can't go with you because who's going to help these other people? If I come with you. So those of you who have the knowledge and you're sitting with that knowledge— my mentor Blair says that we are greedy because we are only trying to help ourselves, we're not trying to help others, right? So don't wait.
Yes, ma'am.
Yeah, if you are advancing beautifully spiritually, you start helping people in that If you are advancing in parenting, whatever little advancement you have seen, you share that. And be authentic. Now, if you are not able to manage a few areas, tell them that, Mera bachcha, Riddhi Deorah, toh main yeh karte hoon, yeh mera liye kaam karte hain. There is no child who will not cry. Even my child cries, even he throws a tantrum, even he gets angry, even he has those days when he's very moody. So being a parenting coach does not mean that you will put pressure on your child to be perfect. Your child will be allowed to live and grow normally. Being a parenting coach means are you able to manage your energy when your child is going through that tantrum? You cannot tell your child, parenting coach. Why should he go through so much pressure just because we decided to become coaches? Children will be allowed to live the day the way they want to live, with freedom, with love, with joy. We have to learn how to understand them. That is coaching. Coaching is not about fixing the child and making him some perfect child.
Okay.
Yeah. Yes, ma'am. Thank you so much, ma'am.
Thank you. Let's put A for amazing, for Neha, I spent some time because I know a lot of you have this question. Okay, we'll do 2 more and then later you all can run after Brindha. Dr. Vijay Lakshmi Nayak.
Thank you, thank you, ma'am. Uh, first and foremost for the Spotlight editions that you're doing right now, and Dr. Brindha is my senior and I'm very grateful to her since my graduation. She's my senior, and as she mentioned, yes, she was an introvert. I still remember her, and the way she has grown right now is a beautiful journey to visualize. And the way she put up her story was really heart-touching. I didn't know that she was going through lots of struggles, though we had connected on a later on stage. And when I joined, it was like during the gold— it was a gold lifetime thing. I didn't know the platinum was available then. And as soon as I got to know about it, I first reached to her because I had seen her picture, seen her put your picture in her Insta. And that is when I rapidly connected with her and she told me this is one place that you have to come in. You do whatever you want, but you have to come in. And if you come in, you will never regret. And as you said, Krishna also was pulling me. And since you also mentioned that there was a change in your own life, like the shift happened when Krishna entered in your life, probably that was the pulling for me also. Just because you took up that Krishna consciousness thing, I was able to come to you very easily. Because before that also I was getting through the ads and all, but I was not able to connect. But once Krishna entered, it was like a 360-degree turnover and things really went beautiful and are going beautiful. So my question is, Like if we are doing a one-to-many session, people, like how should we start off? Like should we use a TagMango thing or should we go for a direct, like for the payment plan and all? Like how should we go? How about that?
Yeah, we do. Hi, hi, caller Riddhi Deorah. She's junior and very friend of mine. Thank you for that beautiful words. And I'm so lovely that you are growing well. You took up the leadership and you are helping others and you are growing also. I'm so happy for you. And yeah, initially I made this mistake because, uh, since then like ma'am didn't introduce Tag Mango and all the thing was not there, but I took all the steps here like very, um, soon. So it's very important because alone you can't manage everything. You need a system. Because if you go to do alone without any support or any basement for it, you need to check for all the payment thing, you need to individually send them all the confirmations and individually send the mails and collect individually money. And that will— it will toll on you because you're doing everything alone. I did this mistake initially because I thought only 10-20 people would register, but 100 people registered all at once and I was like lost. It was like literally hectic for that to register everyone because even if they're paying few amount, they need the confirmation with the mails and WhatsApp and everything. And with Zoom also, like you'll, you'll have only limited, uh, source there also. And again, you are paying for that and you're investing everywhere. So it's best choice, I would say now, because it has become very easier. Like ma'am has given a bigger gift for us to to start with. So go with the Tag Mango because you have only to put up your like webinar post there. The date, it's fixed. Zoom is already there and all the confirmations during the day, the emails and everything will go there. Whoever pays, the Payland is already there. So everyone will come. You need— your job is to just put them to your WhatsApp group, like free one.
Yeah, Thursday we are having a call with Tag Mango, Thursday 3 o'clock. So come for that because they're doing something special for Black Friday. So I told them, before you do it for everybody else, you do it for my mothers. So Thursday, 3 o'clock, they will come. In case you're not able to join, you go through the recording. But I think they'll do something super special during the call, so see if you can join in from your work also. It will not be a very long call, 40-45 minutes. So they'll show you what their special thing is. And, uh, those of you who don't have it, please make sure you get it. It's the best time to get it, the Black Friday. So it's a good time to get.
Okay, I'm also waiting for Black Friday time. One good thing.
Yes, yes. So all of you just come on Thursday, 3 PM. Yesterday only I fixed the time.
Okay, thank you, ma'am. You are our problem solver.
Okay, let's put A for amazing for Dr. Vijay Lakshmi. I have to think 2 steps ahead because to plan my calendar. Okay, we'll take one last question. Okay, Shaguftha.
Thank you for choosing me, ma'am. Uh, Dr. Riddhi Deorah, I have, uh, ma'am, first of all, thank you for selecting Spotlight. It's like every time I need something You know it, and you just put that up for me. So, you know, and so many mothers were asking me about Quran and all that, and you just put it up yesterday. It's like you read our minds and you put it up. So thank you so much for that. And when you're putting this spotlight, I'm like going back into my life, and I feel I've lived so many lives till now because I can relate to, you know, your husband cheating on you. I had a time when I used to drive with my kid when she was 2, almost thought we should end this all. So from there to coming here, that I'm already a doctor and I want to switch my line. So my question is regarding that to Dr. Brunda, that when did you decide that you can, you know, because as a doctor we earn quite well, and to leave that line, and then even this is, this is, this feels like a true calling. So to slowly come here and then probably totally come here, how do you make that switch? How easy is it for you, or do you start feeling like a pull in both directions?
Yeah, initially it was like, um, difficult to make that decision because obviously I was not known. This coaching business is so huge, and you can do so amazingly, reach out so many people. But as we are doctors already doing in the service mind, but we could reach only few people there. So like in a clinic, even like if you hardly like even for 100 people in a day, you can serve there and you'll be exhausted there.
Yes.
And with the small baby, what it was made easy that being a comforter to your home and even only with 2 hours of your webinar journey you can reach to so many people online and you could earn the same amount of there without exhausting yourself managing at home, baby, and your work, and you are satisfied end of the day.
Yes.
So these, uh, series of things made me realize, like, going there and exhausting yourself, uh, and getting there, I felt like better, like I could reach to more people here. So I started doing it and I got the results accordingly. So it felt me push more, like, okay, this is there where I should do on and continue. So I just continued there. Now I, I'm back to working also. Now I'm like, stop this, but I should decide now where should I go further. And I think I, I could decide now from January.
I think I'll do it best because I'm also at that path whether I have to decide how much of my time I should give there and how much I should give for this.
And one more question. Yeah, do you can do it both? As ma'am says, it's not like still you get like to testing on. You, you can do both. Like even at nights, like all the, almost all the coaches will be during the nights itself, and moms are almost free at night. Like after my baby sleeps, only after 8 o'clock or 7-ish, I'll do the webinar. Or in the afternoons, because that was how it was managing for me. You think of your— and weekly, month may— like weekly ones, which is a good day for you if they have gone to school or any that time, 2 hours. So in a month, 4 webinars. So start slowly and you can manage accordingly how your timings can fix. And if you are making a program, then you need to think of it like, now I'm starting of for it. But for the webinar on one-on-one consultation, it can be easily done.
Yeah, I think you can easily manage even with a program like Dr. Surbhi is also doing. In fact, you know, you want to continue both because you have access to people there. As a doctor, you have access because every patient is a parent. Yes, right. So you have access to them and then you can bring them into your parent consultancy. And with doctor, you also have that stamp of credibility. So it's easier for them to trust you when it comes to coaching as well. So, you know, easily you can do both. And even when you're recording your courses, you know, 2 hours every day if you record. So let's say if you're recording for 2 hours, you're able to record 90 minutes worth of content. So you record for a full month, you'll be able to record one level easily. So in one month, 2 hours you find every day to record your courses. Masterclasses, you just have to do 2 hours a week in the beginning and then twice a week for 2 hours. So if you just sit down and make a plan, easily doable. I have a friend who's a full-time banker and he did it, right? Not even flexible work hours like in your case, you can choose, right? So easily you can do both. In fact, you should do both.
Now one more question, this, um, Money is not an issue. So for this editing and everything, should I just hire people or will it be like not worth it in the beginning?
Hire, delegate.
Delegate. Because I'm finding that very tough, that is being a blogger.
Delegate it to an editor. You give him a bulk project, tell him you have to edit all my videos and you have to edit it and give it to me.
Yeah, because I've made a bunch of videos, but that editing is like really eating away my, you know, burdening me.
And I'm not even just give anything that, you know, use your money to buy time if you want to grow. Because in the time that you will be spending editing, you see 4 or 5 patients.
Yes.
So you can use that money to pay the editor. And so you're helping people, your videos are also getting edited, you're also making money. And so whatever, uh, can be delegated to save you time and frees up your space to serve more people, you should always go for that option.
Okay, awesome.
Thank you, ma'am.
Amazing for Shaguftha, and of course super amazing for Dr. Brunda for being so patient and finding time for all of us and doing this. So, so proud of you. And trust me, you know, these spotlights are my favorite calls now because I'm getting to see your stories play live in front of me. And there cannot be a more proud moment for me as a mentor to see mothers who were feeling shy in speaking English coming and doing 90-minute spotlight nonstop. Mothers who were, you know, even now, you know, Dr. Brindha was sharing, my hands are shaking. And see, when she got into the vibe, it was perfect, right? So I just feel, I feel so proud of you. And I know every single one of you in this room, I am telling you, if you follow the process, every single one of you can easily make 1 crore a month. You might be like feeling that this is delusional, not possible. I'm telling you, very, very much possible. It's the same thing. The first 2-3 lakhs, difficult to make because you're overcoming your inner beliefs and resistances and fear of video and all of that. Usmei sabse zada time lagta hai. Once you get across that, crores will happen easily. That has been my experience, my experience with all of these students who are now doing it, and it will be exactly the same. But in the beginning, you just have to keep taking action even when you are scared. 100%, it will happen. Awesome. So with that, we come to the end of this. Oh yeah, we have to take a picture. One second, let's take a picture. Yes, we'll take one in the gallery mode also. And all the mothers who are listening to these stories, please make sure you connect with these mothers and, uh, take action. Don't stay stuck. Take support from each other and move forward, right? Because when you're connected with the right people, the growth will happen quicker. Awesome. Thank you so much. Take care. Sending you lots of love. God bless you, Brunda. May you reach— you have to do 50 lakhs before Goa, okay? I want to give you the 50 lakh club, uh, 50 lakh club and 1 crore club. So for you it is 50 lakh. We still have 4 months: December, January, February, March, okay? So make it happen. Awesome. Thank you so much. Sending you lots of love. Keep learning. I'm so proud of you.
Thank you so much.
