This is a YouTube video titled "From a super frustrated mother… to a calm one. #empoweredparents #parentingcoach" featuring a personal testimonial from a speaker describing their journey from frustration to calmness and happiness after joining a program called gold and upgrading to platinum. The content is a monologue focused on personal growth and emotional well-being, created in July 2025.

I'm having all supported family members and financially stable. But that one thing that I was missing inside me is happiness. And I truly believe that happiness is the most important thing. And for that only, I joined gold. Within one week, I shifted my energy from frustration to the calmness inside me. Others around me started noticing it, and I want to continue this for my whole life. That's what I upgraded myself from gold to platinum. And I'm really proud to take this decision because my energy now shifts in a very from, like, frustrated to the most calm person in my family. I love my life because of this. Eph. Thank you.
