My I have two sons my elder one is now 15 and my younger one is 7 and a half so at that time my situation was same which Khushboo was feeling and with your sessions and everything I was able to turn my teenage child because of the self connection and the child connection all thanks to you. In fact last week my when I attended the inner circle call he came I just want to interrupt here a little for child connection some of you are writing to me that you know, I think this is for small kids. You know I just want to tell you one thing, you please use those ideas on your teenager first. You know, even without trying we are just claiming it's for small kids all of those ideas are principles other than one or two and in those videos I mentioned to you like you know getting down on your knees and looking into their eyes that's not what you do want to do with a teenager but other than that how to communicate, how to listen, how to validate emotions, how to ask the right questions, how not to over lecture how how to stop yourself from interrupting when they are in the flow. All of this you need to use for your teenager. So sometimes I overlect. Yeah, yeah. So I want all of you to first drop this idea. You know we have separate topics for teenagers preteens but everything that I include in child connection very much applicable also to your teenager and a few things of course we can pick and learn and maybe not apply. Yes Kitika, you can continue. Yeah so he came up to me and said Mama, I can see so many changes in you that earlier you used to be like if you remember last year in December I approached you and you were like why are you blaming everything you're ready the one in the you are saying so nice about your younger one. Then I realized that yes, the problem is with me and today and he always says now Mama, you always come and motivate me instead of saying he got more than so he got 91 in class 10th wherein he was in his 80s and he was thinking like because I used to motivate with your words you can do it and every day during that preparatory I used to play him that affirmations that you have in self connection. Right. So yes, I am awesome and I think CBSC now have introduced there in the curriculum about the affirmations for the child and affirmations for yourself. So thank you so much ma'.
