From silence to strength My relationship Journey | Supermom Spotlight Pravalika | Riddhi Deorah

Pravalika spent a decade as a silent wife until an EPH meetup and a mentor's hug shifted everything. She invested in the Platinum program despite her husband's resistance, learned to communicate and set boundaries, and now leads a community of 500 mothers. Her advice: stop abandoning yourself, find your voice, invest in your own growth.

Yes, hi Pravalika!
Hello everyone! So today, why I choose so many breakthroughs after EPH? Why I choose especially relationship was because we all want to grow, we all want to take to platinum or something. After listening to the shares, everyone like No, I want to, I want to take Platinum. But one point so many mothers stuck was like, my husband didn't agree, my family will not support if I take Platinum also. How many of you have that problem?
Put me in the chat box that I want to do.
How many have that problem? Put me in the chat box.
It's not a problem. Prabalika will tell you now.
I will tell you why it is not a problem now. So today I am here to not share my success or something, just journey. The journey, a silent, very silent woman to strength. The journey I want to share you all. So ma'am, can I share my PPT?
Yes.
Can everyone see?
Yes, yes, we can see.
Okay, so today this was not just a success story. I am here to share a journey from silence to strength. So if there is one message I want every mother today to understand was this: your life can change the day you start choosing yourself. This you can, after this share, maybe you can feel. I promise that. So when I got married, I enter the phase of life with lots of love like all of you, but almost zero emotional intelligence. Nothing is there. I thought love meant being like understood without saying anything, people will understood. I had so much of expectations. But the thing was like, I don't have the, like, awareness to communicate something, communicate, or something I can say. So what I knew was to love, but I didn't know how to understand our psychology of the husband or something and communicate. And that also I learned from EPH only. Slowly life began teaching me, teaching me some more things, adding flowers, like so many things with no knowledge I got, like I was not prepared for. I didn't even have the language to understand what was happening inside me, that even I don't know. For so long, not like 1 or 2 years, at least for 8, 9 to 10 years.
Okay.
When we don't understand, I can say, when we don't understand what our emotions exactly was, then we silently start losing ourselves without knowing anything. We start losing ourselves. I think many people will understand what I'm saying. So for me, like 7 years We did not have children, and anyone who has walked through that path knows maybe how the way the path should be. It is not just a physical journey, so many tests, this and that. That was one thing, and it was mostly emotional one. So many questions from people, so many judgments, so many unspoken, like, societal pressure. Yes. And, uh, out of all of that, my own loneliness also— why people not understanding— these all are happening at that phase. And I think I don't blame anyone for that phase because we were both doing our best with what we knew at that time. So when I finally conceived, and that time life brought another test. My husband that time received an overseas opportunity.
Oh!
So while I was stepping into motherhood, I was also learning how to stand emotionally by my own. Everything, each and everything was very new to me, whatever happened in those years. And life also, life supporting, and I can say practically life was supporting me. Like family supporting me, maybe God also supporting me, but emotionally something felt missing inside me. So looking back today, I felt like I was carrying an invisible emotional backpack that contains so much of every disappointment, every— Disappointment. Unexpressed needs and every silent hurt I'm carrying, carrying. I keep on adding to it in that bag. So sometimes, um, that happened. So what after that? The things that hurt us the most, the ones we don't even notice actually. Oh, we are carrying that much baggage, that emotional baggage is there. Sometimes we even not notice also. So one thing that always helps me was my faith in God. I believe I was protected, but even with that faith also, I felt something was missing. So there came Uh, a big point I can say, um, like, there my life were— I felt completely disconnected from who I was looking back today. And I sometimes feel like I was standing inside a deep pit, not because life pushed me there But because I didn't know how to climb out of that, so from inside that pit, that sky looked very small and everything. Wow!
How many of you love this? I love this, you know, a very good example. You know, we feel that this life is happening to me, this is happening to me, this is— somebody is attacking me or somebody is not understanding me. So how many of you understand we are not stuck in a pit, but we are not learning how to climb out of it? If you love this, put love. I totally love this example. So good. Yes.
So then one day a rope was lowered. That rope was EPH. But I can say—
The example is not over.
A rope alone does not change a life, I can say. So the decision to hold that rope does. I feel that like that. So I choose to learn with, like, I think in— I have no idea, something learning is there, something we have to learn, no idea, just some like that person I was. So the decision to hold it, it does. right? So the space gave me the rope, but I choose to climb. And today when I look back, I don't see the pit anymore, I see the strength it built in me.
Wow, so love this. I'm definitely using this example in some class. I love it.
Yes. And, uh, that, uh, that was when I entered EPH. And I gained so much of knowledge. But I can say the transformation had not yet begun, because what I understand was knowledge only maybe informs the mind, but transformation begins when something touches our heart.
Yes.
So in 2023, on April 13th, uh, I still remember those days and what happened there. Um, there was a Chennai meetup, ma'am organized it. So, uh, I was very, very excited for that day. I still remember clearly what happened that day. The moment I entered the room, as, as soon as, uh, As soon as I walked in, someone came and hugged me. For a few seconds, I didn't even understand what is happening, what was happening. And within fraction of second, I realized something. Something like it was mean that hug was not just for a few seconds. Like something I told you, right? That invisible bag I am carried from so long. Yes. I don't know, something shifted me inside. But from— I still remember that hug, that warmth. I never ever forget till now. And for a few seconds, like, uh, and it felt like all emotional weight and everything, uh, like I'm keeping down, something like that I felt that day. And I, I cannot fully explain in the words, but that was the moment. And after that time, what I feel exactly was I feel safe. First, I feel safe, I feel seen, and I feel understood.
Ante?
Like, sorry, sometimes Telugu coming in the flow. So throughout the meeting, ma'am, I want to share you also, while ma'am was speaking, I was just just watching her. I don't know, that time I feel like it was like something inside me was like sleeping some— from so long and waking up with so many— I don't know exact point. So that day, uh, I gave Ma'am a handwritten, um, letter that is also in yellow color. Ma'am's favorite.
I remember.
I have kept it with me.
Yes.
I poured out everything in that letter— my struggles, my lower phase, what I did few days back in my life, my confusion, and my gratitude. Each and everything I poured out in that letter, and I didn't expect any written reply or anything. I just want to share that emotions and everything with Ma'am. So I received a message the day after that meetup. So, um, after that, ma'am messaged me and she said she read the, the letter, and I was honestly surprised what ma'am is saying, what the reply— that all thing was nothing. Ma'am gave the reply that was very surprising for me. I never expected a reply because for that. So, uh, but Her words, they touched me deeply. Why I am saying this, I will tell you. And that was the moment I made a quiet decision. Whatever the end, even I text ma'am also that day, whatever happened, I will come to Platinum. Not because I will decide to come to Platinum, not because someone pushed me or something happened, because that day I finally ready to Maybe finally ready to grow. I don't know the what I exactly ready, but I finally ready. And yeah, so when I first spoke about investing in Platinum, as usual, husband, we will ask because in my account I still remember there is only ₹500. Why? I don't know, but ₹500 I still remember my in my personal account. So yeah, I need to ask my husband. I ask him. Yeah, as usual, so many disagreements came before he agrees to invest in the Platinum, and he cut the pocket money. So many things happen, not that easy, because I can't share everything in this world, but you can understand, as your husband's like that, just imagine yourself. Okay, so there was a lot of disagreements there. Okay, trust me, lots of—
So much. You have this silent humor also. With silent strength, you have the silent underlying humor in your delivery.
Yes. Thank you, ma'am. But yeah, I learned something very important in that phase was like sometimes what looks like resistance is maybe just lack of Understanding. Maybe love is not only what we expect. Actually, uh, it is about how we communicate. Uh, so that I understand. The way how we communicate, maybe things will be get better. Or the way the conviction— I will took Platinum, what I will do— the idea what you are going to do next. Each and everything, if you have an idea and conviction, and you try, you communicate in the way we used to, then surely things will be better, and they will also agree. That I understand. So as I began changing, something unexpected happened. So like my relationship, everything began changing. And my marriage didn't change, by the way. The energy I brought into it changed us especially.
Wow, love this. Your husband can be the same, marriage is— you're married to the same man, but the energy you bring shifted. Amazing, love it.
Yes.
I'm also learning from you. I'm so proud that, you know, I am so proud to see you as my student. And when you're sharing, I am getting so many bulb-ons. So well done.
Thank you, ma'am. So yeah, the shift— my energy began shifting and people around me noticing, and my husband acknowledged the change. I think within November I took Platinum. With March, my birthday will come, and first time he gave money as a birthday gift. He didn't even— Birthday, happy birthday also very weird thing for him. So he gave me money at that time, Platinum shares also. I shared this thing. So, so many things, not one thing, so many magical moments I experienced. So the respect entered in my relationship that I never ever thought it will come. Okay. So, and yeah, I gained my emotional clarity and learned to communicate confidently. There's the shrinking and fear, so much of fear. If shouting will come, I throw some glass or plate or something in the— down some— like that person I was. So I stopped everything. I became very self-assured in that phase.
And also, you think this is so powerful that You know, this thing we all need, you know, it's not just a journey of trying to prove to others, but it is also a journey where you feel the shift within yourself from feeling so much fear to feeling confidence. And Pravalika, I'm so happy to see you share because I remember the first few conversations where you were not able to speak in English and you're like, every one line she would say that, "Ma'am, I'm sorry. Ma'am, I hope you're understanding." Yes. And then big pauses. From there to doing a presentation like this, and not just a normal presentation with so many bulbons, the rope example, changing the energy, so many. I'm also making mental notes as you share. So well done.
Thank you so much, ma'am. And yeah, ma'am, so after that, I started expressing instead of suppressing each and every conversation or something I want to share, okay, like brain preparation. Yeah, I will communicate like this because the communication was very low, very minus points before. So yeah, I prepare and I communicate well, and that suppression was completely gone. And that assumptions, what will he say, what will he do, something that assumption also completely replaced with these conversations. nice conversations. And slowly I told you, right, like respect is— respect came. And also, I, uh, one thing I understand was like, ma'am, respect never demanded. I think it is reflected.
Yes.
What? Yeah, I understand that everything because of you Even with little thing also not, I really thank God sending you in my life actually. So the day I found my voice, my life like found direction, I can say. So for the first time I'm expressing what I truly want. Even something very as big as owning a home. And I want to share with you, ma'am, like here we are living in a nice community. I manifested from so long, but I'm unable to ask him. Now next year I think we got the keys and we bought a house in this community.
Wow!
So yeah, that, and also each and every property when the things are happening and everything, it was completely his decisions. And this time, not like these days, this time it becomes our plan actually, what we are going to do, what we are like— no longer like felt— I felt like I was adjusting and everything. Like it is completely our plan going. He is asking me for my suggestions or what we are going to do, something like. He was never like that person. Trust me, not at all. That was the magic.
He was always that. He was always that, but you were not this proud.
The reflection, yeah, I saw that. Like, my thoughts was like that. He was not always like that and everything. And I no longer found like I was adjusting in life. I felt like what was like We are everything, we are creating it together. That was my understanding, like, in these days. And I can— and one more thing I want to say was, like, when a woman values herself, maybe others also naturally do the same. If she wants to value herself, that I understand in this journey. So If I reflect the breakthroughs, I can say like it was not at all completely from the outside. Completely they are within. In my case, I found my voice and I earned respect. I built partnership and also I stepped into a self-leadership.
So before ending this thing, all of you write SL, self-leadership, that, you know, I'm on this journey of self-leadership. Very nice, because this is also my theme, uh, for Divine Principles of Parenting, and I'm so happy that you've used the exact Two words. So how can you lead your family with love? Amazing. Yes.
Why I kept this picture also, I will tell you, ma'am. That smiling face beside me, no picture is there. He started taking pictures also. That's why, like, it was not at all, ma'am, maybe I am resisting something, he was resisting something. It was something like that. Bond because of changing the energy came. That is the thing. So I want to give the 3 powerful pills to all mothers here was like, please stop abandoning yourself. Because when we are abandoning ourselves or something that conversion to blame or something, maybe We can't grow. Stop abandoning yourself. Find your voice, what you exactly want, what you want to do next, something. Find your voice. And the main and most important thing was invest in your expansion.
Wow.
These are the 3 powerful, powerful pills I want to give it to all of you because these are looking maybe simple, but these are very, very, very powerful. Like a people pleaser, not able to raise hand in the school days also. When she go to speech or anything, got fevers and palpitations, not even spoke confidently in the family, even family also. That I am speaking something and doing these things because of the investment. In my expansion, I invested.
How many of you love this? It's not growth, It's expansion. Put expansion in the chat box. Not investing in my growth, I'm investing in my expansion. I love it. You know, I have actually taken a lot of notes for myself. So well done.
Yes. And, uh, that's it. And the most important thing, things I love about Riddhi Ma'am was she is an angel and so many miracles, so many magics Because happened, I completely believe God only sent Riddhi Ma'am into my life. Because I was— if God is helping somewhere else, I was like, he's back only and not at all going forward. Maybe he think like, send one person, she will guide you and she will— maybe he thought like that. So maybe send Riddhi Ma'am to my life. This is my personal— like, I believe completely that. And because of Riddhi Ma'am, I saw my potential before I did, and I expanded how I saw myself.
I also want you to brag. Tell us, how many Instagram followers do you have?
35.2K, Ma'am.
Okay, I keep checking with her because I want to see what is her current number.
And 500— more than 500 mothers in my community also, Ma'am.
Wow, 35,000. followers and more than 500 mothers in her community. You have really downplayed your credibility. You have shared very little about your wins, but I want to brag about you.
Today I want to just share about relationship because one point everyone stick. When even now when I talking to the mothers, every day I spoke to some other, the main thing coming was husband will not support. They all are asking, what is parenting? This is also a learning thing. These questions only so many are asking. So maybe we came to— everyone are like, I will take the knowledge and I will get transformation. Like that so many people are thinking. But the thing was like, for expansion we need to invest and we need to open so many things.
Yes.
And what I truly love about Riddhi Ma'am was like a true mentor does not like walk the path for yours, your life path for your— maybe like true mentor expands you until you realize you can walk by yourself. That is the main beauty of Riddhi Ma'am, actually. Uh, like the right mentorship, what I understand was like from, from Ma'am, like doesn't create— Ma'am doesn't create any dependency. Ma'am only create the leaders. So many Platinum, so many parenting coaches, Ma'am create so many leaders. That is the beauty of Riddhi Ma'am, actually. And she didn't give me new life, she helped me discover the strength to create one. Ma'am only create this strength in Pravalika.
Wow! I'm out of words. I am speechless. I love you, Pravalika. And how many of you can feel that, you know, if she can do it, you can do it too? Put me in the chat box. You just have to believe in yourself.
Yes.
From somebody who didn't speak the language is having 35,000 followers on Instagram and 500 mothers in her community. And it is not about your skills, it's all about your belief in yourself and your surrender to the system. What I love about Pravalika, you know, I'll tell her, she'll go and she'll do it. And she's like, "Ma'am, done." She came for the video challenge. She's like, I don't know how to do it. I was like, Prabalika, you can do it. She's like, okay. And she's going and posting videos, no questions asked. Where she learned, she got in touch with some mother from within the community. She made a video. She sent me one video. She said, this is my first video. You think it's good? I'm like, yeah, good. Very good. And no breaks. And I just want to share the last point that she mentioned, that creating more leaders. And this is a mission, you know, and I don't want this mission to die with me. You know, just like, you know, we see in Lalanda, when the books were burnt, they could not kill Nalanda because that knowledge was trapped in so many souls, human souls, and it was passed on. So, you know, my legacy is not these courses, not the app, not the live calls. My legacy is each one of you, each and every one of you in this room. You are my real legacy, because the app can go, the live calls can go, but you are not going to go anywhere. And through you, this is going to live. And you know, we are going to transfer it to our children, and it will stay in them, and through them it will get transferred to their children, and it will stay in them. Thank you, Riddhi Deorah. So how many of— Yes.
Sorry.
No, no, please, please. This is your spotlight. Continue. I want you to speak.
Even when daily I spoke with one mother in the Twin Biz Community also, I truly feel like I am forwarding your main— what you started, I want to go forward with that intention only. I'm completely like, I am doing your mission in my mind.
Wow!
That is my thing. And the power of this safe space was like, felt emotionally very safe here. No judgments, no comparisons. Most of the people, women suffering with this only, but here there is no judgment, no comparisons. Each and everyone's potential was recognized as you recognized in me.
Yes.
And I built
