Welcome, welcome, welcome to another episode of Aspire to Inspire series. In this series I interview mothers from the Easy Parenting Hub community. And mothers are going to share with us what their experience has been with this community. What are the breakthroughs that they have received and what are the breakthroughs they have achieved actually. And today I have with me Akansha. She's a mother to a beautiful two and a half year old daughter. She's an engineer and she's worked with the corporates for over four years and currently she is a full time mommy looking to resume. Resume very quick. So Akansha, over to you. Just let us know what your experience has been with the Easy Parenting Hub community. Have you seen any difference in yourself ever since you became a part of this community?
And first of all, thank you so much for this opportunity. And yes, this community gave me so much and this is so little time and I can't express my words, but I will try. For me, when I started looking at your Instagram post, I was very inspired because new mom, I don't know how to connect with my child and she was very little and I just wanted to do everything is best for her. And then I, I come across this community and this is the way I chose to learning mother. And this is really nice. I chose you as my intern and I'm really grateful and this community gave me very much confidence and I completed my bachelor's after that because I was very nervous to resume my bachelor's. So I completed my the half degree I already have done in 2014. I resumed that one. I completed and I did one more bachelor degree in business. So it all completed last month and I did very well. I'm very impressed by myself and I can see myself different. I can see I'm growing up like it's not about the age now. I can see I can do much better things and most of things is like I learned from you. So it's all because of you.
Yes, I love that you're giving me credit, but I would just like to give you all the credit for being an action take.
Can I say one thing, ma'? Am, in between?
Yes.
I heard somewhere Guru Bin Gyan. Guru, like you are my mentor and I can come to you for any doubts, any problem. You're not judging me and you're giving me best solution. You're not saying it's like magic, but you can try this one. And this gives us like, yeah, she's my mentor and she's giving me the right path and I'm Thinking the way I can do this way. So this is the way. That's why I'm giving you all credits. That's why.
Thank you so much. And I think, yes, the reason why I'm here is also because of my mentors. I think you can never really pay back your mentor because they really change your life completely. And what they do with your life, we can. Like, I never had imagined that I'll be doing what I'm doing today, and I think it's all because of them. And I owe it completely to my mentors also. So. Yes. That is so beautiful. So I love that you took action. And I feel that, you know, knowledge. Knowledge is powerless unless you know it goes to the right person and that person chooses to take action. And only then you see transformation happening. And I have seen your journey and you keep sharing. And I love that about you that you are so quick with sharing, whatever your breakthroughs are. But it's so important for us to celebrate every small win. And those small wins will actually lead to our bigger wins one day. And my next question to you, A Banja, is that what are those three very important things that you have learned in this community? If you were to pick only three very important things, they could be three words or three things which have really helped you ever since you became a part of this community. What would those three things be?
Yes, ma'. Am. Yes. I learned from you really big. I can't even explain just one thing. First thing I learned from you, it's like I have to be very, very gentle with my K and I have to think about her behavior. Also, this is when she was throwing the tantrum. I asked you, how can I handle this one. You said, it's just a phase. You need to calm down and you need to go with the flow and be rest. I can't explain how you said, but yes. And second thing, can I speak in Hindi?
It's yes, yes, perfect. Hindi. Hindi, Arabic.
I asked you, then you give me a best example of my life. Same thing. I have to think about it, but the different way. Right? Which was the big thing. And third thing, I have to be lifelong learner. That was the biggest thing I have.
Learned from that is so beautiful. So three things that you have picked up. And all three things are so important to be gentle with our children.
Children.
And to be lifelong learners and to understand that, you know, people are giving you feedback not always to hurt you, but sometimes they are genuinely concerned. And this is so true. And it's, you know, just when we start to look at the same thing differently. Things start to change. You know, if we start to think negative about everything, our results will also be negative. And I'm so happy that you're actually going so deep and you're absorbing things that you feel you need and you are actually using it. And because you're using it, you're seeing the difference. And the last thing, it is so important.
Mother knows everything or every day upco new new things, study, like academics, so you will be feel good for yourself and changes here. Or most important. And I did that. I can see. Or she was like, thank you so much. Makes me feel very good. And she started learning new things or she started working after a long time.
Wow.
I can see learning is the best key you can ever use for anything, man. Right?
Yeah. It is so beautiful. Beautifully put. That, you know, learning is the most important key to open all the doors in your lives. And so proud of you, Akansha, that you are also helping others. I feel, you know, you should only help people who are ready to receive it. Like, you know, sometimes, you know, you should not go with the help to people who are not ready to receive it because it might backfire. And sometimes, you know, when we. When we start to learn, we feel that the other person should also do it the same way. But that will not always happen because, you know, I understand that we are learning, they are not learning. So they might still choose to do things differently. Yes. But only when we learn can we have to inspire people through our actions, through our behavior. And like you said, it automatically definitely starts to change the energy in your relationship and in your family. It definitely does. So thank you so much, Akansha, for your time. Thank you so much for doing this. And it was. It is such an honor to have you as a part of this tribe. I'm always there for you. Whenever you need me, I'm always there for you. Thank you so much for putting your trust in me and in this community. It's a privilege to have you. Thank you so much.
