In this inspirational keynote, Dr. Brindha Subitra shares her harrowing journey from a loving childhood through a series of traumatic events that reshaped her life. She recounts the sudden death of her younger brother, followed by a rapid onset of Guillain‑Barré Syndrome that left her completely paralyzed for six months. After a painstaking recovery, she became a doctor, married, and gave birth, only to face severe neonatal complications, a hostile marriage, infidelity, postpartum depression, and financial hardship. A turning point arrived when she discovered Riddhi Deorah’s Easy Parenting Hub, whose 15‑minute webinar reignited her sense of power. Leveraging the community’s support, Brindha rebuilt her identity, began sharing raw reels online, and founded Madrasiddhi—a supportive space for over 550 mothers. Through this platform she generated over ₹5 lakh in revenue using only her phone and voice, with a goal to scale to ₹20 lakh while prioritising impact over profit. The talk culminates in a call to action for other mothers to choose empowerment over pain, urging them to step into their light and heal together.

They said I wouldn't walk again. They said my child won't live normally. They said my life was over. But here I am, walking, healing, and creating. Not only rebuilding my life, but also creating a safe space for hundreds of other mothers. Because I am not just a mother, I am a believer, a fighter, a light for those who still walk in the dark.

Maybe through my story you will remember the fire inside you. I was born into a loving family. If you would ask me who my everything was, I would say my younger brother. He was my happy place, my heart. We used to share about everything. We shared about many of— can only dream of. One day I came home from college and saw my relatives standing outside crying and huddled together. I didn't understand. I went inside and there she was, I saw, lying still, covered in white cloths, surrounded by flowers. I was scared. I looked at my father and asked him, what's happening? And in the most in his calmest and soul-shattering voice, he said, Your brother is no more. In one second, my entire world collapsed. He was just 18, full of life, gone. No goodbye, no warning. Just silence. Next morning, I couldn't move. Not my hands, not my legs. My body had given up. I was rushed into a hospital. Test after test, and finally they said, Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare autoimmune condition. Within days, I was completely paralyzed. Couldn't brush, bath, or even feed myself. Riddhi Deorah, please come forward. Lying on the hospital bed, staring at the ceiling, feeling like my life had abandoned me. Doctor said she may never walk again. My relative said her life is finished. But deep inside I heard a whisper, "This is not how your story ends." And that's it. I fought. After long 6 months, I stood. I stood with the shaking legs, teary eyes, and a heart full of gratitude. I walked into a new life as a doctor, got married, and eventually I became mother. But my motherhood journey was not a soft landing. It was another storm. Due to my health history, I was considered pregnancy was very difficult.
Sir.
When my baby boy was born, he was rushed into ICU. Jaundice, complications, and panic. Doctors tried everything but nothing worked, and finally they said, "He may not develop normally. We just have to wait and watch." Looking at my baby, I whispered, You are my miracle. You are born to a fighter. And I will fight with you. Please don't give up on me. And guess what? He didn't give up. He didn't just walk. He created a world record by climbing 4 floors in just 5 minutes in just 9 months of age. And that was the proudest moment. While I was pouring life into my child, my own soul was breaking. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] My marriage turned white and cold. What used to feel like a relationship became long lonely silence. And then the betrayal. I found out my husband was cheating on me and my heart was broken into pieces all over again. Postpartum depression crept in, finances became too tight, and I cried to bed every night. One night, while I was crying, curled on the floor, crying uncontrollably, thinking of ending my life, my 4-month-old baby crawled up to me, looked into my eyes, and wiped the tears away with his tiny little fingers. That moment changed everything. He didn't have words, but his eyes said, "Amma, I need you. Not just alive, not just surviving, but healed." That decision, I prayed for God for first time to show me a path. Next morning, I opened Instagram. And there she was, God-sent angel, Riddhi Ma'am.
Riddhi Ma'am.
I attended her free webinar. In just 15 minutes, her words became my oxygen. She didn't speak to my pain, she spoke to my power. She reminded me, I'm not just a mother but a force. And I believed her. I had nothing, no money, no support. For the first time in my life, I asked my father for help, and that decision changed everything. I joined Easy Parenting Hub and started rebuilding my mind, my identity, and my life. With all the learnings and love and support from the community, I started sharing my story online. Raw, real, and unfiltered. One reel at a time, one broken piece at a time, one healing moment at a time. I built Madrasiddhi, a sacred motherhood space for over 550+ women. We laugh together, we cry together, we rise together. Gopal bhai is coming back to Verna. Our journey was not easy, but I chose a path to growing and learning. This was not only an emotional healing, it also became my financial strength. From a mother who had lost everything, built a business with heart, with healing, and with purpose. And I earned over 5 lakh rupees. ₹5 lakhs and above with just my phone and my voice. And I'm not stopping here. I'm scaling my business to ₹20 lakhs and above, not for the money but for the impact. So today, the mothers listening to me— Riddhi Deorah, you don't need a perfect life. You just need to believe in your next step. You just need to say yes to yourself. Say yes to your healing. Say yes to your growth. Say yes to the version of you your child deserves.
Yes!
Because your story is not over yet, it's just the beginning. If a paralyzed girl, a heartbroken mother, and a betrayed wife can rise and create an empire of healing, so can you. So today I ask you, will you choose pain or power?
Power!
Will you keep hiding or step into your light?
Step into my light!
Let's do it. Let's rise together, let's heal together, and let's shine together.
