How Pooja Transformed Her Parenting Journey | Supermom Spotlight | Riddhi Deorah | Parenting Coach

Welcome to another episode of Supermom Spotlight. And today we have with us somebody very special. Pooja. And Pooja has a beautiful community called peaceful parenting hub and she's a mother to a beautiful three year old son. She's from Bangalore. And today Pooja is going to share with us her shift that she's experienced ever since she started learning about parenting. So yes Pooja tell me how does it feel to be here?

Hi. Hi Riddhi ma'. Am. I'm so grateful, so grateful to be here in your call today I'm experiencing my shifts only because of you. So ever since before I'll just explore myself before eph how it just how I was before joining your community during this Covid. I have experienced my motherhood only during COVID and it was like completely messy and I was very much struggling. I was not in a right mindset. I was not even coming completely knowledgeable about parenting. I was not even having any of the knowledge related to parenting and I I was not even so much explored about the social media handles and everything. I was not exploring anything only because of this Covid things have changed. I was actually working as a QMAT teacher before joining your community. It was offline sessions. I used to handle all the kids. I am so experiencing this kids, how they feel, how, how they work, everything. I was so connected to this teaching. So ever since COVID started this offline has shifted to online and I was exposed to online sessions also. Then Covid hit very hard and I was into motherhood journey later I'm just fast forwarding the sessions. I was literally in a very chaos state where my mother was completely, you know struggling was she was admitted and she was hospitalized because of her breath challenge. And I it was a C section for me. I was travel to my in laws place just with 50 days old son. I was not even aware of any of the, you know parenting related activities. Obviously moms will be pampering every everyone around, right? So I was literally in a shocked state. I was a stone completely. Later I was in a state after I entered my in laws place. After few days everyone got affected with COVID in my in laws place I literally became another stone again. And there was something in me that I wanted to do my kid Obviously every mother, every girl literally wants to do something to her child, right? So that is where after we are giving birth that kid will need us. That is what we want to deliver it to them. They'll all depend on only us. Thankfully by God's grace that kid was not moving that was the only advantage to me. I decided that day I want to do something very great to my son. By God's grace. Everything shifted normal after few days and I literally struggled hard. I just explored all the Internet resources on parenting. I got exposed to many resources and I just gave right brain development education for my son. And I just gave a record of international book of records for my son also. That was a stubborn silence in me as a mother. I did to him. That should be a gift for him to honor because he has just suffered like anything before. Later I wanted to do something for myself as well as a parent even we need something shift in us. So as a mother, I was not at all satisfied. I explored many things. Then I found you as an angel where I was looking too many things on the parenting resources. There I saw you in the Instagram saying that you can do anything, you can even earn, you can learn everything. Everything is possible around being a single girl. Whatever it might be as a girl or a mother. You can learn and you can even earn. As I said you before. I was also teaching kids. I was into a passion of teaching and that just connected me very hard. And I wanted to explore. I wanted to learn something as a mother as well. I should be a best mother. That will be the one of the greatest things even every girl will wants to do for his her kid. Right? So that is where I joined your pre webinar. Before that I'll just tell you one thing. I just registered myself. I just procrastinated for few days because of some of the other hurdles which was in between, I don't know, some day. Which just hit me hard right after my birthday, October 12th. I just remember the date as well. I entered your webinar wow. Gold membership. I just took it away right away. Entire session I was there. I hear you. Everything. Whatever you just said, everything was just connected me line by line, line by line. I even just remember the day it just went on that 10 minutes of 10 minutes challenge which you just explore explained everywhere 10 slots of 10 minutes. You said everything. I remember every second of that webinar which you explained in the Gold, you know, Gold membership. Even before I said to my husband, I just made a payment. I never did this before. Even before the approval from my husband. I had a deep access. I just did it away because I wanted to explore myself. The growth mindset in me just came out.

Wow.

There is a saying, right? Whenever the student is ready, teachers just appears inside you in front of you that you were the angel to Me in front of me. God has sent me all the way because of all the hurdles you just have been through. You know, you have a beautiful, you know, future for you have a child. So God has sent it to me as an angel like you. I just grabbed that opportunity. And later even before I was knowing anything in that gold membership, whatever you have designed so many things you just explained. But still after getting access, I didn't explore many things in that few days ago, probably seven to ten days later you just showed your platinum showcase. Even I entered that. I don't know what's wrong with me. Yes, I don't know. Something shifted in me. Even I. I actually made a call. I had a call with you if you remember. Ma', am, I just wanted to talk to you. I don't know how this works for me because you said that this works mainly for coaches and everything like that. I don't want it to become a coach but I wanted to be the best mother to my kid. That is what that was for me. In inside me. I just spoke to you. You said whatever the challenges I had, I shared it with you. You said that just go ahead Pooja, this is for you. Then I just even didn't ask my husband. I just want to get into this community. I want to experience, I want to learn something. There is something in me with God is showing up. I want to show up now. And I took that installment. I did right away the payment as well. And I don't know ever. Then I started your experiencing you God has shown open the doors one by one, one by one, one by one. After that you have beautifully created your challenges. Like anything, it's like mesmerizing activity. You know what? I have become the moderate student to you. I was like I don't remember if I just studied to my exams. Also every day I used to spend. You just said only 30 minutes of your day will shift your mother journey. So I, I was just honest student being a front, you know, front, front seater students they say right. I just sat every day. I just noted down I have three to four notes. I've just literally filled it out like anything. Almost like all the challenges which you have shown given us. I just completed everything and I could, I was able to experience myself. I learned many things. I was like wow, what's happening in me Inside all the three to four months I was like very happy. I'm just lear think each and every day. This is maybe this is what God all wanted me to learn. I just did it like anything Ever that after that in your calls everyday Saturday platinum calls which you gave us the golden nuggets. I just started to consume. And you literally. You wanted to build courses in us. You literally pushed many of us. I just remember few of us was like crazy at that time. Was asking questions like anything because we wanted to some we wanted to do something again. You literally pushed us. See, you should create such templates like this. You should just start it off like anything. It doesn't matter. You just need to ask money. It's not about the problem. It is not about the problem in you. You should start asking for the service. What you're giving. You should add value in that. Things started to unfold then ever since if I just took your board membership. October 2022, 2023, April it started. We few of the members in our community. In your community. We started to start organizing workshops one after the other. We started to shop for every calls for one another. I just remember that April was the month April and the May was the month which was very hard with us. We started to show up like anything, encourage each other's like anything. We builded bonds stronger with. I just love that community. I even have that friends within me even now. We are like blooded friends. We can say we are like somewhere and started to bond like anything. I just gel up with them like anything. We say that these are like minded souls which is given by God for forever for us. And truly even now even there is one. One person who stays abroad. But still she connects with me. Amazing souls we have got. We just exploring the. The motherhood in me. The parenting style in me from the day one and today is like completely mesmerizing. I could see my energy shift in myself and the way I react with my husband, even my son. Even I'm a. Even I am a person. Obviously even I have frustrations around. Even I can vent it out sometimes because of overwhelming things which is happening around. Because I'm turning to be a parenting coach. I'm exploring so many things. But I can see myself immediately rescuing myself with all the situations very very easily. Two days ago even I had a big issue. I just literally vented out because of obviously girls issues. We will have hormonal imbalances sometimes. I just came out immediately after just a nap of sleep. It was all super soothing. I know how to handle all the situations. All thanks to you, ma'. Am. You are an amazing angel to me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for coming into my life. I am so happy and super grateful to this. Even my son knows your name. My husband knows your name. My mom, dad knows your name. Everybody in my family knows your name now. It's been like you are my style sister now.

Thank you. Thank you so much, Pooja. And yes, you're like the Pataka in the community. Everybody knows you. And yes, and I've been watching you. You've been a massive action taker from day one. And you've been taking action not just for your yourself but you've also, you know, really stood up for the community. You've been helping everybody. And you know, because mothers keep reaching out to me. So they're like, you know, we connected with Pooja and she really helped us and it was so nice to connect with her. So I think it's, you know, the shift that you're seeing is also because of this service intention. The mindset that you have where you really bring people together. And so Pooja, let me ask you one thing. That if you had to pick three very specific shifts that you saw, like you almost shared everything that I was going to ask you already but you know, if you are to like pinpoint that these are three major shifts that I've seen in my personality ever since I started learning about parenting. Why am I asking you this question? Because there are a lot of mothers who still think that, you know, learning may be not the most important thing. That we can just raise our children, you know, naturally. Which also is okay. But if you had to mention that, you know, how has your life shifted ever since?

That is all what I wanted to mention you because you are pointing out three things. The first thing is only the lifelong learning skill which I have learned from you. I have become lifelong learner. I've started to explore many mentors. That is what coming my way each and every day. I'm valuing every mentor in my life. As you always say that I am even still working under six to seven mentors. Even I am, I am into like seven to eight. More than that probably. I'm having a list of mentors. I'm going through all those learning. Even if it is overwhelming, that is fine for me. I'm learning so many things because the service mindset and the teaching passion which is inside me, I want to explore it. That is fine if it is overwhelming. That is fine if I am juggling with the few responsibilities right now. My son will grow up. My things, things will settle up. I will be, you know, somewhere else from the day which I am struggling now will be the day which Is like blooming somewhere else. Obviously takes time for everything. Even you said that I have just been into the same kitty state before. I'm also experiencing the same thing. I even remember that. Ma', am, you also took that gold after truthia offered from one of your mentor. I am the same, you know, look alike like you. I can say that the same thing which has happened to me. You have done it in the previous year. The next year I got the same opportunity. I can resonate so many things with you. If I can say to you. And this lifelong learning. Learning skills is like. You know. Rendering service to a guru is what is very much required. That is the second activity. You know, point which I actually tell. I am into spirituality lot. I. I'm into divine activity a lot. I do pujas. Even today I was reading Sai Satsarikra. I. I'm just. You know, too much into Sai Baba. I love Sai Baba's activities. I love to read everything. I read Sai Sacharitra every Thursdays. Even today. Actually Sunday we were supposed to read. I'm reading it today. Even in that chapter 32 there is a saying. Sai Baba said that majorly that even without the guru there is no learning what you're getting with when there is a guru, there is a structure in your learning that I was read. I read in Kannada. Actually I just connect with Kannada because I'm in my learnings in Kannada very well. If you have a guru in your life. If you. Because there are four people who are wandering in the forest. Sai Babas was one among them. All the three will just run away. Even without, you know, knowing that forest. To enter how to go and explore that forest. Sai Baba was the fourth one. Some forest guy will just come to help him and say that you. You can't enter and exit without guru. I mean without the direction. All the three will just neglect. Sai Baba was the one who wanted to enter and he offered the food. That random person will offer the food. He is with this love. Even that person is not in his level. Still Sai Baba accepts the food and kind of love and then say that he eats it. After eating he will have something nanodai. We say that, right? He will have that enlightenment in him. Without having these teachings or the principles from the guru, you cannot. You cannot structurize yourself. You cannot reach your goal. So this I wanted to share it with you. Obviously guru teachings, principles, service is all what we require in our life. So that is the service mindset I have got. I'm into already that I am getting all my gurus also in the same stream offline. I'm so happy about this. The third point which I can see is lifelong friendship and lifelong bonding with like minded principles which we are exploring. We are because of only this. We are on the same boat. We everybody are sailing in. We are structuring ourselves. We are active with each and consistent and active in each and every learning we are doing now. So I am, I'm experiencing major shift only because of all these three things.

Wow. So I'm just going to quickly summarize. So first is lifelong learning. Second is service mindset. And the third which is very beautiful is lifelong friendship. And I think that is the most beautiful thing to have. And that is the most beautiful thing that I think I have been blessed with this gift of this community because I think the shift that you are experiencing or every single mother is experiencing in this community, it's not just because of knowledge. It's not just because of me delivering the information. I think it is a lot to do with the community and the energy that we are creating together. And I think that is why we are getting so many breakthroughs, so many so soon. And yes, I've been watching you. You've been doing a lot of amazing work. So continue the good work that you're doing, Pooja. And before we close, I have one last question for you. That if you could give a one golden message to all the mothers out there, what would that message be like?

Kindly grab the opportunity which comes your way. God is throwing some or the other which is God is actually opening doors in one or the other forms. Kindly do not push away that opportunity. You always say in that checking in that Ikigai's test. You say that explore one test at least for six months. Then you can move it ahead for the other tour. Right? I always remember because I have been a sincere student in learning your all memberships which you have given. Kindly do not stop yourself in learning anything. Definitely God has amazing, amazing life which is given to you. God has lots of gifts for you. Definitely learn some, some or the other things. Never stop yourself in learning. Be a lifelong learner. Be consistent in your actions. If you want to do something, God is definitely in place with some are the other beautiful things in front of you. Please pick it up. Do not stop, stop yourself. Grab that opportunity.

And this way because God is giving us to learn something because you have that Energy, which I have learned it from you only because you want to do something, then only God is giving you that challenge.
