And I said, for my extra classes. Yes, for extra classes. And that person laughed. That day I decided, if this is what meant to be a teacher, it's good to remain a homemaker or a housewife. Because I was managing everything—my home, my child, my preparation. I don't know how that divine intervention Happened. I directly jumped into the platinum showcase. जैसे ही first में आया कि this is what we are learning in platinum, I paid the amount deposit amount. Actually, before I start my journey, my story, I just want to ask one question from each one of you. How many of you are feeling that you are doing enough? How many of you are feeling that you are doing enough? No. No? Okay. So the next question is, how many of you feel somewhere deep inside that you are meant for more? Yes. Yes? Yes. More growth? Yes. More learnings? Yes. More abundance? Yes. More success? Yes. Yes, yes, thank you so much. So my journey, what I mentioned here, from 0 to 10 lakh, is actually not about making money. My journey is all about starting from zero and standing today where I am as a person who want— who I wanted to become few years back in my life. So this is a journey of self-healing, self-discovery, and finding my true self. So my name is Asha Yadav and I'm from Rajasthan. I born and brought up in a small village where girls were not allowed to study beyond a limit. After eighth, hardly tenth, I was in tenth when my father talked on this matter. I was just thirteen and a half. In that moment, I decided. I am ready to get married. My childhood memories happy inside my home, but all the time challenging outside my home. Every moment I was struggling with the boundaries that society have already set for the girls. I'll share one moment, I'll share one incident that actually helped me throughout my life. One day, it's December 2006, Rajasthan Everybody knows and I belong from a village. गेहूँ और mustard की crop was there. और जब रात को पानी दिया जाता है ना फसलों में, इतना fog होता है कि if you can't feel your hand, you can't see your hand. Morning 8:30, I was going to my school for my extra classes December winter vacation. अकेले, there were ten to twelve students from my village. Every day we used to walk to go to school for three kilometers. I was the one going to my school and somebody called me behind. And I stopped. I turned back. And I said, for my extra classes. Yes, for extra classes. And that person laughed. और ऐसा नहीं था कि मैं पहली बार सुनने जा रही थी कि girls are not for job or for doing or fulfilling your dreams. But he laughed in a way and then he said. I'll share it in Hindi first, and then I'll explain. How many of you understand this? So what he was trying to say, no matter how hard you are trying to study, you are struggling, at the last you are a girl. You have to get married and then you have to do the chulha choka. And that was not the first time that I was listening to this, I was hearing this. But you know what brought me down at that moment? The person who told me this was himself a teacher, government school teacher. That was the moment I broke down, not by, not for thinking myself, for thinking all the girls he taught throughout his life. If you can't inspire a girl who is just thirteen and a half. That day I decided, if this is what meant to be a teacher, it's good to remain a homemaker or a housewife. But why I am telling you this story? Now the next segment will help you. I came back after my extra classes. I came to my mom and I shared the whole story and I started crying. I was literally crying just by thinking कि एक पढ़े लिखे इंसान अगर ऐसा सोचेंगे then what about the girls, the women who are struggling? And that day my mom told me one thing. That is the powerful part of this story. She told me, it's not about the limited potential of that patila. It's about the lack of awareness of that person. Who doesn't know how to be creative and in how many multiple ways you can use a patila? And my mom doesn't know how to read and write, and she gave me a lifelong lesson. My mom helped me to understand. Now please remember the story. We will end this at the end of this. Entire— I was very good in academics. I proved myself at every stage that I deserve to study more. I was the first who prepared for IIT JEE. I went to quota, dropped one year, but failed. Then I did my graduation, post-graduation from physics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. That was not easy because I was coming from a Hindi background, but I did it. And at the age of just 21 and a half, I started my career as a college professor. And then I want to go for my PhD abroad. So I told my parents, now I am ready to get married, so that you don't feel you have a you know burden on your head. Because they are they are also struggling every time whenever they are meeting to relatives and friends. Then I got married in 2016, amazing husband, and then we shifted to Delhi again. And because I was always very ambitious, wanted to do big in my life, so I choose UPSC. Because time वही बहुत ज़्यादा था कि if you are very good in academics, if you want to do something big in your life, So choose UPSC. And my only intention was just if I got selected, only one option and that was IAS. If I got selected, I'll do each and everything in my possible, possible way for women and for girls' education. That was the only intention. But sometimes universe has different plans for you. Medical challenges, struggled one year, whole complete, complete full year I struggled with my medical challenges. Then I got pregnant. My preparation was going on. I got pregnant, blessed with a wonderful son, and then came the postpartum depression because I was Managing everything, my home, my child, my preparation, and somehow I managed. But after five years of preparation, three attempts again failed. Completely shattered. For a girl who was always fighting, fighting, fighting, One day I was sitting in park and don't know from where my friend called me. And she's my best friend, like 20 years. And I told her, I don't know what to do with this life. And you know what, very frankly, she told me— this is the language we use with our friends, so I'm so sorry— but she told me, Because you are the person who can bring life to the dead, and today you are saying this, so don't delay your decision, go and die. And she reminded me who I was. And that day again, that line from my mother came in my head, that you are the one who is deciding your potential. You are the one who is deciding your limit. Now you choose, you want to make chai in that patila Or you want to make what you want to do for yourself. I was learning a lot, but I was just talking to divine. Show me some path. I know. I have learnt a lot, but show me path. Some send somebody in my life so that I can implement. And then one day on Instagram, I saw her one line: Happy moms, happy homes. Not a single thought. I entered into that group. Everybody is talking about master class. I paid ninety nine, but I really don't know about master class. I joined the group, but the day I entered into her class, that was the platinum showcase. Ma'am ki ek bhi class attend nahi ki, even master class bhi attend nahi kya? I don't know how that divine intervention happened. I Directly jumped into the platinum showcase. जैसे ही first में आया कि this is what we are learning in platinum, I paid the amount deposit amount. I was collecting that money for different purpose। Because one thing that I have learned in my life, either you can decide or discuss. And that was the moment. I deposited that money. I come to the platinum, and I started my journey from there. So this journey is all about self-discovery. I was doing everything for everybody. Always a girl, good girl syndrome. That was everything that I was doing. But after joining Platinum, when I started coming to live calls, when I started attending Expert calls, club meetings, and more specially, One is self connection, One is the self connection and the second one is communication. And everything supported me to find myself. I started learning to set boundaries. I started learning to express in a nicer way. And most importantly, I met myself, who I truly am. I'm not here to fit into the boundaries. I'm not here just to get married, to bring kids, and to live in that 4 walls and to spend my life. I'm here for a big purpose. So that's why— that's what I learned only from Riddhima. Second thing I got, a beautiful soul sisters, the soul family. So give a huge round of applause to your own self and to each one of us, because this is a family where we get opportunity to share. We are very free. To express without any fear of judgment. भले ही journey different है, problems different है, but somewhere we resonate with each other. And whatever I have learned, I have learned from this family only. Third thing, my super coach journey. It was a beautiful journey which transformed me completely. I was not confident enough. I stopped connecting people. Because every time I was feeling I'm doing nothing, people will judge me, people will ask me questions, how to respond them? But this entire journey helped me to understand my worth. This journey helped me to understand That whatever I am, whoever I am, I am beautiful inside out, and I don't need any validation. Of course, journey was not easy. Money was the biggest problem because I was not making money, and my husband whatever he was making, that money was just you know helping us to to feed our family. And asking every time again and again for the money was not easy. It's so uncomfortable. And this time when I joined Platinum, मैंने husband को तो बताया भी नहीं कि that I'm joining Platinum or EPH. I borrowed that money second time because when I am not emotionally capable enough to handle myself. How can I manage time to learn more, grow more? But that was my biggest, you know, limiting belief. When I joined EPH, when I started learning, when I came into this leadership journey, I realized that was my limiting belief. I have enough time. So when you learn more, you understand how to manage your time. Technology नहीं आती। How to operate Zoom? How to connect online? How to make my videos? I was very fearful about visibility. जब मेरा वीडियो इंस्टाग्राम पे जाएगा, then how my family will react? How the people around around me will react? How many of you have this fear? Yes, support. We feel that we need support, but tell me honestly, ha, keep your hand on your heart, keep your hand on your heart and ask yourself. Are you supporting yourself 100%? Yes. No, no. The the mothers who are saying yes, I can say they are the part of this family since long. Okay. Otherwise, we are not supporting ourselves. We are the first who are not supporting ourselves and expecting all the people around us to. Support us. Before joining EPH, tell me, आपको कहीं जाना होता था तो how many times you were thinking कि मैं पूछ लूँगी नहीं पूछ लूँ? How many of you have experienced this Yes, yes, yes. I'll tell my my story. Okay. I'm coming or I'm not coming. At the end, I used to do what they want to do. They want me to do. So when I was not supporting myself. When we are not supporting ourselves, then how we are expecting others to support us? So these were my resistances. How I overcame these resistances? We generally heard this, na? Follow the system, not your mood. Follow the system, not your mood. Not your mood समझ में आता है, but follow the system. When I joined EPH, I just look at her. For me, she is the entire system. My mentor is the system. I just followed her. And if you all want to overcome your resistances, just observe her. You don't need to follow any system. She is the entire system sitting in front of us, connecting every day. Seven days a week. Second learn, learn every day no matter what. तो learning को आप replace नहीं कर सकते हो, आप इसको skip नहीं कर सकते हो, but the second part is the most important— implementation. I was learning a lot but not implementing. I thought I have a great knowledge, I have a great wisdom, holding 3 master's degree, qualified all the exams, I know a lot. But was there any outcome in my life? No. Emotionally exhausted, All the time drained, no clarity, don't know what to do and from where to start. So whatever you are learning, make sure you are implementing it. Without implementation, there is no results from your learnings. Take help, very important. Take help from the community. Take help from the people around you. And that what we do most of the time. And I was doing the same, doing everything without asking for the help. So in the journey of growth, service is the main important factor. And there was only one intention behind everything I was doing, because I wanted to serve the mothers. I wanted to do something for the women. I wanted to do something for the girls. That was the only purpose. And every time when I was reminding me this, I was getting my strength from inside. कि मैं कहाँ से उठके आई हूँ, कितने struggle से निकलके आई हूँ and what I want to achieve. Accept fears with grace. Fears are here to help us realize that there is a lot of scope for growth. Fears are not the end, they're the beginning of your new chapter. जब तक डर ही नहीं लग रहा है, so that means you are in comfort zone. So do something that makes you fearful and accept your fears and tell your fears that I know you are there, but still I want to grow. The next part is surrender, and that is what I got just back in that activity. Trust and surrender. Take your actions, do your best, give your 100%, and then leave the rest to the universe. To the Divine. So this is how I am overcoming my resistances. My growth journey— I joined EPH in April 2024. I was not making money back then. In last 1 year, I crossed 10+ lakhs. And to be very honest with my soul sisters, making money was never my intention. It happened automatically. When I started, I started serving for free because I wanted to share. I wanted to feel that satisfaction within. So this is my, uh, 5 lakh club when I received in last year. Delhi event, 10 lakh club, Goa events. And as I already shared, my intention was serving. Why? Because when I started my journey, my career as a professor One thing I understood very clearly: if you want to learn something, share it with others. And how many of you are teachers resonating with this? You learn when you share. You learn when you explain. Yes, yes. Right? Yes. So these are my steps. Serve. The more you serve, the more you learn. Agree? Yes. And the more you learn, the more you earn. Yes. So if you can just remove this L, what is the remaining part? And that was my mantra throughout my journey. If I'm learning from my mentor, it's my responsibility, it's my duty to serve in every best possible way. And when I started serving, when I started sharing, I learned that concept even much better. And when I learned that concept even better, The mothers who are connecting with me, they are feeling that connection and they started paying for that even without asking. I have not recorded any courses, I am not doing any group calls, I have only 7 mothers, one-on-one, cross 10+, not running any ads, not doing anything. But I'm not saying you to not do this, don't do this, do this. But what I'm sharing, I never stopped myself because of the resistances. And that's what I want to share with you. Don't stop yourself because of you have few resistances. Lessons from my journey: love, trust, and believe. I started learning my loving myself. I started trusting myself. I started believing in myself, For me, I was always last, not on the priority, never in my life. But after joining EPH in this journey, I started loving myself, trusting myself, believing in myself. My emotions matter. So that's why I learned what I learned. But now I know I have a bigger purpose in my life. So as ma'am always said, we are not the doormats. Now we are prioritizing. What is important for us? Agree? Yes. That's why we all are here today, right? So give a huge round of applause to yourself for loving yourself. Think big. Think abundant. मुझे ये लगता था who will pay me? Who will listen to me? But the moment I started thinking that yes, I can also do this, the things started shifting. Be stubborn for your growth. I just want to share one thing. If you want to climb on a mountain, tell me if somebody from your family going to gym, building his or her strength and building stamina, will that help you? Help you? No. Yes or no? No. Then how you are thinking So be stubborn. When my husband say, you are learning a lot. Why do invest more? I said no. I want to do this. When I wanted to go for Bangalore event. He supported me, no doubt. But always, na, men's But I said I want to go. So this is what we have to understand. And next is learn and implement. I have already talked about it. And for my dear school sisters, 3 pills for you. Compete with self. We are not here to compete with anyone. If you really want to grow in your life, compete with self. Competition is a very nice word. For every time, compete with self. When I attended first Bangalore event I was standing there, mothers were receiving five lakh club from the stage. I decided in next event I'll be there. In Delhi event I received my five club five lakh club and I decided now the next choice Ten lakh club. In the next event, I'll be there for the ten lakh club. In four and I received the ten lakh club award. So compete with yourself. Just look at yourself six months back. अगर आपको लगता है कि आप में कुछ transformation हुआ है, आप में shift हुआ है, that means you are growing. So pat your back that yes, I am growing. And if you feel you are the same, then start working on yourself. Show courage. That's the only thing that can help you. And no perfect moment. If you feel I'll I'll do something, I'll learn something, I'll start something the moment. When I'll be free from my responsibilities, when the time is enough, when the money is enough, So this is the perfect moment, this is the right moment। I started my my journey as a health and emotional wellness coach। And then I turn that designation into postpartum wellness coach for moms. And slowly, when I get clarity today, I am a parenting and emotional wellness coach. So don't find that perfect moment. Just start your journey and your journey will give. Give you clarity, and three things that I admire about my mentor is a special part. और सबको इसी के बारे में बात करते हैं because everybody can see her very clearly simplicity both in personal and professional life. I can see on this entire earth. Nobody can explain any concept So give a huge round of applause to her. I have never seen a moment Agree? Yes. Very authentic, very clear, very honest, very pure. No matter you are fifty people in the room or you are five thousand people in the room, she is always same. Agree? Yes. Thank you so much. And a quick action taker. I have seen personally, I was super coach. मतलब इतना quick. आपकी eyes भी blink करने में थोड़ा time लेती हैं, but the moment she got idea, she implement like that. And I really admire this thing in her. And I really wish So this was all about me. Thank you so much for listening to me so patiently. Really very thankful and grateful.
