And then again say, bye, have a nice day. But am I having a nice day? No. And it's like, you know, very small things, but it really leaves an impact on all of us. It's not that we were not loving each other, the love has gone or something, but we stopped talking. And from this, I went to this. Hello, all the beautiful mothers. Hello. So I've been with EPH only for a year now, but the breakthroughs that I've seen is way beyond expectations. And thank you, ma'am. So to start with, I would just like to ask one question. Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and just imagined, where did I disappear? You woke up one morning, you did everything, you looked at the mirror, but that's not the person you really feel you are. Exactly that's where I was a year ago. I was lost. I was managing my family. I had two kids. A corporate job, full-time, and no time for myself. And it was not me. As Sophia said, right, I was not living, I was surviving. That's exactly what I was doing. I was just surviving. I am Anindu Singh. I'm a mother of 2 kids. And that's not only identity that I carry today. I am a disaster recovery manager. I lead a team. I'm a technical leader. And I'm the only person who's heading it from U.S. and India both for the organization. This is my different faces. I'm a wife, a mother, and a professional. My family doesn't really recognize the professional side so much, but yes, that's what I am. This is a picture I have never shared with anybody. Never. Not even my husband. Not even my parents. Not even my brother. Nobody. This was something I took for myself so that I really remember the hard time of life. And I slowly moved towards the good time. I remember who exactly brought me here. And you know, others don't do that to us. We do it to ourselves. And that's exactly what I understood after this. I was post my second child. I don't know why we all actually, you know, understand after we have our second child, but yes, Post our second child, I— so he used to stay awake the entire night. I'll stay awake with him for the entire night. And morning when it's time for me to sleep with him, it's again the time I have to wake up for my daughter. So there's no sleep at all. I'll wake— I'll stay awake, do all the household things, pack her bags, pack her lunchbox. Put a smile on my face, and then again say, "Bye, have a nice day." But am I having a nice day? No. Did the breakfast, you know, sent everything, and the little one woke up again. Every two hours feeding. Ah! I had lost myself. When I looked at the mirror, it was not me. You know, I had gained weight. I was eating anything that was coming my way, and it's it's like you know very small things. But it really leaves an impact on all of us. And I truly believe, you know, in being everything, I stopped being a wife. I was trying to be the best wife, but we were fighting every day. You know, I was— it's not that we were not loving each other, the love has gone or something, but we stopped talking. There was a silence. Silence. Whenever we spoke, we fought. Whenever, you know, I tried to communicate, that turned into an argument, which should have never happened because that's not what we want. We want to tell something, but that comes out as an argument, you know. That's what exactly was happening with me. I, I'll go back to here. I was devastated. Scrolling through my phone, especially when my child was sleeping, and I saw Riddhi Ma'am's reel. And that's exactly where I thought I have to go for this. And that was my first masterclass or any online sessions that I was doing apart from the technical stuffs. And I, while, you know, Riddhi Ma'am was explaining that how important a mother is. Mom's energy equals to child's energy equals to family energy. And that, that really stuck because yes, my family was looking devastated, I was devastated, and still I was trying my best. I expected the best outcome from that and that was never happening. And I just, you know, joined her class. The moment ma'am started speaking, I knew I'm gonna enroll for this. I did that, I enrolled. Within a month I enrolled for Platinum Elite. I told my husband, we are not speaking, so I told him that, you know, I have done something like this. And he said, like every husband, you are scammed. It's so easy to fool you ladies, right? Why do you get scammed like this? And I was like, okay, this is not something I want to discuss. I want to join the Platinum. And he's like, oh, you want a bigger scam? I was like, yeah. And then he was like, it's— you're doing a big mistake. I said, it's okay. I have done a lot of mistakes in my life. I learn every time. Let me do one more. I want to do this. And he just slept. And I was thinking the entire night, why is he not talking? Is he offended? Has something happened? And morning when I asked him, he was like, what? What happened? He was not even thinking about it. So to be honest— And that's exactly when I did the first payment. And I told him, I've done the first payment. And I want this in my life. And anyways, we are not talking much. So what more wrong can go? I was this. I became this when I was post my first child, the time that I'm talking about. And from this, I went to this. Thank you. Because of all the mental stress that I was taking, I landed up having migraine. Lights, sound, sweets, every small thing started triggering migraine for me. And I would have never thought— like, I have been an athlete since childhood, and I have never thought that I would again do something like this, but I played cricket. And we— the entire team was second, we were the runner-up, and I was the best performer in female in cricket. So from not getting out in the sun because migraine will hit me, to coming here, playing the entire day in heat. heated, you know, it was I think March time something and it was so, you know, the sun was on head at 12 and I really thought now it's gonna trigger. And I was like, no, no, no, no, Krishna is with me, nothing's gonna happen. I have to do it. And that's what ma'am's son Kirtan has done to us. Thank you all. So, I would like to share certain things, you know, from 3 power pills of my life was, you know, from conflict to connection. I'll talk about these more in my upcoming slide. Connection before correction and finding my voice. These 3 are my main breakthroughs. I'll talk about it in details in my main breakthrough. Okay. So, I'll go back. So, my first one, from conflict to connection. My husband, I told you, right? I was not talking, scammed. Riddhi ma'am had one of the mission on the relationship where she asked us to write a letter to our husband and get a small gift if we can. And I was thinking, I'm the one who's hurt, shall I write a letter to him or give him a gift? He'll be like, anyways you are putting so many money, now you are wasting here also. I wrote a letter. When I started writing, I didn't complain. I didn't write about, you know, what I don't like and what things are not going good between us. Instead, I wrote about the first time we met, the person I fell in love with, how he made me laugh, you know, the good times that we had together. I wrote about all of that. And when I gave that letter to him, first when he saw that paper, he thought that some loan thing has come. So he was like, oh, this has come today? He opened it and the thing that had come— I saw something changing that day. Honestly, it didn't happen overnight, to be honest. But that particular letter when he was reading, his eyes were smiling. I hadn't seen that in months. He was— you know, something changed. Something changed between both of us. He really forgot all the things that was going in that moment between us and he went back to the time when we really started off. And since that day, he started listening, you know, instead of responding and fighting and everything, he started listening to me. That day changed a lot of things, you know. I got high blood pressure post my second pregnancy. One night I was trying to wake him up to take me hospital. He was so out that he didn't wake up. From that day till this day, At night, if my kid cries and if I'm sleeping or he doesn't even see if I'm sleeping, he'll get up and prepare the milk and get it for him so that I can take some sleep. He gives a call to my mom saying that, Mama, please come, she needs help. You know, so things change and thank you, ma'am. These missions are so important in life. I'll go to my second one, that's connection before correction, and that's why I joined EPH. I was feeling that disconnect with my daughter after my second born. You know, it's not that I don't love her, but I was so overwhelmed that I stopped, uh, I just stopped being myself. You know, I was screaming on her, I was shouting, I was trying to explain her, but that was not like, you know, making correct connection and doing it like ma'am says. I was really becoming a version of myself which I hate today. I have even hit her, I'll confess it. And I— that was the point. I knew that I have to do— I have to work on myself. And I slowly started connecting with her. First day she ran away. She's like, what happened to Mama? She ran away. Second day, same. It gradually took time, but I could talk to her. I started understanding her. And, you know, after a while, she started listening to me, she started sharing, from— and she became that child who was not expressive, who was not talking to anybody in school, from doing that, today she performs on stage, she is curious, she asks questions, she is— she clearly tells what she wants, what she doesn't want, and I love that thing, that transformation. You know, I was trying to raise her, but now she has become my mama. I come— Thank you. When I come back home at night and I'm stressed, she'll come to me, kiss me, and tell me that, Mama, tonight you'll get a very good— You know, I kissed you, now you stay happy, you will get fairy in your dream today. So she has started healing me. My third one is finding my voice, and that was my major breakthrough, I'll be honest. After— when I got the news of my second pregnancy, I was not prepared for it. I was preparing very hard to grow in my career. In all the sectors, there's a false ceiling, and for women, it's very tough to cross that false ceiling, that invisible ceiling that's there. It's very difficult, and I was working very hard. to cross that. When I got the news, it broke me. I was like, I can't be doing this. You know, it's going to ruin my career. And I was sitting just in front of the IVF center and I saw the parents. I was like, no, I need the child then. I couldn't say no to the child. When I joined back, my entire team got an award for a project that I initiated. I worked 14 hours in my 9th month of pregnancy to get that project onboarded and get going. And when the entire team got an award, my name was not even mentioned somewhere. Forget about telling me or highlighting me anywhere. My name was also not there. That devastated me. I broke that day. I didn't need an award. I didn't need appreciation. But that feeling of being invisible in that room where I have given 8-9 years and people not recognizing, right, only because I had the 6 months of maternity break, it broke me. I cried, cried, cried. One day, 2 days, 3rd day, I was like, this is not me. I can't be this. I got up, I contacted the HR head. I set up my meeting with her. I told her every damn thing. And then I told her, make sure this never happens with a mother who's coming back. Giving life is not easy. And not only that discussion, I made sure any mom coming back, She doesn't feel uncomfortable now. She's getting the same position back that she left when she went on a maternity break. And I'm very closely working with the HR head and the learning and development partners to make sure that every mother deserves a chance. Nobody, nobody should regret giving life in this world. Ah, EPH, I love it. So 3 things about EPH. I have been talking all, all the while. It healed me before parenting. You know, we need to heal first even to parent, right? We cannot be parenting if we are not. They learn from us. They learn from seeing us. It has given me all of you here. I love you guys. You know, whenever there's a problem, we'll call each other. We'll sort it out. No mothers judges us, no judgment, no passing comments, and all hearts, all hearts. Thank you. Thank you, Riddhi ma'am. You all empowered me to grow. You know, somebody was saying here that I feel important, I feel confident. That's exactly what happens. When I talk to you guys, I understand that even I matter. No matter where I go, where I stay, but whenever we connect with each other, we understand we are very important. We are required. We are needed in this world. So thank you everybody for that. Three things about Riddhi ma'am. Thank you uncle auntie for giving us Riddhi ma'am. Thank you auntie. She genuinely cares. You know there are a lot of coaches. I'll not you know deframe anybody, but yes she genuinely cares. Every problem, every every concern that we talk about, she really helps us in the right manner. She's not trying to give us a tip or something, but she really changes us from within, and that is really helpful. So she cares a lot, makes transformation simple, practical. Every stage, if you go through the courses, you do one step, two step, and when you start implementing, you see the real result. You'll not see until you start implementing it. And inspire by example— definitely, definitely we have you as an example, ma'am. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you all.
