You know what happened after I got married? Things was not easy, you could imagine, because I chose what I wanted. It's not like, you know, um, it was totally my choice. My husband was like, you live the way you wanted, however you want. But it was not easy for me to delve through these 16 years. After I got married, I didn't have any friends. I was totally alone, totally isolated. Because nobody wanted to talk to me, because the moment they start talking to me, they are. I mean, why did you take that decision? Why didn't he change? And but then I remembered since childhood what Padmashree told. I always used to write letter to God. It was never like to this God, that God, and all. But whenever I feel low, even to my parents, I never shared. I used to tell like.
Hello, good morning.
Assalamualaikum. Good morning, Radhe Radhe Hare Krishna. First of all, I want to thank uncle auntie. You thank you for giving Riddhi to us, and most importantly today I I did not miss my parents. You both made me feel that my parents still there. I lost them in 2020 and 2021, but today seeing you both, I felt like they still are there with me. they had the same proudness which you showed for Riddhi, like for all of us.
I—
if my parents were there, they would have been— I could have seen that proudness for me also. Thank you so much for that. Okay, before— before I start about self-love, okay, I have a question for you. When do you think— when did you think— oh, sorry, when did you stop thinking about yourself? When do you think you stop thinking about yourself? After becoming mother? Tell me how many of you after becoming mother. So, okay, one more question. How many of you feel you lost thinking about yourself after getting married? I see more. I think we can hear you.
Okay, so we—
so we, we are born, we are daughters, then we get married, we become wives, we become mothers, daughter, daughter-in-law. Somewhere while following up all these responsibilities, we tend to forget ourselves. And that's where even my story of self-love started. And, you know, before even I share my story of how I got myself and my identity, if I was doing this speech without even joining EPH, I would have told I'm a working mother, I'm a business analyst and a project manager working into a corporate for 20 years, have a beautiful family, a wonderful husband, I mean, 2 beautiful kids. But after EPH, because of Riddhi, my definition has changed. I'm a God-conscious mother who believes that anything you surrender to God and believe, you can solve any of your problem. So today I say myself that I'm a God-conscious mother who believes in God and who believes in self-love. Any— the more you love yourself, the more you Connect with yourself. I know you grow yourself. And about my background, a little bit I wanted to share. Never in my life I have shared this. I'm born to a Hindu family, went to a Christian school where going to church, reading Bible was my routine. I ended up marrying in a Muslim family with a boy whom I dated for ten years, and it's been sixteen years of our marriage, twenty five years of our bonding. And the boy whom I married, we both connected spiritually through B.K. Shivani in a meditation center. So for me, for me, choosing this different path was nothing new because even in Christian school, going to church on Sundays, especially during exams, taking extra candles to To you know negotiate with God, saying make my paper easy, something like that. So this connection with God is something that is like I've never because my dad was a Shiv Bhakt and I was a Bhakt of his son. So so I was like always used to go to Vinayak Temple and then tell do meditation in front of. Ganesha and any— I mean, even an yearly festival when it comes, I have some, you know, connection with Lord Vinayaka. And this is how my life has been. And but, you know, what happened after I got married, things was not easy, you could imagine, because I chose what I wanted. It's not like, you know, um, it was totally my choice. My husband was like, you live the way you wanted. However you want. But it was not easy for me to delve through these 16 years of my life choosing that path because nothing changed overnight. And slowly, as I was trying to fit in everyone's expectation— because religion is one thing, but another difference that came was I don't eat non-veg. I tried to because just to try to fit into that family, I tried to, but it didn't work out. My body did not accept, and sometime my husband also told that maybe your soul doesn't accept it. Leave it. Don't force yourself. And you know what to do? Like I ha I totally lost myself after marriage, thinking that you know my choices are not working out. Let me just try to please everyone. Try to because to my parents also I had to tell. I'm the same person. Nothing has changed. It's just the way I pray has changed, and still it was difficult for them. But my mom was somewhere. She knew what kind of person I was, but still it was not as easy as I say. But and after that, my after my marriage, I became mother, and my children's start growing up. And one after the other problem. One side is I whenever I step out because my after I got married I didn't had any friends. I was totally alone, totally isolated because nobody wanted to talk to me because the moment they start talking to me they are I mean why did you take that decision? Why didn't he change? So these kind of questions really bothered me a lot because it was my pure decision and it had no. Wrong intention about it, because I always once I had also thought why is God confusing me so much? But I also thought God is only telling that these are all labels and you all are a pure soul. Like Riddhi ma'am says, we are all spirit souls. It's just the label that we have. And but then when my children also slowly started not following me, and especially my two kids, the elder one started screen I mean watching screen a lot. And how many mothers can relate? Like, how many of us joined because of screen? So my son was into screening, watching Roblox, and not listening, giving back answers. One side, I'm struggling a battle of, you know, getting my own identity, about proving myself that I'm the same person. The other side, I'm not able to handle my family. My children are not listening to me. What kind of mother I am? Like, am I giving them right values? I mean, are right values defined only through being religious? Are right values defined by being kind, by accepting everyone, by loving everyone? I was not able to do this. But then I remembered, because I didn't have any friends, I had work stress. And then, however, my husband has been very, very supportive throughout this journey. Even then there was no friends to share because many my own friends hesitated to talk to me because I'm married to a different person. I mean, I don't know, but I don't want to judge anything. But it was the choice I made and I had to run that road. And but then I remembered since childhood what Padmashree told, I always used to write letter to God. It was never like to Letter because if someone sees also they'll make fun of it or they'll you know make make a big thing about it. So I thought let me just keep it to myself and God and God will show me the path. Same thing happened and you know while writing this letter about when I was really upset after all this, I think that was in August or September after our fifteenth anniversary. It It was our like we wanted to celebrate our 25th, 25 years of our friendship. But somewhere I was feeling like I've not made it so much as a good mother or a wife because nobody likes me because of the choices that I've made. Because my kids also are not listening me. So I first tried to check YouTube like like many of the how to reduce screen time for kids like that. Then I came across Dhruv Rathi's one video where ma'am was sharing some of of the things, how children are becoming because of screen addicts and all. Then I joined the, you know, Masterclass. That day I took the Gold in October, and from October to March, journey was like, you know, transformation of myself into my inner world. And the first thing that I've— I mean, I loved about EPH was you all welcomed me and gave my identity. You all opened the hearts like anything. You, you know, welcomed me, and thank you so much for that. You literally showed me that love. Like, you never judged me, never, you know, questioned me about what my problem is. If I wanted to cry, you just heard me. If I wanted to share my story, you listened to that. When I wanted guidance, you gave that. And just every Q&A— I have not missed one class, ma'am, Since the time that I've joined the gold class, I was only listening, listening. And one thing I can be so sure nobody in this India only, in the whole world, she binds all religion like no other person does in this whole world. Nobody. I don't see any coaches doing this binding all the religion and then bringing all together. That's what I love about. And I was able to so much connect with her. That's why I used to tell like after Quran classes if I have fifteen twenty minutes. Minutes, I jumped to self-realization classes because something I'll get to learn. And my children, if they didn't have classes for Quran classes, I used to, I don't know, get into, you know, Bible classes. So anything— spirituality is the thing that I really wanted to my children. I slowly started connecting to myself. 6 months was the inner transformation because I've seen her any call that mother starts asking question, my children is not watching and my husband is doing this thing. She always turns back like, what are you doing it for yourself? What is your spiritual practice? Why don't you go for dancing? Like any questions that you start asking, she'll again target back to yourself. And that is something triggered me, like, you know, I should not ask questions to ma'am. I thought, let me work on myself and then only I'll, I'll talk to her only for sharing. And that's when in the month of March I decided to take Platinum. And that one, when I took Platinum Elite, it was like F1 race. The 4 months transformation is so beautiful that my work— I was able to balance my work and family, my children's were able to connect with me. I always used to start connecting with them, then correction. That is one— no tagline, you know, I've wired my brain like connect before correcting. That's something that I've learned. So anything that happens, my children don't— nowadays they don't watch screen. I had set a rule like one chair was about screen time. So now my children, Monday to Friday, nobody watches screen. Only on weekends they watch. That was a big achievement for me because Childrens these days reducing even one hour is so challenging, and it doesn't happen like okay. Riddhi has told rule one two three, and then it works. I mean, you have to transform yourself. You have to connect with the children, and then it works. And same thing happened. And about the child who once used to write letter has become a woman who first published her first book called Soul First. And it has all happened because of Riddhi ma'am. Everybody spoke about— Thank you. This Soul First is also a journey of a woman on how she can get back to herself. If I have got back to myself and wrote my story here, all of you can write your own stories in your own ways. And all the learnings of Riddhi is here in this book. I mean, whatever was my journey, whatever prompts she gave it to us, And I applied, and after that only, you know, things started working out, and the real transformation has happened. And everybody spoke about coaching, and there's another platform which she opens up for us is Indian Authors Academy. I did the workshop for 90 days, and that's also through Riddhi ma'am with Shweta Samota, and I was able to publish that. It's in amazon.com now. This week it's publishing in amazon.in. Kindle is already available. So this is— this all happened in just 4 months, ma'am. And in this 4 months, I have built my website, I built the app that I once suggested something on that affirmation. Everything has been happening only because of, you know, Riddhi ma'am's self-transformation. Like, whatever question if you have on your children, first think about yourself, what you're not doing. And then everything, you know, you will get your answers. And the learnings that I've got from all this is to live in the moment. I'm just— before, sometime when Ma'am said live in the moment, that means that if you want the next moment to be happy, stay happy at this moment. You'll really have— that's how manifestation also works, right? You have to feel it to get it. So live in the moment. And the best example is our children. They always live in the moment. They never think about, you know, आगे क्या होगा मम्मी डाटेगी या नहीं डाटेगी बस अभी के लिए मुझे खेलना है तो खेलना है। So that is something that I have also learnt and not thinking too much because I've learned how to surrender to God next moment. If the next food is in on my name or not, I don't know. But this moment is what God has given me as gift, and that's what I'm living. And reconnect with yourself. Like I've been telling repeatedly that you have to work on yourself. Earlier I used to give one hour for myself writing gratitude affirmation. I used to do early, like because I used to do journaling and all. But since I have connected with Riddhi, like it's first hour of my morning is spiritual. Next hour is yoga with Abel, and the next. 1 hour I split 20 minutes for EPH and the next 30-40 minutes is for other learning. So 3 hours I'm able to give it to myself and that has changed my whole world, my family, my office work and everything. So whenever, you know, she always tells, no, like connect with yourself, connect, do something yourself, start with spirituality and Platinum Elite Is something has made it more consistent. I've not missed one classes of Quran classes. If at all Quran classes is not there, please join Riddhi ma'am's class or Bible class anywhere. Try to get spirituality no matter which source it comes. It's all the divine source. That's what I think. And the biggest change that I did to my children is through God conscious parenting. I really want to know what was your vibe? How did you record that course? It has changed the millions' life because that course, God Conscious Parenting, where she says your children are not yours, it's God's children. And what example I can— I don't know if I'll be very correct. You know, our scriptures, our prophets are gods. You know, the women who gave birth was not chosen to nurture the baby. You can reconnect with any god. Lord Krishna, it could be, or Prophet, it could be, and even Mother Mary. God chose somebody else. That means we are chosen by God to nurture their children. Just reconnect. If God has chosen us, that means he has, he has put that trust on us that, you know, we, we are the one capable of taking care of his children. So next time when I get angry, I just think what she says, like you know God tell me what you want me to do, and that's it. I won't. And it didn't happen quickly. So whenever I got angry, I called EPH mother. This is what is happening. What to do? So because practically sometimes we'll have to be practical. ये होगा नहीं। It's inner conversation. It comes by practice. But if that is difficult, we have this loving community. कभी गुस्सा आए, कभी frustration आए, कभी रोने का मन लगे। There is a source for all that healing that Riddhi ma'am has created. So just go for it and अपने आप ही गुस्सा ठंडा हो जाएगा, frustration भी ठंडा हो जाएगा। And with that, I always want to say she always has been telling all of us that we are all spirit souls because Yeah, this is the title of my book because we all— if we are all souls, we all have the same power within us, and it is to us to awaken that power. And to awaken that power, Riddhi is the source for it. Let us all utilize that, and may we all continue to awaken that beautiful soul within us and grow together. Thank you.
Thank you.
