But within a week, I realized I'm not doing the right thing. I was not me. I was not liking myself. I felt ugly inside of me. Earlier me would have screamed, but new me, because of Riddhi, did not scream at all. They tell you that do this for your child. If your child is not feeling well, They will give you n numbers of suggestions as well, and I was listening to each and every suggestion, and it has come only because of you. I have grown so much only because I started learning. This journey started when I got married. Or maybe years before that. Because somehow I was not mentally prepared. I was the younger one at home, and everything was so easily available. I never thought that things can be difficult as well, and there will be difficult circumstances in my life. So from a pampered child, though my mother and father made sure that I do everything on my own, If there will be some circumstances, I will be able to handle things. But somehow I was in my own world. I was thinking that I will have an easy life throughout. But that wasn't the reality. And when I got married, I got married in a family that was joined. But in the joint family, it was only my husband's grandmother, not their her his parents actually. And I belong to a joint family. I love elders because we need support. We need to learn from them. So as there was no one elder to me. I thought I need to take all the responsibilities, and I started doing that. I was taking all the responsibilities on my own self, and gradually, I was losing myself. But then, my husband's grandmother, who was also my grandmother, before passing away, Within one and a half years of our marriage, she said, "If you will have child, everything will be better." Okay. Though we did not listen to her at that time, but yeah, I could conceive after four years of my marriage. And I'm sure you have all gone through that. It's not easy to be a mother. And when We are not learning, especially at that time. It is not at all easy, and that I was facing. I started losing my identity. I was a working professional for 13 plus years, and suddenly, after giving birth to my child and after Exhausting my maternity leaves, I had to join back one day, right? And it was work from home. I joined back, but within a week I realized I'm not doing the right thing. And the reason for that was my daughter was just 9 months old at that time, and I was on a call, my office call, at that time. And I saw her crawling on the floor, and she picked up something from the floor. I was on the call. I was team leader of a team, so I could not speak anything. I just told my husband, "उसके हाथ में कुछ है." Just take it through just some gestures. And that day we realized that she was about to eat an insect. From the floor, and that made me realize that this is not something I want to do. I have given birth to that child. I need to take responsibility of her as well. And I decided to quit my job within one week of joining back after maternity, and. A couple of months were good because I was enjoying motherhood, I was enjoying my new life as well, no responsibilities from office. Gradually, I realized that this is not me. I was blaming other people. I was not me. I was not liking myself. I felt ugly inside of me. Ugly? And that was really tough for me. I was not able to look at mirror and say proudly, yeah, this is me. And that's how I was already following Riddhi on Instagram. But when you just follow someone on Instagram, you don't take things seriously, right? Yes. So I saw her ad, her ad of a masterclass, and I decided to join it. And I still remember that date very, very clearly: 15th September 2024. And on that day, our family decided to go for a trip as well. So we were on a trip. I remember myself sitting in a very lavish hotel room and attending her masterclass from there. Yeah, so my family vacation, but inner chaos. There was so much inner chaos. There was so There was so much greenery around me, but I was not able to feel that at all. And that's when I decided, and I attended the Gold Masterclass in the hotel when everyone else was sleeping in the afternoon because they were tired. So I thought, this is the chance for me to attend the Masterclass. I attended the Masterclass, and I enrolled myself for the Gold Membership. And that was the best decision that I have ever made. That vacation changed my life forever after that. This picture of my daughter when she was 2 years old is really special. I was into EPH a week. That's it. I joined EPH a week ago when this particular thing happened. My daughter was having her food. It was around 2:30 PM, and she was throwing tantrums. And in those tantrums only, she pulled the table cover, dining table cover, and all the food came down on the floor. Earlier me would have screamed, But new me, because of Riddhi, did not scream at all. Because I had to attend a class with Riddhi Q&A session at 3:30 PM. And I did not want to do that for sure. And that's how I decided. Let me see whatever is there in the kitchen. I will feed my child first. Let her settle. I will put her to bed and then we'll do the class and cleaning everything. And that's exactly exactly the new me did. I did. I fed my child, went ahead with her in the room, made her sleep and joined her class while putting her to bed. And I was really, I was really happy about new me. I was feeling connected with myself once again. So that is why I rediscovered myself. So on Platinum, when Platinum Showcase happened on the 2nd of October 2024, I had to take it. I had my investments, obviously. I was working for 13 plus years. I had investments, so I did that. I paid everything in fast track so that I had to pay little less. I did that, and I was free me once again. And our our family started enjoying. Small little moments, little more. We were happier, and we were growing a child who was happier. That was the most important thing. And I learned when I changed, my home changed too. Though I still had some. Some resistance at that time. I remember that I always thought I can do something better, so why to ask someone else to do it? And that led me to do everything on my own. And secondly, they should understand and help. The other people should understand that they should. Help me. But then again, the first point came: I do better than why should they do? And I wanted to be a perfect mother because people around you tell you a lot of things. They tell you that do this for your child. If your child is not feeling well, they will give you n numbers of suggestions as well. And I was listening to each and every suggestion. Very carefully, and I was taking it very close to my heart as well. And that was actually breaking my heart. But through learnings of Riddhi, and last but not the least, let me finish this first very dangerous line: We finish everything first, and we ourselves come last. How many of you can relate to it? And how many of you feel that we have changed a lot after joining EPH? Yes! Right? So doing everything alone was exhausting for me. What changed me after joining EPH? Responsibility of my feeling. As Riddhi says, take 100% responsibility of how you feel. Right? I started doing that. Obviously, I had to give reminders to myself. I used to do certain things, and then I used to say, no, you don't have to react. You have to take responsibility. And that is how I started learning and implementing those things. Second, choose growth over burden. Earlier, I was doing everything on my own, but I learned to delegate. I don't want drainers in my life. I took that lesson from Riddhi. We should have nurturers more than drainers. And I made sure that I will include many drainers in my life, even if I was doing something boring, I used to make it exciting. Cooking as well, I used to make it excited. And now with these learnings, my daughter also sometimes she gets up around 5:30 AM and I had to pack her lunch. If she is there, then earlier I used to see, I used to think, how will I do? But now I put her on the slab on the kitchen and I will ask, okay, let's see how we will pack this tiffin. And she does that with me. She makes rotis for me. I make rotis for her in the afternoon when no one is around us. And she's only 4, not even 4 right now. But— so burden. I once thought that I need to have someone in the afternoon so that we can have our lunch properly. But now I don't feel that. Because my daughter is there, she's cooking for me. I am cooking for her. So she does that for me, and I cook her chapatis, and she cooks mine. So burden is shared now, and not at all a burden now because we are enjoying that process. We are connecting with each other in a better way. Action despite fear, and one example is here. I was chosen as an MC last weekend, Friday, and I had to travel on Sunday. But I was fearful. This morning also, I was making the cue cards till six thirty. I was making these cue cards, and my husband said. But now when I am on the stage, I don't have any fear. And it has come only because of you. I have grown so much only because I started learning. I started working on my growth, my learnings. And that's really special. And healing started when excuses ended. I was giving excuses. But now I don't feel that. I know the time that I have, that is enough for me to create a lot of results for my own self. And those results are not only impacting me; it is impacting my family because I'm doing something productive. I'm happy, so my family is also happy. And I can feel my daughter is someone who's very extrovert. So these learnings are something that I can see in her as well. She does not have any fear for sure because she's small, but the way she shows up—I had a fear when I just left my job. I had a fear that And especially daughters because they observe. And they learn how they have to lead their lives. And I'm glad that I started learning, and I started taking actions for myself. And now she's checking that. Now she's observing that. Now she tells me, "Mama, आपकी मीटिंग है। आप मीटिंग करो।" And sometimes. And sometimes it happens because she needs time with her father. So that's also when she says, "Mama, आप काम कर लो, मैं पापा के साथ खेलती हूँ." I was pretty me once again. I started dressing up in past two and a half, two and a half years. I stopped dressing up. I used to love put— I used to love putting bindi on my forehead, but I stopped it completely. And now intentionally I dress up. I have calls from home only because I'm a freelancer, so I make sure that I'm wearing proper footwear as well. I'm not in my Slippers at home also. Sometimes my mother says, But I feel that I want to be in that energy. I am always prepared. So I started doing that. And this one is special. This is a very recent one. And I draped it myself that day without any fear. So now also I am working on my fears, and I know that I can do everything if I believe in myself. Then I will be able to do everything for sure. My growth journey. I healed myself first because I knew that कुछ तो अंदर चल रहा है, बहुत चल रहा है, जो सिर्फ अंदर नहीं रह रहा, वो बाहर भी आ रहा है, and it is impacting everyone around me. People who used to meet me, they used to tell me. बहुत डल लग रहे हो, because no makeup at all, कुछ भी नहीं कर रही थी मैं। And I started working on myself first. Second, I am an emotional regulation coach now. From struggling Thank you. From struggling with my own emotions, when I started working with people through one-to-ones, I understood that it's all about emotions. If we are able to regulate our emotions, we can shape our lives. And that's how I also found my purpose. And till now, I've earned five lakhs through coaching only. I truly owe this to my first mentor, Riddhi. She always says that believe in yourself and you will become. That is what happened, and that created these results also. The woman who struggled emotionally now helps others regulate emotions. I feel empowered now, for sure. For the first time, I started loving myself for my own self, for no one else. I'm loving my life for my own self. From this, I remember this day also. On this day also, we both fought. My husband and I, we fought on this day as well. And I was on very low energy, and I thought, And from that day to this day, when my husband clicked this picture because I had to use my pictures for my work. So he was clicking pictures for me now. So we have grown in our relationship as well. My biggest lessons: self-esteem changes everything. That's why in EPH, we work on self-care first, right? And that is what I realized when I started working on my self-esteem, and I saw so many results for myself. Growth is not selfish. Earlier I thought if I'm growing, if I'm doing something for my own self, I'm being selfish. I'm not giving time to my husband. I'm not giving time to my family. I'm not socially a lot of I mean, I'm not socially involved a lot, but now I understand that growth is not selfish. And when I started understanding this, my family also understood this. Now my husband, whenever we plan any vacation, if we have some sessions, then my husband remembers that and he says that, "तुम्हारा सेशन है, तुम कर लेना। मैं डॉटर को लेके कहीं बाहर चला जाऊँगा।" And he does that on our vacations as well. And not only that, he has invested in my growth as well. Obviously, I was not working, so I paid a hefty amount for a course. And he said that I would like to do it. I said, "No, let me do it." I said कि नहीं मुझे अपने आप करना है, but that very day he transferred money to my account so that my account account balance is in good shape. So these changes have happened and I'm more happy because he has started investing in his own learnings as well now. He's learning, he's investing in himself. He has a lot of dreams, but he was not taking actions. But I realized that when I changed, maybe I was resistance for him as well. When I changed, he could change for himself. He could take actions for himself. Challenges build strength. So whenever someone asks me, what is your biggest strength? I always say my challenges. It is true. I have realized this because if I never faced those challenges, I would have never grown. But I realized, and I started learning, and I made my challenges my strength. Now I am solution-based thinker. I need to think of solution instead of just thinking about that challenge. Thanks to Riddhi for that as well. 3 powerful pills for all of you, if I can do that. Believe before evidence. We don't need evidence. Believe that you will be able to do it, and you will be able to do it for sure. Don't wait for evidences. Thank you. Take responsibility. Whatever is happening in your life— I know a lot of people who are in very difficult situation, but they are doing so, so well. They are able to do it because they take responsibility. And that is what I learned, and I started doing that. I took responsibility of my life. Now I don't say that something is happening in my life, it is because of someone else. I need to see if I need a better life. I need to make sure that I am doing and taking actions for that. So I take responsibility for sure. Move before ready, and this is the example. Being an MC—that was always on my list. I told you the other day as well that that was on my mind. I love my voice. If I can, if I am allowed to say that. I love my voice. I remember being in my college choir. I used to sing at that time. I wanted to learn, but somehow I had my own resistances. I was in a metro on that day, and she said, "बस मुझे वो इसने MC का रोल करना है।" Shruti was asking me, "MC का रोल करोगे आप?" And I said, "Yes, this is what was on my mind. I would love to do it." And obviously I had fears because being here on the stage as MC for the first time, I won't say कुछ हो रहा था अंदर but मुझे ऐसा लग रहा था कुछ नहीं हो रहा ना वो ज़्यादा problematic है कि कुछ तो होना चाहिए ना I was not ready with my cue cards as well but but I'm glad that I took that move even when I was not ready for that. Thank you. Three things I like about my mentor strength through vulnerability. Strength through vulnerability. She tells us about her own lows. That is something really amazing. I mean, I never thought that a coach who has built this kind of community Will be so vulnerable, and she will tell us those low phases to us. But those are actually inspiring for us; that make us realize if she can do it, we can do it too. Make impossible feel possible. Yeah, I think there is nothing called impossible in her dictionary now. I am possible. I am possible. Yes, absolutely. And though I'm, I'm here in EPH from almost 2 years now, so I've seen things changing a lot in Platinum and the kind of decisions she has took since December. That's really amazing. And I used to tell her whenever I got chance to interact with her, I told her that जो आप सीख रहे हो वो हमको सब pass on करते जा रहे हो। That's the most beautiful thing. And that make us realize We can do everything. Last is holistic growth. Spirituality, relationships, parenting, ourselves. First of all, money के लिए भी club है। So she's not someone who is looking on at one area only. She want us to be growing holistically. That's the most beautiful thing about you, Riddhi. Thank you so much. Thank you. 3 things about ETH: non-judgmental environment. Do you agree? Yes. Do you feel it? Yes. Growth of each member, right? So many of us got so many chances, so many opportunities that we never thought we will be doing that, right? I can see you. Yes. I never thought that I will be speaking on stage, but I got that. And each one of us is capable of doing it. Platform is there for us. We just have to grab that opportunity. If we are not doing it, that means we need to work on ourselves and grab it for sure. Simple systems. Simplicity is her superpower. She makes everything so, so simple. It is so simple. Thank you, Didi. Thank you so much for giving us EPH and thank you for giving me my identity, my purpose. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. Thank you. I love you. Yes.
